Ema is a great host and she is very friendly and open to proactif communication about accomodation. The apartment is very very clean and cozy. You can see the sea when you sitting balcony and drinking something. Also apartment is very centralized of city. You can go 5-10 mins to old town by walking. Everything was perfect. We gonna come next time surely. The only negative factor is wi-fi connection not quite well. Sometimes it has some connection problems.

We stayed for 5 nights and this place was absolutely worth it. The flat had everything one can possibly ask for. It was cleane and very nicely decorated. Furniture, mattress and kitchen utensils were of top quality. There is ample space in the flat which allowed our lil one to move freely in the house. Location is perfect, with supermarket in the same buildng (ground floor) and beach access is nearby. Parking was also free and convenient to do. And lastly, the host is very friendly and prosctive in their communication. They went above and beyond to provide us with a food mixer which we wanted for our lil one, which was very kind of them. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in and I will defintiely recommend this place. 5 stars !!

Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Yeri bulması oldukça kolay ve old towna çok yakın bir konumda. takriben 700 metre uzaklıktaki kuzey kapısına 6-7 dakikada yürüyebiliyorsunuz. sahile iniş ise 2 dakika sürüyor. yakında market ve cafe olması büyük avantaj. evin imkanları gayet güzeldi. manzarası da muhteşemdi.

Fabulous stay! The scenery was beautiful and the option to use the paddle boards was a great addition. Great communication from the host too. Our only comment would be to definitely hire a car if you choose to stay here. While there is a bus nearby which will take you into Tivat this seems unreliable and taxis cost more than expected. Overall a beautiful and relaxing stay!

Top Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis (Off-Season). Tolles Apartment. Top gepflegt mit allem was man braucht. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Unterkunft. 5min Fußweg zum Strand. Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Nach Bar sind es 15 Autominuten. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Wir empfehlen das anstandslos weiter!

Highly recommended. The property is well maintained and less than 10 mins walk via the short cut to the beach/old town. It offers a great view of the bay from the balcony which is an added advantage. Radovan and his family were very much responsive and helped us manage park in the typical narrow Budva roads. Hats off.

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Great stay with comfortable bed, hot shower, kitchen, and a balcony with a super nice view of Budva. Jovana's parents were super kind and pick up me up at the bus station. There is a 5 min walk supermarket and Parma restaurant. I definitely recommend to stay here and hope to come back one day. Thank you for the hospitality!

Nensi was so nice and helpful! The patio is gorgeous, and the space is very walkable to access all of Kotor. 10/10 - the best place I stayed on my trip.

Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. Staying at Bay Zoran and Mrs. Tatjana’s home was an amazing and unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and heartfelt hospitality. They are such **genuine and kind people**, and meeting them was truly a highlight of our trip. We even had the chance to chat upon arrival, and we wished we’d had more time to get to know them better. Their kindness reflects the **warm hospitality of Montenegrin and Balkan culture**, which we deeply felt throughout our stay. Despite a small 15-minute delay during check-in, they more than made up for it by allowing us to check out whenever we wanted—a gesture we truly appreciated. Mrs. Tatjana’s grace and elegance are reflected in her spotless, well-organized home—the **cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in**. Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Dijana’s place was great for a short stay in Tivat. Tivat Marina is walkable and Kotor & Perast are a short drive away. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, also beautifully decorated. Dijana was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Free parking was a bonus.
