Ado is a good host. His house is very close to the sea, clean, quiet. There is also free parking. He helped us with things to do locally and where to find what we needed. His English is not great but it is enough to communicate. The house is well maintained, you will not have any problems with heating and cooling. Even those with small children can visit comfortably. I went with my two sons. The house had everything we needed. If 3 people take a shower one after the other in a short time, the water starts to cool. Other than that, there is no problem. The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.

If you are going to Kotor, stay here!! The host couldn't be better. She is so helpful and kind. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many air bnbs. This is our favorite (by far.) We originally booked for one month, but we loved it so much, we decided to extend for another month. From the stunning views to the heated floors...this place really is special. Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars :)

Vlado is a great host. He met us near AMI hotel and helped us with our luggage. We had cleaning every week of staying. Vlado gave us a remote for a gate when we took a car for rent. We asked for blankets and he gave us blankets. Our staying was great!

Very nice place in the privat part of Ulcinj. The included parking ia great for people coming with the car. It is in the waling area of the bay however it it on the hill side

We had a great stay in Dragana’s apartment in Budva. Dragana was a fantastic host. She very kindly picked up us from the bus station. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was good and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby. Would recommend to anyone visiting Budva.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Pero und Marina! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Altstadt, Restaurants/Cafes und Supermärkte sind mit schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert, Pero und Marina waren sehr flexibel, entgegenkommend und freundlich! Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung :)

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Milica hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Ausblick und die neuwertige Terrasse mit großem Garten! Milica ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Tipps waren hilfreich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen!

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Gezmek istediğim yerlerin tam ortasındaydı o yüzden yolda vakit kaybetmediğimi hissettim 2 yaş bebekle bence mantıklı bir karardı. Fiyat performans açısından ev yeterliydi beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Manzara çok güzeldi

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

Отличная квартира! От неё можно быстро дойти до центра, рядом парки, кафе, небольшие магазины с продуктами, аптеки. В самой квартире было очень чисто и уютно, удобно, что есть стиральная и посудомоечная машина. Хозяин квартиры дружелюбный и отвечал быстро на сообщения! Рекомендую!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Wszystko super i zgodne z opisem. Maja jest wyjątkowo dobrym gospodarzem, z którym można być w bieżącym kontakcie. :) Mieszkanie przytulne i warte swojej ceny. Polecam. :)
