Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Sutri

Abbiamo passato 2 giorni nella struttura. La casa è fornita di tutto, l’host è stata gentilissima . Esperienza consigliata D’estate sarebbe perfetta visto che è dotata di piscina

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Il soggiorno da Antonella e’ stato bellissimo ,camera accogliente,famigliare ,pulitissima ,piscina spaziosa e raffinata ..di notte era ancora più bella .Camera fornita di ogni confort,gli host sono stati cordiali e accoglienti ,i dettagli mi hanno colpito molto e ci siamo promessi di ritornare ,peccato non avere solo la colazione con quel patio immerso nella natura una bella colazione era perfetta !

Leonardo è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e preciso nelle indicazioni. La casa è pulita, fornita di tutto il necessario e con un piacevole spazio esterno. Adatta per un weekend e comoda per visitare l’Umbria.

Mariano e suo figlio Nicolò sono due persone accoglienti, disponibili, calorosi e amorevoli. Sono stati flessibili con il nostro orario di arrivo per fare il check-in e sono stati così gentili da farci trovare anche un ferro da stiro, dato che ci era sfuggito di portarlo. Posto tranquillo e riparato, dove si dorme benissimo :)

I had a wonderful time staying at Alessandro’s apartment. It was a beautiful, quiet space, that looked exactly like the photos. I also really liked the choice of decor and art. The apartment is set in a great location, with lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. It’s also a very easy distance to the city centre. Alessandro was also a great host, he is very friendly, communicates well and responds quickly! I’d highly recommend staying here, and hope to visit again.

Excellent location just outside the city centre and a perfect environment for relaxing after a day of walking. Highly recommend

4월3일부터 9일을 머물렀으며 난방. 온수. 특히 밝은 채광이 좋아요. 업무공간이 필요한 제 여행 스타일에 딱 맞는 숙소였어요. 지하철은 이용하지 않았고 버스와 트램을 타고 로마 동서남북을 돌며 로마 일상을 즐겼습니다. 여유를 가지고 느긋하게 즐기는 여행자에게 추천합니다. 셀레스테의 세심한 배려 감사합니다^^

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza a Roma. Stefania è un host super amichevole ed è sempre stata attiva nelle nostre domande o richieste. La casa era come descritta in foto ed era stra pulita ed ordinata. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione come struttura per una nostra prossima visita nella capitale.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Maria und Pietro sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und ist bestens ausgestattet. Im Unterschied zu vielen anderen Airbnb-Wohnungen war alles großzügig vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Spülmittel etc.), um sich vom ersten Moment wohl zu fühlen. Maria und Pietro, die sich persönlich um alles kümmern, waren immer ansprechbar und jederzeit bereit, Hilfe zu leisten . Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Einerseits ist man mit Bus oder auch zu Fuß zügig in der Innenstadt, andererseits hat die Gegend selbst alles zu bieten, und man kann das römische Leben genießen, ohne von Touristenströmen überrannt zu werden. Gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung ideal.

Credo Veramente che meglio di così non mi poteva andare .... Oltre le mie aspettative davvero ....

We had a great stay at Gianluca and Valentina's place! It was clean, tidy, well-appointed and had all the amenities that we needed including a moka pot and plenty of coffee :) - they were very easy to communicate with, and met us at the front door to help us check in and get settled. The location is a bit more quiet, being out of the city centre, but it's well-connected as Balduina train station and a couple of bus lines are accessible nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Stupenda! Ci siamo sentite subito a casa! Adorabile lo spazio esterno dove rilassarsi e godersi il tempo libero Super pulita e host veramente accogliente!

Host gentile e accogliente, la casa è molto pulita e con tutti i comfort che si desiderano, provvista di terrazza al secondo piano anche con barbecue. La casa si trova a meno di 50m dal mare e ovviamente la spiaggia si raggiunge in un attimo a piedi, consigliatissimo mi sono trovato molto bene

Petit studio à 1 heure de Rome. Joli jardin. Communication fluide avec l'hôte et instructions claires. Hôte à l'écoute.

The apartment is lovely and exactly as advertised. Very quiet, private location. Martina and the staff were friendly and responsive. Excellent host and stay.

siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, la casa era pulita e ben arredata, il frigo era già acceso al nostro arrivo così come c'erano sapone e spugna per i piatti oppure detersivo per lavatrice, la casa era già vivibile da subito e questa cosa per un breve soggiorno ha avuto per noi un grandissimo valore. ha fatto inoltre piacere essere stati accolti all'arrivo (ci hanno anche aiutato con i bagagli e fornito informazioni utili per la nostra vacanza). sicuramente esistono soluzioni più lussuose ma nell'ambito di questa fascia di prezzo reputo che il rapporto qualità/prezzo sia eccelente. c'era anche l'aria condizionata con doppio split ed un bel divanetto con tavolino da giardino nel balconcino. la zona era estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. ottima anche la vicinanza di un supermercato ed altri negozi raggiungibili in un minuto a piedi

Zona molto bella. Con una bella camminata comoda per raggiungere il centro. Appartamento molto carino con delizioso terrazzino, soleggiato e spazioso. Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile

Apartment was really cosy and our host very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peaceful and calm place to stay. A bit further from centre but accessible by bus.

Just an hour from rome, this lovely stay is just perfect. The view from the window every morning, and the restaurants just outside the door, made the location great. The host was so welcoming, and made our stay fun and homey, she just thought of everything! Hope to come again soon...
