cosa dire, dire che siamo stati bene è poco. post a dir poco meraviglioso in mezz alla natura tra galline e asinelli, spettacolare. la stanza è molto carina curata nei minimi dettagli a parer mio. la piscina non ha prole per descriverla assolutamente bellissima, filo con il paesaggio e quando il sole tramonta la vista è fiabesca. e infine devo lasciare delle parole per i proprietari Luca, Anna e Michele...che dire di loro ti fanno sentire a casa in ogni senso, siamo stati a pranzo li e sembrava che ci fosse mia mamma a cucinare ma poi il livello di amicizia...che dire, di post del genere ce ne sono veramente pochi nel mondo e soprattutto d persone speciali e socievoli come loro ancora meno e siamo stati veramente contenti di essere venuti a conoscenza di quest posto. SIETE MERAVIGLIOSI! Tornerò senza ombra di dubbio

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les villages médiévaux, accéder au Lac Bolsena, aux thermes et le centre de Viterbo est à 5 min en voiture. Il est également pratique d’aller à Rome et jusqu’à Ostia Antica. Le logement est très agréable, spacieux, très propre, climatisé et la terrasse privée est bien exposée et de bonne taille. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les attentions de notre hôte qui tous les matins nous portait des pâtisseries maison délicieuses. De plus, à notre arrivée le frigo avait été rempli de boissons et nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement, expérience très agréable !

Bienvenue au Royaume de la domotique ! Luca et son épouse ont construit cette très moderne villa pour le plaisir et le bonheur de leurs invités et cela se sent. Tout est fait pour eux. La chambre "Master" a même une piscine privée !. Luca est authentiquement chaleureux et sympathique et nous savions pouvoir être aidés et guidés à tout moment. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (x4). Nos enfants ont particulièrement apprécié la climatisation "personnalisée" par chambre. A recommander. Au plaisir de revenir "in the jungle" !

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

"Il Colle" è la soluzione giusta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Gli ambienti a disposizione sono caldi, ampi e funzionali. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, la comunicazione con Marco è stata facile e veloce. Grazie di cuore...Siamo stati davvero bene!

Donkeys & Roses est un véritable havre de paix, un endroit qui dépasse toutes les attentes. Que ce soit pour une escapade en couple ou un séjour en famille, l'atmosphère y est à la fois magique et reposante. Chaque logement offre un confort unique, avec des atouts tels qu'une piscine sublime et des panoramas incroyables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse de notre maison, offrant une vue à couper le souffle. L'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant d'Enrico, toujours disponible pour rendre notre séjour parfait, a vraiment marqué notre expérience. abbiamo trascorso il Natale in famiglia proprio come lo avevamo immaginato, spazio cucina comodo per la preparazione di pranzi e cene, castagne arrostite al camino acceso. spazi comuni ampi, zona notte molto confortevole ed accogliente per la privacy di ognuno. Soggiorno di 3 notti apprezzato da tutti noi giovani e meno giovani. Spazio esterno molto curato, il nostro cane ha potuto scorazzare in libertà. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Giampiero è un padrone di casa impeccabile. Gentile, simpatico e disponibile. La casa un gioiello senza difetti. Tornerò sicuramente.

Alessandro e la Moglie sono due persone giovani, carinissime, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è posto in un condominio circondato da giardini, vialetti curatissimi e super pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, come indicato nella proposta , accogliente, ed è come sentirsi a casa. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo fatto una richiesta e con gentilezza, e velocità, è stata risolta, dimostrando, se ce fosse bisogno, una cura ed una attenzione alle persone. In conclusione siamo stati accolti e trattati con educazione, familiarità e cortesia, in poche parole, benissimo. Consigliamo a tutti, vivamente di poter usufruire di tale appartamento per un soggiorno a Roma. Certamente noi, coglieremo in futuro tale opportunità, sempre se sarà disponibile. Sirio

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was well equipped, communication was easy and prompt through text, and it was fairly easy to get to Rome by (a) bus and Metro; or (b) Uber. The Bracchiano lake area is also about a 30 drive away and has some smaller, more quaint villages and Matteo’s Truffle Hunting in the mountains near by. It is really worth a visit to this area of natural beauty in addition to enjoying the splendour of Rome. There is a supermarket market (Conad) and a lovely Cafe (Boni - also where you buy bus and Metro tickets) 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Below the apartment is Granu restaurant (delicious and interesting food combining Roman and Asian cuisine) and the fantastic Gelato shop for yummy gelato, crepes and our favourite Zoccalette Con Nutella (small doughnuts but better that are covered in Nutella). There was also parking, a garage and a convenience store directly across the road (great express food including sandwiches, drinks and pastries). The staff were super friendly and so helpful at all of these places. There was music from Granu and twinkling lights and candles that give a lovely holiday vibe and it is well supported every night! Of course the swimming pool and roof top area of the apartment needs a special mention… it was outstanding for relaxing, reading books, eating meals, afternoon snoozes, watching the aeroplanes, and sundown drinks while watching the very gorgeous sunsets. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Excelente lugar para la estado, lugar tranquilo, cerca a la estación del tren. Anfitrión amable y atenta siempre ante cualquier duda o consulta. Muy recomendado.

We got great instructions for check-in, complete with detailed photos. We had a problem with the hot water when we arrived, but they sent two guys over in 20 minutes and it was fixed and worked fine from then on. Parking for cars is very difficult (as in all of Italy!), but there were plenty of spaces at the metro station a short walk away. The close metro station makes it easy to get into the center of Rome (but watch out for pickpockets, my wallet was taken while on a crowded train!).

The apartment was really perfect for it's size. The balcony was nice and had enough room to comfortably sit and eat for 4 people. Great was that they have a washing machine, mosquito screens, basic supply of foods and coffee. The kitchen is small but very well equipped and functional. The pool is also very nice even though the opening hours were a little restrictive. The host was super friendly and very responsive and helpful.

Bel condominio pulito ben curato con piscina privata e il mare pochi passi l'appartamento è molto carino con tutti i confort tra cui l aria condizionata preziosissima...bello il terrazzino con tente ideale per pranzo e cena.. Consigliatissimo.

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Villa Valentina was a beautiful place to stay for me and my family. The backyard, pool, and kids play area was very special and made our stay wonderful. Marina was kind and went out of her way to let us check in early because we had small children with us. It was a lovely place to stay!

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

Jättefint hus med fantastisk trädgård och pool! Enda anmärkningen var att det endast finns ac i ett av de fyra sovrummen så det var ganska varmt inomhus.

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)

Cesare - the host - was very friendly and helpful. He was very responsive and always reachable. The house is not very big but space enough for 2. The garden and the surroundings are great. Spacious garden and quiet surroundings. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby and the sea is only 30 minutes away. Will come again.
