Very warm, cosy and clean house. Great location and good transport links. Neighbourhood very friendly and welcoming and Ilya makes the effort to make sure all of your questions are answered and you’re as comfortable as you can be. Great AirBnB.

Misha’s place is amazing! Unfortunately we had to leave unexpectedly. We will definitely be booking again when we return! 10/10 would recommend.

We were very grateful to find the rental exactly as described. Plenty of space to spread out and a beautiful kitchen with everything we needed.

House has a good layout, good yard size, bedrooms are also a good size. A/C works well.

Estuvimos visitando esta hermosa ciudad un fin de semana por una actividad de la iglesia. Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy contentos ,tranquilos y como en casa. El lugar tiene todo lo que necesitas para poder disfrutar de ella. Nos fuimos muy complacidos y muy felices. La parte de la alberca fue la que ayudó que mis hijos la pasarán extremadamente divertido. Quiere pasar un buen fin de semana en un hogar que se sienta como el tuyo? No busques más! Este es lo mejor ….. hay algunas otras cositas que pueden arreglarse pero no impide que disfrutes de este lugar. Definitivamente lo volveré a buscar y desde ahora se convierte en uno de nuestros favoritos lugares.

Quiet location. Close to shopping and restaurants

This was our second stay at Michael’s picturesque loft. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t one thing that could have been added to make our stay better. Michael’s property is a little piece of paradise on a stately avenue in the grand part of Yuba City. We stayed with our dog this time and we enjoyed walking under the trees to the nearby park. Michael is warm and welcoming, his loft is supremely comfortable and peaceful, and we felt right at home. The views from the upstairs are soothing to city eyes as well! We look forward to returning when we are back in town.

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

Shevaun's place was perfect and exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Sacramento! The house matched the description perfectly and was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Not to mention, Shevaun was proactive, responsive and an amazing host. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we visit Sacramento!

Loved this home. Great comfy space which felt very homey. We used this home for our pre wedding shoot and not only did the home look like the pictures, but the surrounding was very peaceful and scenic. We would love to book again when we come back.

Kara’s house was actually really nice inside. The location was not in the best neighborhood. Surrounding houses were run down with jun and garbage all in the yards. There’s a little house in the back with people living in it. So although was entire house it felt like the guest house.
