This was a great place to stay! It is just like it looks in the pictures. While it is small it was perfect for our two-person vacation. Only about 30 minutes to a beach and very close to downtown Jacksonville. We were able to do just about everything you could've done in a full-size home. You are able to hear the family upstairs when they are home, so keep that in mind. There also is only a small stove, which can make cooking hard (but we made it work quite well). Also, the water pressure was not the greatest ever seen, but also not the worst, the shower was a good size so it made up for it. The place was clean overall, there were just some places that had some dirt/dust. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you just need somewhere to stay. Marcie was great at communicating with us, and even let us borrow her can opener. I would totally stay here again!

Really enjoyed my stay while in town for business. I would definitely stay here again. They even gave me a little bit of extra parking for my larger vehicle. A win all the way around. Great space.

We had a lovely stay here while attending the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Great location and very nice spot!

Had issues the beginning but with willingness to work through it all, our stay turned out to be very pleasant! Ms Lily is a good host!

Absolutely a great place to stay and float the Ichituknee River (20 min away). It was a Monday so a few restaurants were closed but we walked to Prohibitions Pizza, WOW! Try the Dillinger, best pizza I have ever eaten! Leticia’s place was as described and perfect for our party of three, me, my partner and my son. My son slept on the sofa bed and had a door to close for privacy at night although we had to walk through there in the morning no problem. Our bedroom had a private door and the bathroom was beautiful and well stocked! The little food area has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and fridge which was enough for us. We appreciated some water and sodas in the fridge when we arrived. We would stay here again for sure!

Taylor is an excellent host! His home is VERY clean, the environment is peaceful, safe, and near great restaurants and many locations of interest whether you’re working or vacationing in the area. I will definitely return on future visits to Gainesville! Excellent host!!

Great communication and always let me know on any updates. Both my stays were a short notice and he accomodated me welcoming and having everything ready plus sparkling clean! Very good parking space that was convenient and not blocking anything!

The home is located in peaceful subdivision. The neighborhood is very walkable and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and the pool is relaxing. We especially enjoyed the swing located in the pool area. As a added bonus the home owner let us spend lots of time with his dog Toby, who us absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We arrived after dark & I loved that we got to park feets away from the door & to unpack truck. Loved the snacks & cold drinks they had for us . very comfortable bed & had great water pressure to wake us up. They were so nice to meet & helped us with a cooler instead of the styrofoam cooler for our medicine to stay cool. very cool host.

The town had such a great charm and we loved visiting the springs. The place was very clean, we sure appreciated that.

Nice location set back off the road. Loved the shower, and slept like a rock in the bed! Nice community with access to all you will need in the area. Definitely would stay again!

Was a great spot on my way down to Miami. Very quiet. Was easy to get in my training run and ride before I headed out. Great communication from the hosts. They let you know everything and how it all worked. Will stay with them again if I am ever back in town!

I always stay with Cindy & Steve when I come to Ocala and it is always the best experience!

Alice was one of the friendliest host I have met so far. She communicated throughout my stay and made sure I was comfortable. I really enjoyed her coffee service in the morning. I checked in on Super bowl Sunday and Alice got the game on for me; great customer service! Close to all the springs and the place had everything I needed for my short stay.

Steven’s place was the perfect snowbird retreat this winter! It’s a great location, with easy day trips to Cumberland Island, St. Simon’s Island, and Jeykll Island in Georgia — and south into Florida, Amelia Island, and places around Jacksonville. And everywhere in between. So much to see and do! The apartment was very clean and contained everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. And I particularly appreciated the reliability of the wi-fi for occasional zoom meetings. Steven was a wonderful host, always available when needed to help or ask a question or share recommendations for local restaurants and places of interest. The pool, back porch, and backyard were a nice bonus. And an enjoyable place to relax after long days exploring the area. This is a great place, and dog friendly. I really enjoyed my stay — so much so that I plan to stay again when I’m back in the area. Thank you Steven!

Susan's place was a perfectly located close to both of our daughters' homes. We will definitely rebook whenever available. The space was a Key West style cottage with a very private back yard setting. You will barely notice that the owners live in the main house. Susan is very pet friendly and even allowed our daughter's dog to visit and play with our pet. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and is only a few blocks from the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the French Cottage. The cottage was comfortable and cozy. We loved the location, private and enjoyed sitting on the porch. We appreciate that it was dog friendly and the neighborhood was great for walking our small dogs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Isi and Jen for your hospitality.

Kim, and the Florida State were just perfect for my trip to Jacksonville Beach for the TPC. The best things were the little things and the little touches that made my stay that much easier, like plenty of toiletries and towels, sunscreen, and even fresh fruit in the fridge and candy and snacks in the kitchen. Kim and her family were great hosts and always quick with a response even for the simplest questions. The suite is quite clean and smells good, and perfect for 1-2 people for a week at the beach, which is just a few blocks away. And it is so close and convenient to many restaurants and area attractions. Didn’t have the chance to use the pool or the paddle boards etc., but they all were ready for use for the next guest. Perfect stay!

We came to visit/help my mother who lives nearby in an assisted living community, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Living space is very clean and comfortable with nice decor. Lyn and Will were quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Highly recommend this cute abode!
