Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Cathy and Dale were wonderful hosts!! Myself, my boyfriend and his brother drove from Maine to Florida for “Swampfest” in Waldo. The space was perfect for all of us and we had everything we could have asked for provided from Cathy and Dale! (Thank you for the treats!! They were perfect for our quests and long drives!) These two go above and beyond to provide comfort and ease with your check in and check out. Their home and space is adorable and a literal home away from home. Definitely get a chance to sit on the dock or on the back porch for the views, breeze, and sunshine! Our trip was full of exploring, so the bnb was primarily used for night, and it was AMAZING to come back, shower, eat, and sleep! Their home was perfect for our stay. I cannot express more about their gratitude and generosity! Thank yall again so much!!!

Leslie and her place are a great spot for everyone that wants to be in a safe and chill location in JAX. The area isn't too close to the beach, but has a good bus system nearby and is in relative good distance to visit the Riverside, Avondale, and Downtown area. Furthermore, Leslie is a great host. She and her family are caring and gentle people, who will give you attention and assistance. Her place is comfortable, equipped with all necessary needs, and with a beautiful back and front garden. In fact, I would say that the pictures of the place aren't capable of describing how good and comfortable the site is. There are good restaurants, grocery stores, and parks nearby, surrounded by houses of beautiful architecture. Unless you don't have a car, can't afford many uber rides, and your main goal is to go to the beach or the zoo, Leslie and her place are a great if not the best deal to make. I look forward to seeing them again.

This was a beautiful Airbnb! My fiancé and I staid the night as we were driving through on a road trip. The Airbnb was right on the water and had a peaceful backyard as well as a kayak, and it was so so cozy inside. It was by far one of our favorite Airbnb stays, we will definitely be returning! Thank you!

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

I rented this property for the Georgia Florida game, and it was perfect. Very clean & modern. The owener did a great job. 5 stars!

This place was great. Had an pool and right next to a lake. Loved the patio.

We came back for a third stay at the sunset house. It is a lovely place just like the pictures. We enjoyed fishing from the private dock and had no issues. Robyn was very responsive and helpful throughout stay.

This place far exceeded our expectations! The hosts went above and beyond to provide for us and make the stay as convenient and relaxing as possible! Would 100% come back again!

Perfect spot for a multi-family getaway to Crystal River for a few days on the water. The large boat dock and boat lift were exactly what we needed for our boats. (The closet boat ramp is terrible because it’s insanely steep, but there are other better ones nearby.) We used the kayaks a little but did see a small gator swimming around. (We’re FL people and used to it though.) Very quiet street, very peaceful backyard looking out onto the canal, good sized screened-in porch to avoid the bugs in the evening. We loved the large fire pit for nighttime! Home was very clean, no clutter at all, with the comfiest couch ever. Kitchen was equipped with the basics exactly as described in amenities. Kids enjoyed the bunk room, an older child had the spare room, and each adult couple had the primary rooms; the amount of space was great! We ate nearby at St. John’s Tavern (recommend!) and had ice cream at Guyer’s (so good, try the “chubby mermaid”!). Brooke was kind, responsive, and a great host!

We had a family reunion on one day of our week long stay and this place was PERFECT for that!! Everyone in our family was comfortable, had plenty of space to move around plus plenty of seating for 20 people... they didnt all stay there, but the day was filled with fun, family and a great place to spend it in....We really enjoyed the dock and close proximity to renting pontoon boats to go out on the lake or river for fishing.... We hope to enjoy this property again in the future for some relaxing family time... Thanks Megan for everything!!

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

Welaka is a great area to spend some quality time boating, hiking. Area restauants very nice, good food. The house is centrally located for traveling around. Perfect to hang around on porch or dock to cook out or try your luck fishing. House is very homey; met all our needs; very secure as was neighborhood

Our family had a wonderful time! Bryan’s home was lovely; clean and updated. Sunsets were amazing! Very responsive host.

Ashley’s place was an unforgettable experience! 10/10! This was a trip for my honeymoon, my husband and I are from Texas & drove 14 hours to visit such a wonderful place. She gave us so many recommendations on good food, shopping centers and more! Definitely would book with Ashley again!

If you are a nature lover and a bird lover, you will love this place. The balcony overlooks a nature preserve and it is an awe-inspiring view. The condo is clean and beautiful and it is quiet and peaceful. The community is recovering from a devastating hurricane and the pool area was closed while we were there. There is also no grocery store available, so I highly recommend buying anything you need prior to getting to Cedar Key. The beach is on an inlet and is a very small beach located next to a marina with a playground. It is perfect for families with little ones, but if you are looking for a typical gulf beach experience with beautiful water and sand and somewhere you can take long walks on, this is not the beach to do that on. Despite the disappointment with the beach, this place is truly special, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Definitely recommend this location for a stay in Crystal River! Very peaceful back patio and short walk to boat launch. Multiple river/springs within 30 minute drive of this location. Modern, clean interior. Would stay here again!

Lovely updated condo in a quiet cul de sac community. Wonderful access to local waterways and tons of great nature based exploration. The condo is well stocked for family entertaining and comfortably cool. The host Geri is very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for local eateries and activities.

We had an amazing stay! Communication with Ken and Marylee was great. They answered questions quickly and even dropped off new kayaks for us late one evening so we could use them during our stay. The home is exactly as described in the listing - cute and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms have plenty of places to hang towels, which is something I feel like most places overlook. The location is walkable to everything on the island, and we actually didn’t even use our car the entire week. Golf cart rentals are just down the street. The home has a huge selection of puzzles, games and cards which our kids loved. The private little beach area and dock for fishing is perfect. We spent a lot of time out there. The home has a vacuum for guests to use, which I appreciate as a pet owner as I like to sweep up daily. The master bed is definitely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in - like sleeping on clouds. We really had a perfect stay and hope to visit again!

Lori’s place is a nice, quiet Airbnb set off a beautiful tributary off the Gulf. It’s clean and safe, which is my first priority. The kitchen is well stocked for home-cooked meals, and bathrooms have plenty of towels and hot water. Good restaurants are within walking distance. I would certainly stay here again.

We were in the area for a college golf tournament, this was a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, the lake was very peaceful! Would recommend this place to anyone coming to the area.
