Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con desayuno incluido en Suwon-si

The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

Amy was such a great host for a great apartment!! The space looks exactly as pictured in the photos and everything is super modern and pristine. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants nearby and it’s very peaceful and easy to get to hot spots in Gangnam. The building sits directly on top of a metro station so it’s very easy to get around. Amy was also exceptionally responsive and clear in her communication. She gave detailed instructions about how to locate the building and use all the amenities. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone who is coming to Seoul!

숙소 위치가 정말 좋아요. 잠실에서의 일정때문에 이 숙소를 선택했는데 지하철역과 매우 가깝고 근처에 편의점, 마트, 카페, 시장이 있어서 편리했습니다. 침구도 부드럽고 푹신해서 편안히 잠들 수 있었습니다. 잠실쪽으로 오게된다면 다시 찾고싶은 숙소입니다. 편안히 잘 머물다 가요!

Very nice host, always responsive and helpful. The location is in a nice and quiet area, although still around 30 min by taxi or subway from the city center. But it’s located in front of lake and a park with a lot of green space and walking areas. Subway station around 10min walking. The flat is very clean and tidy. Don’t expect a big house, but for a couple or a family up to 4 pax is more then enough. The house have all the commodities needed for your stay. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Wintergarten, großem Wohnzimmer. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und bereitet ein tolles Frühstück - koranisch oder westlich, beides gut. Viele Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar, auch ein größerer Supermarkt, wo man auch eine Flasche Wein bekommt, hier nicht so häufig. Hat man mal einen Tag keine Lust die Stadt zu erkunden kann man es in der Wohnung prima aushalten.

Amazing place and a really great host! So many restaurants around and a walking distance to public transport too! The best thing is Van will always respond within minutes to help you with anything! Absolutely loved our stay!! 5 stars! 🌟

It is the most complete house I ever stayed! You basically just have to bring your clothing and check in. Lovely place with great location.
