기대하지 않았는데 집이 잘꾸며져있어서 기분이 정말 좋았어요 ~ 6명이서 보드게임도 하고 배달음식도 먹으면서 재밌게 시간 보내고 갑니다!

위치가 훌륭하며 청결합니다 단 사전에 메시지로 너무나도 많은 주의사항을 보내줘 다소 부담스러운점이 아쉽네요

Amazing small but cozy and luxurious apartment. You get to feel like a “gangnam local” at this apartment. Be sure to add “The Poem” to your location for uber or kk T for more accurate drop off. The location is near Yeoksam station but the station is not luggage friendly. So make sure to be prepared for luggage delivery or carrying luggage’s on a lot of stairs during transit days :)

가족 행사가 있어 1박 숙박하는데 왠만한 호텔보다 좋았습니다. 그리고 무엇보다 집안 곳곳 호스트님의 세심한 배려가 보여 감동받았습니다!!

Clean and cosy house ever, thank you so much

I just got back from Seoul with my daughter and we absolutely loved staying at Lisa's place ☺️ The place is really clean, looks exactly like in the photos and is soo close to the Seoul National University Station on Line 2, which is only 11 stops away from Hongdae and other tourists attractions 😁When we come back to Seoul, we will stay at her place again and would definitely recommend it to anyone 😁

I had a great night's sleep during my stay. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, making it easy to unwind. It honestly felt like all my work stress just faded away. I couldn’t stay long due to my schedule, but I’d love to return when I have more time. Big thanks to the host for the warm hospitality and clear, detailed guidance about the place. Also, the cleanliness was truly impressive—everything was spotless!

Grace was super helpful during our stay. The neighbourhood was very quiet and nice.

하루 잘 쉬다가 갑니다!❤️ 숙소 위치가 좋아서 행궁동은 어디든 잘 둘러볼수 있겠더라구요ㅎㅎㅎ 근처에 버스정류장도 있어서 대중교통으로 와도 좋을거같고요. 저는 차를 가져왔는데 주차도 잘 안내해주셔서 감사했어요. 숙소는 가성비가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 일단 방이 3개라서 공간을 여유롭게 사용할 수 있었어요. 침대도 청결하고 넓고 푹신해서 편안히 잘수 있었습니다. 수압도 쎄서 씻을때 너무 좋았어요!!! 또 이용하고 싶은 숙소예요ㅎㅎㅎ👍

조용하고 깨끗해서 머물기 좋았습니다 에버랜드 가려구 머물렀었는데 1층에 무인편의점도 있고 경희대 근처라 배달시켜 먹을것도 많아서 편했습니다

Great place to stay, many places to eat around the area. Very close to the subway which is always a plus. The stay was very clean the host was very responsive. Overall, Great!

신림근처 숙소를 이미 예약을했는데 온수고장으로 더이상 숙박이 어려워 급하게 알아본곳이 여기 였어요! 들어가자마자 향기로 가득한 집이였고 침구며 모든것이 깔끔해서 1박하기 아쉬울정도였네요 진작에 여기서 2박했으면 좋았을텐데ㅠ 다음에 신림근처로 오게되면 재방문 100퍼 있습니다!

숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 아름다웠어요! 소품도 넘 이뻤고 장소도 넓고 쾌적해 식구들이 모두 만족했습니다!

This was a great place at a great price! Close to lots of cafes and restaurants as well, and only a 6-ish minute walk to the subway station. Ady was a fantastic host! There was an issue with my room and she scheduled time immediately to visit and check it out. This issue required some maintenance work, so Ady and her husband moved me to another room which was larger at no extra cost. They also helped me move my things which was so kind of them. I really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend Ady as a host!

Great/clean place. Close to base…5-8 minute walk to main Gate/SED. Hosting super responsive . If you rent a vehicle paring is easily available. Restaurants/grocery stores/ convenience stores all within walking distance. Thanks again. See you next time.

Overall, a lovely stay in the apartment. The place was modern looking, well-situated near a subway entrance and worked well for our family. We appreciated the early check-in that you were able to offer. Thank you again for providing the extra bedding (blankets and pillows) beyond what was included in the listing. The kids said this was the “fanciest hotel” that we stayed at during our trip in Seoul.
