Well designed, fully equipped and cozy appartment. The nice location, just 15 minutes from the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants around. Highly recommend

Very nice apartment - modern, comfortable, and renovated with taste. Close to the beach, a small supermarket and a bus stop. The sound insulation is quite poor (no closing doors, impact noise from upstairs neighbours) and the hot water is enough just for two consecutive showers and washing up. Otherwise, we had no problem and we would happily come back! Great communication from the host.

Stayed here for the third time, as always Marius and Živilė were outstanding hosts and really helped us with some questions and needs during our stay. Highly recommended.

Puiki ir greita komunikacija. Gera lokacija. Lengva rasti ir patekti į butą. Bute buvo viskas, ko reikia viešnagės metu. Švaru, tvarkinga. tikrai rekomenduočiau.

The appartment is on the second floor and we could leave our bike and scooter on the ground floor of the same unit. We really liked the original approach to house planning and design. The owners were very kind and responding almost immediately so we had great holidays. Thank you!

lovely little apartment. easy to find. privat and really close to town center. about 5 min walk. theres a small shop around the corner that had everything we needed at hand. privat parking privat entrance. easy to access and cant recommend enough. as a family of 4 it was nice and cosy stay. Ernesta was responding to questions instantly and helped every step of the way. even recommend places yo eat! brilliant host!

Very clean and very calm place, exceptional location. Vasilisa was very Open person with a lot of stories &local recomendations,she did very nice preparation of apt smooth&flexible checkin and she is extremply polite.Big thank You Vasilisa making our vacation stay so beautiful. I was a bit dubious about my booking when the cab pulled up in a street of old buildings in varying conditions. But once I unlocked the unit's door I was greeting by warmth and quality. In my days in Liepaja I found I was within walking distance of a big market, many eateries and the beach. Perfect place.

Apartamentai buvo švarūs ir grąžiai įrengti. Šeimai (du suaugę ir 2 vakai) pakankamai vietos, patogios lovos. Didelis balkonas kur galima ramiai romantiškai (su vaizdu į miškelį) pavakaroti. Rekomenduoju.

Good value for money

I am returning to this place again and again and again. You will have seen my other reviews under this property that still stand true. As Nida grows progressively busier (even in winter), the location of the property and comfortable parking arrangements become progressively more valuable, as the town centre can get truly happening. For me and my dog who is nervous and shy it is a blessing. I recommend tipping the cleaning lady generously as she is doing such a brilliant job there. As it is one of the few locations in Nida where you can enter the forest almost from your doorstep for infinitely long walks, I recommend exploring unmarked trails in the woods - you cannot get lost on the Curonian Spit.
