There are not enough words to describe our stay except AMAZING! Harvest Moon had everything we needed for a week away! We loved exploring the Property, the Swing bridge, Riding our Mtn. Bikes and Fishing the Trout pond. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked and cleaned. We enjoyed visiting with Lee and he told us some great places to explore! If you want a place to relax and unwind this is the place to go! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you guys for everything!!

We absolutely love this place. Beautiful scenery and peaceful. The patio is private and has a fire pit and hot tub which is nice. This place met our expectations and more. The hosts are amazing and very hospitable. Highly recommend

It was the perfect place for a family gathering after Christmas at one of our favorite places. Only wished we could have stayed longer. We’d stay there again.

The location is beautiful and peaceful. Located just off of a highway and you do hear some noise mainly when motorcycles going by, but other than that you don't think about it. We rented a boat so having the dock was the best feature, but includes a lily pad, kayaks, fire pit... Definitely would rebook.

We loved staying here! The house has everything one would need for a relaxing stay. My kids loved fishing from the dock, the legos, and puzzles- so much to do that screens were not even missed!

We had a wonderful stay with extended family. We have been coming to Santeetlah for over 20 years and it's beauty is always magnificent and peaceful. More than enough space for everyone to enjoy together or in private. We cooked just about every night of our 2 week stay, except for a couple of treat nights at Topoco Lodge, which we love. Star gazing off the deck, breakfast on the quiet gorgeous lake and convenient private dock for our rented pontoon boat. Beds were very comfortable and host was responsive to the one problem we had with hot water - was addressed and fixed promptly. Note that there are a lot of stairs to access the entry of the house (not that unusual for Lake Santeetlah, but if you're new to the area it's important to know). We will be back!

The place was very nice and was even decorated for Christmas, which was a nice surprise! There were beautiful views on the mountains and sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed expectations. I was in town to attend the Bronco Off Roadeo in Maryville and Claire’s place was a convenient 15 minute drive to that.

Motorcycle trailer friendly parking which is great considering the roads in the area. I had no problem getting my truck and 10ft enclosed trailer there and parked. Great house and neighborhood. We were allowed to check in early which was awesome. The house was stocked with lots of snacks and items that you may forget or need. The layout of the house is nice for 2 separate groups as you would each have your own end of the house and bathroom. My mom stayed at the house and enjoyed the lake view while the rest of us rode motorcycles.

We would stay here again if we return to the area. It was very convenient for a visit to WCU. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and our pup, but still felt cozy for reading, watching tv or playing games. Quiet, clean, welcoming, all you could need was there.

We loved our stay here! We had plenty of space and the view was amazing! Our host was friendly and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our time outside on the dock, the back porch and the outside sitting area. We were able to use the kayaks and go out on the water one morning and enjoy the beautiful views. The beds and pillows were SUPER comfortable, felt like I was at home!

This cozy, beautiful spot is a treasure! Kim was very attentive to details in creating a space that is welcoming and feels like home. The kitchen was well equipped, decor blends modern and mountain cottage. Plenty to entertain at the house or nearby. The description helped us know how to best plan our visit to the area and there were great tips and maps at the house too. Beautiful scenery and a great place to enjoy birds, fall foliage, hiking and much more. So thankful for a great getaway!

Another wonderful stay at this Nantahala cabin. It is remote, super clean, and had Starlink internet for us to use. We will continue to return to this cabin each year because it is a special location for us. Grab your groceries and firewood ahead of your trip and escape the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives here.

I stayed with my daughter-in-law, my son and grandkids. We went to the Polar Express train ride the first night and then next night went into town to enjoy the festivities the town puts out. The place was clean. The owners were very responsive to any requests. Unfortunately, the previous renters to us broke the hot tub. We found other things to do and enjoyed being together.

Dragonfly Cottage was a fantastic base camp to enjoy nature and the surrounding Joyce Kilmer Forest, Cherohala Skyway, and Lake Santeetlah. The home was absolutely spotless and had all the amenities we would need. Would not hesitate to book here again in the future!

Everything worked great! Even the backup generator, which came on automatically after we lost power in a storm. Couldn’t be more convenient!

The house and location were fantastic! It was a wonderful spot for a peaceful trip on the lake. Shawn was also very helpful and responsive when we were there as well when any questions popped up! I would highly recommend this for all! The boats for use were awesome as well!

We had a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook excellent meals. Jodi left very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless.

Amber and Brian’s cabin was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The peaceful surroundings made it a great escape. Amber and Brian were wonderful hosts, welcoming and attentive to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay-highly recommend it! Can’t wait to visit again!
