We had a great stay and would book the same home again!

Matt’s place was exactly what we were looking for, space for everyone to spread out. Felt extremely safe. All rooms clean, with just enough decorations to make it feel like home. Would come back again for sure!

What a beautiful vacation rental Kelly has created! We had a lovely week in Townsend thanks to her thoughtful provision of everything a visitor might need -- and more. The furnishings are so comfortable, and the beds are great. There were more hangers and other delightful amenities than we've ever seen in rentals before. We roasted marshmallows on the firepit -- she had even provide the roasting sticks! We cooked at home all but one night, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. When an issue with hot water came up during an icy spell, she responded immediately and had a skilled mechanic out to solve the problem right away. Her online guide to the rental and the area is the best we have ever seen -- follow her recommendations for coffee and eateries and you cannot go wrong. Thanks so much, Kelly!

Excellent spot in the tranquil mountains! The view was unbeatable. The home was cozy and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Far enough away from city while also being close enough to multiple attractions. Great place!

This was a great spot for a couples trip. Easy to get to the golf course and close to the casino. Well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds! Everyone said how great the house was and we were talking about our return visit. Thanks for everything!

The Majestic was perfect for our family's New Year's vacation! The cabin is HUGE, gorgeous, full of amenities, and very luxurious! Simon's game room is like none other. It had a pool table, ping pong, the coolest Dream Arcade, corn hole, darts, a full kitchen of its own, and was attached to a theatre room! That area was our favorite place, keeping us at the cabin for days. We did not need to leave the house to have a complete vacation. We would always be anxious to return to the cabin after being out and about in town. The kitchen on the main floor is divine! The spice drawers were fabulous for our home-cooked meals. Having the kitchen attached to a children's playroom was perfect for our toddler twin granddaughters. They had so much fun playing in the little tent, and they LOVED the giant outside playground! The fact that all three floors had their huge laundry room was a dream! This cabin was incredible, much bigger, and even better than you can tell in the pictures! A dream!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and when the clouds broke this morning there was a double rainbow over the valley. The house is decorated so cute. I loved all the artistic antique doors. It reminded me of my grandmothers house and the kids loved the pool table. I would definitely stay again maybe in the summer so we could use the pool.

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first one. Beautifully decorated, clean, and quiet place. We had some delays in leaving Townsend and fortunately the condo was available and the host was gracious enough to let us extend our stay at a moments notice. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating and I would most definitely recommend staying here. Thank you again!

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain condo last weekend! The views of the surrounding mountains and the nearby golf course were absolutely breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The condo itself was wonderful, with high-quality furnishings that made it feel like home. The kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, was a highlight for us as we enjoyed preparing meals during our stay. The location was also incredibly convenient, with easy access to both Bryson City and Cherokee. We’re already talking about planning a return visit to this property, especially to enjoy some golf at the nearby Smoky Mountain Golf Course. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene mountain escape with modern comforts!
