We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Couldn't recommend nel's place more highly . Wonderful location, beautifully appointed , stocked kitchen with all the bits and pieces you need. Warm and comfortable stay with all the essential that we needed. As we were only staying overnight, we needed to check-in earlier and Ian was very flexible and accommodating in allowing us to do so. We had our own car park in front of our door and shops were very close by. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Ian :)

We had a wonderful stay at Felicity’s place on Kingston Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right across from the beach, with great coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It was ideal for our family. Highly recommended!

Bella Costa is a wonderful place with a great view of the beach at Binalong Bay. Access to the beach was easy (there’s a pedestrian path just round the neighbouring house). So it’s about 50 metres to the beach for a swim. The kitchen is great and allowed us to eat in, although the pizzeria next door looked good and did tasty ice creams. Good shower, comfy bed and strong WiFi. Overall a great place to stay in Binalong Bay.

We had a really wonderful stay at Julie’s apartment, which was beautifully designed and perfect for our needs. It was clear that Julie had selected the welcome pack with great care regards potential allergies which reflected her wonderful attention to detail. The views from the apartment balcony were stunning and even the impressive photos did not do it justice. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to anyone visiting Tasmania!

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

Outstanding modern architect designed home in a beautiful setting in nature.Great walks along beach opposite and short drives nearby. A very comfortable bed and very efficient heating if needed. Karen could not have been a better host.We look forward to our next stay.

A lovely place - beautiful set up and lots of space! Loved the enclosed yard for our puppo and we really enjoyed sitting outside - a really get set up for either a couple or family xx

Had to fly to Hobart for a brief stay to attend funeral. Brendan was very accommodating with checkin time as had three sisters all flying in around midday and we has access to our accommodation. Plenty of space for car, very close to beach , and nice outdoor setting to sit outside. Would highly recommend this airB&B.

The house is lovely, very comfy, spotless, and well appointed. Plenty of parking and a great outdoor space. The hosts really appear to care about quality and they are very approachable and responsive. This was our second stay and it was as good as the first, and there is likely to be a third visit in the future!

Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need for a fully self-contained stay. Some nice touches.

This was our first air bnb, chosen to stay close to family living nearby. The house was just as pictured, clean, easy to heat (autumn in Tasmania!!) uncluttered, easy to access, and great supplies, including. Linen, toiletries, kitchen essentials, and additional condiments, and laundry supplies. Great views over the water and of sunrises, if you are up early. Less than 10mins walk down hill to Blackmans Bay beach (with kids). Loads of shops/restaurants/supermarkets easy 5 min drive away in Kingston.

Such a lovely quiet and comfortable apartment close to cafes, restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to the Salamanca markets and the waterfront. The parking bay outside the front door was so convenient and being on the ground floor made it very easy to get luggage inside. James is a very considerate host and we would always aim to stay here if back in Hobart, it was perfect for us.

The location and the apartment was amazing and we felt very looked after by Roxy and Ambre. The apartment was very cutesy and has everything we need, it has beach views in one window and mountain views in the other! Kitchen is tiny but we loved preparing food in here. The only thing is the walls must be paper thin as we were having casual conversations with the tv on at around 9pm but we got frantic knocking from the neighbor (we thought it was an emergency!) telling us to stay quiet. We just had to keep it to whispers after that but overall very good experience and we had a lovely time.

A short notice stay with a poorly pup. Check in details were sent straight away, easy to find, convenient parking and a lovely cosy place to stay and relax for the night. Lots of streaming services and wifi access and all the amenities we needed. And a wonderful, compassionate host - Would recommend!

Beautiful place to stay Waking up everyday to wonderful views Coralie and Coasta are lovely friendly hosts. We were provided with everything to make us feel at home and many lovely extras in the way of food too . thankyou so much for having us we loved our stay x

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝

We loved our stay in Sandy Bay. Julie’s place was beautifully decorated and the views were magnificent. My Wellington in one direction, the Bay in the other. Quick And cheap Uber rides to Salamanca. Julie was a great communicator.

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!
