Oh my gosh, this house was amazing, from the moment we walked in, the comfortable feel of a cosy home by the water. The living area, spacious with plenty of seating, the big table to gather around. The bedrooms again welcoming and beautiful decor. Lots of heating throughout and the fire yet another treat. On the water- Walking distance to the shops, hotel and of course the beaches. Angela was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Sadly we were there for a funeral but we will definitely be back for a longer holiday so we can enjoy a family gathering in this awesome home.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as described, and Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds too.

Absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in TAS. A private, stand-alone dwelling with fully enclosed yard for my dog was just perfect! Having stayed at several Airbnbs that were modified sheds/containers or filled in verandahs it was a joy to stay in a lovely “proper” house! It was very homely (I could definitely live there!) and had everything that was needed! Ros was very responsive and very generous with check-in/out (overall just very generous!). My dog Rosie really enjoyed the freedom of popping out the dog door whenever she pleased into a safe enclosed yard - which was not an option at the previous “pet friendly” places we’d stayed! I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and it’s definitely on the cards to book again in the future (hopefully there will be vacancies!).

Lovely location, Bear with Me cafe was excellent. Shop close by, well stocked and open every day. Hobart Rivulet is a lovely walk into town, go down road at side of Bear with me cafe, right into town, left up to Cascades brewery (well worth a visit for a meal). Hop on hop off bus stop just round the corner. Well equipped house with everything you would need and more. South Hobart is a lovely suburb with some beautiful houses.

The place was heaps of fun. Great setup with heaps of things to keep the kids occupied

Amanda & Toms place was a stand-out and their communication excellent. They offered us help for our cycling trip needs - and starting and ending our holiday there, we felt as at home as can be when not in your own place. Location was stunning and the views amazing. I'll be recommending this place to everyone. Thanks for offering such a nice place to stay.

We had such a wonderful experience at Pat's place. It was the perfect size and location for our family holiday - close to everything we wanted, clean and well-stocked. We even had a wallaby hop into the yard one afternoon for a visit! Would recommend!

What a little hidden! Not too far from city centre, in a quiet part of town. The apartment opens up from the front door into a friendly welcoming place, warm and well equipped. Bedrooms were a lovely oasis, free of clutter and bright. Bathroom had everything you need and more. Netflix, scrabble and other nice touches! Great place; would defo stay again 😊

Amazing place, very central, short walks for most of what we had to do in Launceston CBD! It is a modern place, very comfortable and with a beautiful social area. The highlight in my opinion is the vintage safe door that leads to the closet in the ground floor bedroom. We met Dale on the check out that also shared some of the history of the building.

Great location, spacious and a very friendly and communicative host. Highly recommended.

Jo was a wonderful host, and her AirBnB was exactly like the photos shown. Her place was cozy, and we felt right at home. She was attentive to our needs, asking us prior to our visit how many beds we needed. Jo made sure to fill the cupboards with different cereals, and each bedroom was tidy and clean. The entertainment in the living room was full of board games, books, and even though we didn't have kids with us, there were options available for children, which we found was very attention to detail. The view was stunning, and we enjoyed the garden downstairs with the bunnies, the chickens, and the seed library. Thank you for such a beautiful stay! Would definitely come back.

Rose is a fabulous host, her apartment was exactly as the photos show, very comfortable and cosy and welcoming. A quick drive across the bridge to the CBD, and the esplanade a 1 minute walk to enjoy the beautiful bay and walking track. A gourmet IGA and Woolworths close by for supplies. We arrived late and Rose supplied milk , bread and other staples to start our holiday, and some lovely champagne to celebrate our daughter’s wedding weekend - very thoughtful.❤️ Kitchen was extremely well equipped, bed and shower fantastic. The weather was kind during our visit , but heating would be very cosy if it had been cold. Rose answered any queries very promptly. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend. Thank you Rose.

The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

A fabulous apartment , spacious and great outdoor areas. Easy walk to the CBD and the wharfs, theatres and restaurants. Supermarket close by. Comfy beds and lovely linen, lots of thoughtful extras e.g bottled water, plenty of tea and coffee and lovely bathroom amenities. Highly recommended! Thanks Kasey for hosting us.

So much better than expectations!!! Huge apartment that felt like a house. Perfect location, great to have secure parking, comfortable beds, warm and cosy. Will stay here again if we're lucky enough to come back to Tassie

The location and the apartment was amazing and we felt very looked after by Roxy and Ambre. The apartment was very cutesy and has everything we need, it has beach views in one window and mountain views in the other! Kitchen is tiny but we loved preparing food in here. The only thing is the walls must be paper thin as we were having casual conversations with the tv on at around 9pm but we got frantic knocking from the neighbor (we thought it was an emergency!) telling us to stay quiet. We just had to keep it to whispers after that but overall very good experience and we had a lovely time.

Very lovely accommodation within walking distance to city and a little further walk to dock area with fantastic restaurants. Lots of parking also around docks. Easy to access condo everything you need for a lovely stay. Great value for a lovely home. Only down side was no wifi which didn’t really bother us we hot spot from phone. Easy to get to site seeing spots. Overall a fantastic stay.

Lace House was amazing we felt right at home. Beautiful views from the kitchen and balcony! The host Jacqui was very accommodating with early check in and late checkout which made our holiday with kids much more enjoyable. Everything we needed was included. Great place and will be sure to recommend to others.

Central and clean apartment with a parking space in the city, which is rare! Great communication from Andrew and easy to access.

Choice of restaurants were within walking distance, lovely walks by the river, great location. The unit was spacious, had everything we needed and more. We were able to relax and enjoy Launceston. Thank you so much for hosting us, we would love to return.

The environment is clean and tidy, the landlord responds quickly and can solve problems quickly, highly recommended! It is easy to find, and the view from the balcony is also very good💝
