Помешкання значно перевищило наші очікування! Ми були сім'єю з трьох дорослих і двох дітей- усім вистачало місця. Аура у помешкання ідеальна- дійсно відчуваєш себе як вдома! Тераса- це окрема розмова- ідеальне місце для проведення вечорів. Літаки... їх дійсно дуже багато, проте це зовсім не заважає спати. Приємно вразило, що було все необхідне для побутового життя починаючи від прального порошка, закінчуючи дитячим шампунем. Можу і буду щиро рекомендовати це помешкання!! П.С. треба відпочивати на Родосі з автомобілем.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

Maria was a super host, she was always responsive and friendly, her Villa is beautiful and traditional with plenty of space! She has everything you would need for a stay in Rhodes including a fully kitted out barbecue area. The Villa is simply stunning, with a quiet and tranquil pool area as well as a hot tub. We needed for nothing, and had every eventuality covered! Local to Ialysos and Rhodes old Town. Maria is full of local knowledge and has a very comprehensive information book with everything you need to know about staying in Rhodes, what to see and do, recommended trip suppliers etc. Each room comes with a beach bag and beach towel for the guaranteed beach trip when you stay here, pool towels for those lazy days around the pool and spare bedding if needed. Each room has its own air conditioning system, a the kitchen has a wonderful selection of coffee machines and every utensil you would need. We will be staying here again and recommending Maria and her space to all.

We had the most wonderful stay in the lower part of Milias house. I want to be there now! We ate breakfast by the sea every morning and loved sitting outside in the evenings watching the boats and listening to the chatter and gentle music in the harbour. Our two kids loved splashing in the sea right outside, playing in the boat sofa, climbing the tree and being spoilt by the lovely neighbours. It was a little slice of heaven.

Defne Hanım ve eşi Nail Bey ilk karşılamadan itibaren çok ilgiliydiler. İhtiyaç duyulan herşey evde mevcuttu. Evin kendisi, manzarası, konumu, temizliği, kendine ait havuzu olması muhteşemdi. 1 gün dışarı çıkmadan evde,havuzda huzur günü bile yaptık :) Sahile inmek, restaurantlar, alışveriş yerleri yürüme mesafesindeydi. Defne Hanım'ın verdiği restaurant ve bölge ile ilgili tavsiyeler harikaydı. Evden güzel anılarımızla birlikte ayrıldık. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum. Bizim için parasını sonuna kadar hakeden bir tatil oldu. Çok teşekkürler 🙏

We stayed at Sunny Breeze Villa for the second time, this time just passing through, and it was an incredible experience once again! Greg and his team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They even set up a full playground as a surprise for our family, which was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special. The villa is beautiful, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The team was always available whenever we needed anything, ensuring we felt completely at home. We absolutely recommend Sunny Breeze Villa and will definitely be returning again and again! Et skønt ophold - imødekommende vært. man kunne bestille wolt til huset, hvilket vi benyttede meget, da man ellers var nødsaget til at tage taxa til det nærmeste spisested. huset var perfekt til en ung gruppe på 6 mennesker - hyggeligt ude areal og dejlige værelser, stille område og kun 15 min til byen.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and had everything we needed, the garden was really lovely and the pool was suberb. The house is in quiet area, we loved the surrpundings but bare in mind a car is needed to visit the shops and restaurants. Maria and George were really friendly hosts 🙂

Das gut renovierte, traditionelle Steinhaus hat eine sehr angenehme, heimelige Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Kieselstein-Mosaikböden und die herrschaftliche Höhe der Räume mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung aus einem Mix von alt und modern. Bequeme Sitzmöbel und ein schattiger Freisitz mit Oasencharakter machten es schwer, das Anwesen für Exkursionen zu verlassen. Drei gute Restaurants, ein Supermarkt, der Strand und die Bushaltestelle nach Rhodos sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Sehenswert: die orthodoxe Kirche im Zentrum von Ialysos. Überall begegneten uns freundliche und zugewandte Menschen. Positiv viel uns auch die entspannte und umsichtige Fahrweise der Autofahrer auf (wir waren mit Rollstuhl unterwegs).

Die Lage der Villa Liam direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Wir waren Ende September/Anfang Oktober dort und die Temperaturen waren für uns perfekt: 28-30 Grad und jeden Tag sonnig. Zwar war es zwei Tage super windig/stürmisch. Aber wir waren trotzdem jeden Tag im Meer schwimmen. Der Privatstrand ist zwar sehr schmal und etwas steinig, aber man gelangt ziemlich schnell auf reinen Sandboden im Meer. Badeschuhe haben wir nicht benutzt. Die Lage ist recht einsam und ruhig. Wir waren auch die einzigen im Meer. Das war super. Da es außerhalb der Saison war, waren leider die Cafés und Restaurants im Hafen (zu dem man ca 20 min läuft) leider geschlossen. Die Villa ist schön eingerichtet und hat soweit alles was man braucht. Mit Ameisen hatten wir etwas zu kämpfen. Also immer schnell alle Essensreste verstauen 😀 Die meiste Zeit haben wir uns aber ohnehin im Außenbereich aufgehalten. Die Kommunikation lief über die eine Hausverwalterin, die super schnell geantwortet hat und sehr freundlich war!

Murat Bey bizi çok sıcak karşıladı. Hoş sohbet birisi, eve geldiğimiz gibi etrafta neler var onlardan bahsetti. Her şey bahsedildiği gibiydi. Park yatak isteğimiz vardı biz gelmeden her şeyi hazırlamıştı.

Alles super gewesen, sehr zu enpfehlen! Würde jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Soggiorno piacevole, ottima posizione per chi come noi ha preso in noleggio una macchina per potersi muovere sull’isola. Vicina ai servizi principali tra cui il supermercato a 10 minuti a piedi oppure a 3 minuti in macchina e al mare della città raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10/15 minuti, la città di Rodi dista solamente 10 minuti di macchina. Il suo punto forte? Il balcone ottimo per chi come noi ama la tranquillità, stare e mangiare fuori d’estate (l’appartamento è lato strada ma posso assicurare che non si sente il minimo rumore!). Inoltre l’alloggio è dotato del condizionatore che nei giorni più caldi è un salva vita! Un altro punto a favore è il check-in/ check-out flessibile ottimo per chi come noi arriva troppo tardi o troppo presto, e host pro attivo e gentile. Per concludere è stato davvero un piacere alloggiare qui, sicuramente è un’esperienza da ripetere!

Arian was very friendly and flexible with our departure and arrival. He kindly left us some eggs 🙏 the flat was very clean and the area is quite safe and easy. Only the planes sound a bit cause of the proximity to the airport but at night is not there. Everything was really nice!

If ever you need a place to relax in a tranquil environment this is the place. Zafeira and Dimitri take pride in their apartments and this is shared by giving customers the maximum beautiful experience. They are attentive, kind and care that you are getting the best from your holiday. They give advice where to go but also give you time to discover the beauty of Rhodes island. We genuinely had the best holiday. The accomadation was perfect, cleaned every day. Every finishing touch you require is there. They are a lovely couple with their own family yet they give the best to all customers. we wouldnt hesitate to return. Perfect for couples, families , friends - this is your place. Also breakfast is available Authentically Greek and Organic. Don't miss this wonderful experience. Everyone we met there returns year after year and we will be doing the same.

We had a lovely stay in Oct 2024 with our two adult sons 17 + 23. The pool was a little cold as it was late in the season, but we were able to swim in the sea every day. We had great weather. The villa is secluded and private, very clean and within an easy walk of numerous restaurants and bars, also the beach. We were spoilt for choice. The hosts we lovely and helpful We got a tax from the nearby taxi rank into Rhodes old town for 18Euro which is well worth a visit. We hope to return next year!

En perfekt villa for deg som vil til Rhodos. Villaen ligger nærme mange fine restauranter og med kjøreavstand til Rhodos by. Meg og mine venner har stor kost oss i villaen, og Eleni og hennes sønn har vært svært fleksible og snille med oss. De svarer fort og kommer med engang man lurer på noe. Vi er veldige fornøyde, og anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste.

Emmanuel ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Mit vielen Empfehlungen und einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, hat er uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir sind sehr begeistert! Vielen Dank Emmanuel

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Vi har haft en super skøn uge. Vi var 3 familier afsted, hvor der var masser af plads for os alle. Meget hyggelig lille landsby og hurtig svar på de spørgsmål vi måtte have. Vi anbefaler huset til andre, helt sikkert et besøg værd

From the moment we booked the Villa right up to our last day, the communication with Tia was brilliant. A lovely woman too. Tia’s father was also on hand should we need anything during our stay. We are a family of 7 (three couples and a young child). There was plenty of room in the huge Villa! A high chair and cot too for the little one. We arrived extremely late in the day however the owner was there to greet us and kindly show us around the Villa. The Villa was immaculate, air con in all rooms which really helped. Extremely clean and well looked after. Pool lovely and warm, sun beds comfortable, coal bbq for guests to use, huge fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. Local supermarkets, bakery, beaches and restaurants all within a short walking distance. If you are considering booking, look no further, you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at Platoni during mid-May was wonderful. Stratos is kind, and always smiling. Yanni and Mari were so helpful and gave sound advice for places to visit, sightseeing and landmarks (Kalithea Springs, Seven Springs, Anthony Quinn Bay and Lindos). They both served up delicious food with genuine passion and we got a delightful orange cake to finish our meal. I would recommend trying the Gia Giamas drink with so many options available it was so refreshing. The domestic staff who cleaned the room on a daily basis were lovely ladies. The apartment was exactly as described including kitchen facilties. The pool area was well kept and loungers readily available. Convenietly situated opposite, a supermarket for everyday essentials and close to beach and other amenites e.g pharamacy, restaurants (incredible choice and big portions), coffee shops and sports bars. We would definitely recommend Stratos' place. One (of many) kind gestures was that we were offered to continue to use our room until late, as our flight was scheduled for the evening. The bus stop is a 2 min walk away and costs €2 to the airport and a 20 min ride. The family were always on hand to offer advice and help with anything. Jamas!
