The flat was lovely with large balconies front and back, and fine views in each direction. It was extremely clean, with new, high-quality equipment. There were useful supplies of basic food left for us. It has a quiet leafy location, an easy walk to the centre of town or to bushland on Mount Ainslie

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

Fantastic accommodation. Lovely location overlooking Lake Tuggeranong. Close to everything you might need - shops, restaurants, cafes et al. Stephanie is responsive and friendly.

Daniel’s place was perfect for our first visit to Canberra. Safe, secure, peaceful. So easy to visit local restaurants and cafes in Acton, Civic and close by. Stylish, neat apartment, with everything to make our time in Canberra comfortable. Close to galleries, the lake, museums. Daniel is great to communicate with.

The apartment was beautifully appointed with quality fittings and appliances. Lovely view from the balcony. Everything that was needed was provided - extra linen, washing machine/dryer, powder etc , pegs, air dryer, coffee machine , all bathroom necessities, huge wardrobe with loads of hanging space and hangers, internet, parking - in fact a home away from home.

For the business traveler or anyone seeking a comfortable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Hugh’s apartment. The space is well-designed, functional, and equipped with quality cooking utensils, and practical linen, making it easy to settle in. The building offers excellent facilities—I made full use of the steam room, sauna, spa, and pool, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The gym is also available for those looking to stay active. The location is fantastic, with a short walk to a major shopping complex and only 4-5 minutes to the lake, making it great for both convenience and leisure. What sets this stay apart are the thoughtful extras. The supplied laundry facilities were a welcome convenience, and small appliances like the toaster and coffee maker added a homely touch that isn’t always found in Airbnbs. The house was a great place to stay, air-conditioning in every room which mas magnificent! The kitchen had everything we needed and the out door area with table and BBQ was a great area to have a chat then cook and eat tea. Using Ainslie's house as our base made our stay in Canberra all the better! Thanks so much.

Melissa place felt like a home away from home. She had the same coffee machine us as , hence the comment. Great flooring for fur babies, no carpet. Definitely would use her place again if we come back to the ACT

An excellent property. Excellent host. We had bread, cereal, eggs, milk and coffee available on arrival, it wasn’t expected but so very much appreciated as it made our settling in so easy and meant we didn’t have to go into the city for supplies. Everything you need, and even things you didn’t think you’d need but glad they had available - like a rice cooker!!! The main bathroom even has a toddler seat on the toilet!!! Honestly if you’re tossing up between this property and another or a hotel, stop your search and just book this place. It’s everything you’ll need and then some. So extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!

We all loved the place so much that we spent most of our holiday in the house.A very comfortable bed and pillows.Watched tv from sofa and sofa bed till 2 am.Very important (no pets allowed) means no dog or cats hair.qClean bathroom and kitchen. Nice and clean place- perfect for family. Attractions are close by drive. Lots of spare supplies which was great to have access too. Well kept and maintained.

We loved this home because of the details. - hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom - Nescafé pod machine - a drawer full of spices, salt, coffee, tea, full kitchen accessories including useable size saucepans and even baking cake tins - super quiet location - the host is very helpful with great directions, quick responses and local food and coffee recommendations -secure house and car park

The place is great, and Sadeepa was an excellent host. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and there’s heaps available within a short walk.

This place was awesome. Great location and close to a lot of attractions. the main strip for a good feed was not far by car. Apartment was really clean, very spacious and exceeded my expectations. Was perfect for my family of 4. Would highly recommend!

Great location and close to everything with perfect views and spacious living areas. 2 x bed rooms and 2 x bathrooms were great! and an EV charging station in car bay made it perfect to charge car at night. Host was great to deal with and created easy to use instructions for everything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Canberra.

A wonderful modern clean sunny apartment, only a few minutes walk to the Ipima Tram stop and then just 3 minutes into Civic! Perfect location.
