We really recommend this place in Pico de Loro. Feels like home, easy to do check-in, with complete instructions, very clean place and most of all, the caretaker Sir Rosendo was really helpful in all our concerns and questions. Both the owner and caretaker were responsive which makes our vacation easier. What you see is what you get. We will book this place again for future travels in Pico. Thank you very much, we really appreciate everything.

Place was very convenient, been to other airbnbs in canyon cove and this is one of the best units i've booked. Ground floor so no hassle of climbing up the stairs, very near the pool and beach and the place is big. The wifi was fast enough for remote work setup and the place is complete of cooking materials and utensils even for grilling. They even let us stay longer since there's no booking the next day which is a plus. Will definitely book this place again.

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

The place was great and the host is very responsive

We immediately felt at home! Highly recommended for groups and families with up to 9 members. Everything is according to the description and more. We had our 6 year old niece and she was happy to play, draw and have games with what was provided extra by the host - there’s sungka and jenga etc. The wifi is great plus the TV too. It’s a perfect staycation place if ever you want to be at The Pico de Loro. The Country Club was within walking reach, while the Pico Sands Beach is around 5-7 minutes depending on your pace.

Edena was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We had such a great time here. Will definitely recommend this place!

It was great, everyone is very friendly and helpful (the care taker) just ask them what you need or you don’t understand he’ll come and help you out. 100% recommended

The place is just as it appears in the photos. Beautiful and relaxing. Randi was so gracious a Host---catering to all of our requests--and is always available and responsive and easy to talk to. His caretakers ate Mercy and kuya Ranan were so thoughtful--always making sure we are safe in the beach--respectful of our privacy but always there when you needed them. Overall a great experience for my family!!! Thank you Randi and company for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Wag kayong magbubook dito kung ayaw nyong inaasikaso kayo! Super bait ni ate chai 🥰 lahat ng needs namin anjan sya (thank you sa free okra nung dinner) Walking distance sa beach but they offer a tricycle ride ☺️ clean ang space, super tahimik perfect para sa gusto ng peace of mind. Complete ang gamit sa kitchen. Thank you will surely be back ♥️

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

What a great experience! I took my kids to the Philippines for the first time and they loved it! We walked the neighborhoods, did some shopping with local street vendors, took a tricycle to everywhere, which was a highlight for them. There are beach resorts fairly nearby too. It wasn't the hustle and bustle of modern city life. It was the sharing of the experiences I had as a chil in the Philippines.. Thanks!

Gabie was such a gracious host. He responded immediately to all our questions and accommodated all our requests from early check-in to bonfire requirements and even late check-out which made our stay super fun and memorable. Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

We had an amazing stay at Baron’s place. The unit is big enough to fit our family of 7 and we feel like it could fit more. Ate Rowena was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to Baron’s place next time. Thank you!

Great experience, we just experienced water interruption and the refrigerator wasn’t cold enough until we asked for help. But overall it was clean and would definitely book here again when we go to Pico again.

Super loved Joanna’s place. The unit’s location is at the ground floor which made it very convenient since we have a senior companion. The unit is just beach front and has the perfect view. We paid the day tour so we can experience the whole resort. My son enjoyed the kid’s pool so much. We had so much fun at the beach. VERY CLEAN BEACH and BEAUTIFUL SUNSET. Ms. Abby was also very nice and considerate and gave us extra minutes during check-out. Will definitely come back here.

Marlon’s place was so clean and full of the things we needed like water, hair dryer, towels, kitchen ware, and many more. The check in was smooth and on time as well. Marlon was very responsive ever since I booked his place which I really appreciate! There were free shuttles roaming around pico until night time and the area felt really safe. It was easy to get to and from the beach at any time we wanted and the guards were really helpful. I recommend staying at least 2 nights. Overall, would love to stay again! Thank you!
