Notre séjour avec les enfants fut excellent grâce notamment à la qualité des prestations de la villa, notamment la climatisation et la piscine. La villa est très propre, un pisciniste et un jardinier viennent entretenir les extérieurs tous les 2 jours. La communication avec Abdellatif a été excellente, il a été hyper réactif à chaque fois et arrangeant. Je vous recommande les yeux fermés pour un séjour au calme dans un beau cadre. On reviendra à coup sûr.

This beautiful 4-bedroom villa, nestled in a serene residence just 20 minutes from the city center, is the perfect retreat for relaxation and luxury. The apartment hosted by Mhamed and Oumaima has two storeys - the ground floor with the kitchen and the living room as well as one more room, and a second floor with the two sleeping rooms. On the ground floor you can go out in the private garden with a private pool. It was not very warm in January, so we were not able to use the pool and also had to use the A/Cs to warm up the apartment. The house where the apartment is, has also a beautiful garden and a large pool, which can also be used in the warm months. In front of the building is enough place to park your car. Within 10-20 minutes driving you can reach every spot in the city, so it's quite well situated. The nearby supermarket Marjane is 3 minutes by car or a 12 minutes walk. Mhamed and Oumaima were perfect hosts - very kind, responsive, and helpful! Thank you Mhamed and Oumaima for your hospitality!

went to anouar’s house with my family and we fell in love with the house with the bedrooms with the garden and the children loved the pool , it was a clean house everything was good we felt home , the place was so peaceful the surroundings were nice and safe and there’s some activities to do there . Anouar was always present for our request and we really appreciate it . We’ll definitely go back there .

The villa is beautifully furnished, with amazing open air facilities. Everything was very clean, and the surroundings are quiet and thus this was the perfect place to relax. The Al Maaden Golf Resort is well maintained, and the driveway leading to the car port is very pretty, with olive trees and palms lining the way. Mounir took care of the check-in and was very friendly and patient. And the gentlemen driving us from our car port to the villa were avaialable 24/7 and were very polite at all times. Youssef always responded to our queries quickly and in a helpful way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to stay a bit longer!

I had a lovely stay in Ilhams apartment. she was always responsive and when I had issues with WiFi she got them resolved immediately. As a solo lady traveller, I felt perfectly safe in the neighbourhood as well as in the city overall. Of course I got lost in the medina side streets numerous times and everytime the friendly shopkeepers helped me with directions. The apartment is exactly as stated and perfectly functional for one person or a couple. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped and there are plenty shops and restaurants nearby. The old town is only about 15 to 20 mins walk. Thank you for hosting me :-)

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement. Tout s’est très bien passé. Le logement est propre, confortable et idéalement situé, à proximité de tout : la gare, divers restaurant, le quartier de l’Hivernage et les commodités. L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Situé à l’intérieur d’un domaine privé le logement était très confortable avec l’accès à la piscine depuis la terrasse l’emplacement parking devant la résidence et la proximité de la médina le logement était parfait. A refaire sans hésitation.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, l’appartement est propre, très bien situé et facile d’accès. La communication avec l’hôte a été très fluide, il a été très accueillant et réactif. Je recommande.

Un séjour merveilleux ! J'ai passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Ludivine. L'appartement était exactement comme décrit, propre, confortable, et très bien situé. Ludivine a été une hôte fantastique, toujours disponible et prête à aider avec des recommandations locales. Je me suis senti comme chez moi dès mon arrivée. Séjour parfait à Marrakech ! Le logement était impeccable, très propre, tout comme le linge. Idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport. L'hôte a été extrêmement réactif, tout comme son assistante, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Un appartement très fonctionnel avec ces deux chambres et ses nombreux équipements qui permettent d’être parfaitement autonome. Se situant dans une résidence sécurisée, nous sommes parfaitement au calme. La localisation, en-dehors du centre, permet un accès plus facile mais il est préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour s’y rendre. Un parking devant l’immeuble permet de se garer sans problème. Mohammed a été un hôte très réactif. L’arrivée sécurisée avec la boîte à clés était parfaite.

The best Airbnb we have stayed at! The villa was even better in person, it was stunning. Hamza and Fatima were incredible at making sure we had what we need and made amazing food. Ahmed the driver kept a group of us 7 girls very safe and went above and beyond for us. Thank you to Afifa and Jean-Claude who were great at communicating with us before arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. Would recommend to all!

Nestled just 30 minutes south of the airport, this peaceful retreat offered the perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. To make the most of the experience, we recommend stocking up on breakfasts and snacks at Carrefour in Marrakech—especially if you enjoy a good coffee (Nespresso Compatible Aluminum Capsules). A rental car is essential for exploring the nearby villages and discovering charming local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Don't forget to get mobile internet service. The setting was absolutely serene, and our children loved every moment, which made the parents happy too! The warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and authentic Moroccan experience made this a memorable trip. We’d love to return one day! Magnifique séjour passé à la villa Koutoubia entre amis. La villa, le jardin, la piscine tout était parfait 👍 La villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Fatima et Abdou, je recommande leur service les yeux fermés. La communication avec Sybille a été très bonne du début à la fin. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir !

Villa magnifique directement sur le golf, donc parfait pour un séjour golfique. La cuisinière et la baby-sitter ont été absolument parfaites, ce qui a grandement rehaussé la qualité du séjour. À noter : - une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer, n’utiliser que des transferts taxi est très vite trop cher et trop contraignant - le lotissement est malheureusement inachevé avec par endroits beaucoup de villas à l’abandon, avec juste les murs en parpaing. Donc ça peut être très laid, alors que certaines zones sont dotées de villas sublimes. - piscine non chauffée donc trop froide meme pour les enfants (nous étions prévenus) Au global un excellent séjour et un service au top!

We've just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at this villa for my best friend's hen do. Wow...what a fabulous place! So much space, 2 beautiful pools (one heated, one not), lots of different spots for sitting and chatting or sunbathing. Gardens were beautifully maintained. We loved the Hammam and the sauna. The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and soft. There were lovely soft towels, bath robes and pool towels. The villa arranged all our transport to and from the airport, plus the most fabulous scrubs, massages and facials. We had several meals in the villa which were all lovely, fresh and home cooked food. The breakfast is basic but there was plenty to eat. The villa is quite far out of the main area but we were happy with that as it was really peaceful. It was 20-30 minutes to the souks etc. The final word goes to Yousef who was on hand to tend to our every need! Extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette grande villa, idéalement située à proximité de Marrakech. La maison et ses installations sont totalement conformes aux photos, voire mieux en réalité. Cependant, que serait ce séjour sans la présence bienveillante de Mina et Ahmed ? Mina est une cuisinière exceptionnelle, toujours prête à se surpasser pour satisfaire vos envies. Quant à Ahmed, il est un véritable maître de cérémonie : attentionné, généreux, et toujours à l’écoute. Ces 2 là sont de véritables ambassadeurs du Maroc ❤️ Si vous cherchez un lieu au Maroc où vous faire dorloter, ne cherchez plus : c’est l’endroit rêvé !

The perfect escape from the business of Marrakech! A bit further out from the city but it’s easy to get in via taxi and it’s like an oasis. We loved the pool and spa. Nezha also cooked us the most delicious dinner! Would recommend.
