L appartamento è molto pulito ed il calore della stufa da un valore aggiunto all ambiente. Sabrina e un ottima padrona di casa, presente e sempre d aiuto. La posizione e tranquilla e vicino agli impianti da sci (Drei Zinnen). Da consigliare!!

Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Unterkunft, den Gastgebern und der Gegend. Blitzsaubere, großzügig geschnittene, super ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr bequeme Betten, extrem nette Gastgeber, tolles Wetter. Es gab so viele wunderschöne und interessante Orte zu besuchen. Wir haben ausgiebige Wanderungen unternommen. Ausflugsempfehlungen können wir geben zum Barbianer Wasserfall, den Erdpyramiden nahe Lengmoos, der Seiser Alm, Rastenbachklamm, Kalterer See, Castello die Arco am Gardasee, dem Skywalk und der Hängebrücke in Mezzocorona, Lago & Canyon Smeraldo, dem Fennberger See und den Mammutbäumen. Dickes Lob an die Gastgeber!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Le logement d'Alessandro est idéalement situé. il est entouré de montagnes, ce qui donne un certain charme. Nous voulions faire des randonnées dans les dolomites et l'emplacement était parfait pour cela. Il y a plusieurs restaurants dans les environs également. Alessandro était très réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions. Je recommande ce logement !

Loved our stay! The house is cute and comfortable with beautiful panorama type view of mountain ranges in backyard. Perfect location for drive to Lake Garda, but also options locally since we wanted to stay close by (15 min drive) our host recommended Chalet Rocce Rosse Mountain Lodge for delicious food and stunning outdoor terrace/ views. Within a few minutes of Lodge there is a walking area Val Gardena- a perfect relaxing day if you don’t want to drive so much. Also recommend Bar Bufo cute bar 5 min away from house on a little lake/pond Our host Corrado was very kind and accommodating to any questions that came up (even when there was a misunderstanding he was quick to resolve the situation) so we were very pleased. All in we loved our time here!

My partner and I stayed at Michela’s place before starting the Alta Via del Granito walk. The house was very clean and tidy and we found d the bed very comfortable, perfect before a big walk! Michela was helpful and responsive and even gave us a great dinner recommendation at the nearby Rifugio!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is beautifully renovated, clutter free, and very clean. Our baby was accommodated so well with a lovely big cot, high chair and even a toy chest full of toys! Really can’t complain about anything at all. Arianna is a great host, she was so accommodating, helpful and flexible. She also provided so many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend and hope to be back in future!

Donatella and her family were amazing host. We were met at check in by Gulia who was amazingly helpful and gave very clear instructions for our stay. During our stay the home was comfortable and a beautiful place to stay after long days skiing and at our research conference. The home had beautiful views and the food that was stocked in the cupboards made for good meals, the local wine gifted to us by our host was an amazing touch. Five stars, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, we will definitely return if we can!

Monika was very kind and genuinely helpful, for example when we needed faster Internet. The location is very good, just a few kms from the Marmolada tram so if you are serious skier, the north-facing gigantic slope is right there. Also, we saw many ice climbers walking right by the house. In the summer, several marked hikes start literally in front of the house. 200 m from a surprisingly well stocked village grocery store with fresh breads in the morning. Sufficient kitchen, good water pressure and one of the best beds and bed spreads we've ever had. We'd love to come back.

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Silvia, we had a great time, your apartment was as advertised and it we had everything we needed. Walking to the ski lifts was about 19 minutes the help from the rental agency was perfect. So we do advise your apartment to other people . Thank You

The apartment is nicely located on the sunny side of the valley. It was a quick downhill walk to the stores, restaurants, and the Seiser Alm ski lifts. Less quick on the way back up, but nothing to worry about. The Seceda lift is almost next door. We walked, fully geared up, back and forth to both lifts without a problem. The kitchen is a bit small but well stocked.

Irene persona fantastica! Appartamento decisamente bellissimo, pulito e con tutte le comodità che si hanno a casa. Camere spaziose, bagni grandi, spazi adatti ad una gestione ottimale di 6 persone. Posizione molto tranquilla, il torrente che scorre a pochi metri dal balcone crea un sottofondo perfetto per i momenti di relax. Posto auto sotto casa e un magnifico garage per un’altra vettura. Vacanza perfetta, assolutamente da ripetere. Grazie Irene e a presto!!!

Per il nostro weekend sulla neve abbiamo deciso di soggiornare presso l’appartamento di Tatiana, e siamo stati veramente contenti. Vicinissimo ai più importanti comprensori di Dolomiti super Ski, situata in una località tranquilla e con vicino supermercati, decisamente comodi per le cene in questa casetta così accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli (tra le lenzuola più morbide di sempre). Tatiana è stata davvero gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Un alloggio che consiglio vivamente e nel quale ci piacerebbe tornare! Grazie Tatiana di cuore.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella chalet gli ultimi giorni di dicembre e i primi di gennaio Casa molto bella e pulita ottima posizione sia per la vista spettacolare che per la vicinanza alle piste Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche con un cagnolino di piccola taglia che ha girato nel grande giardino che circonda la casa Jacopo ragazzo disponibile e gentile Speriamo di tornarci presto

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Ein großes, sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit toller Terasse und Aussicht. Man fühlt sich gleich Zuhause. Die Umgebung ist auch traumhaft. Und Martin, ein guter, sehr netter , hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, eingenehm und erholsam.

Our 16-day stay at this beautiful villa was absolutely amazing! In addition to its beauty, Villa d’Or is warm, cozy, comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-maintained. The hilltop location overlooking surrounding villages combines with the stunning backdrop of the Dolomites - to give the villa its spectacular setting. The views are breathtaking! We enjoyed the rural atmosphere while being within minutes of groceries, restaurants, a pharmacy - all we needed for our stay. Villa d’Or was a perfect home base from which we explored the region. It was also a perfect base for days of staying home and relaxing by a warm fire. Nicola is a fabulous host! He was very accessible whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. His advice on restaurants, gelaterias, and the neighboring towns was excellent and most appreciated. Also, Nicola speaks very good English - a big plus for two Americans who do not speak Italian! Our holiday at Villa d’Or exceeded all our expectations!

We had an incredible stay at Anna’s house. We were an extended family of 8 on a ski trip to the Dolomites. We received a generous weekly basket on arrival and the house was amazing - it’s just like the pictures! The kitchen in particular was excellent, perfect for large family dinners. The house is also conveniently located, within walking distance from the gondola in Alleghe. We would be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful vacation in this luxurious home which is designed with beauty and sophistication. The pool and the backyard peaceful and green. The proximity to the village center makes everything so easy. Claudia , the host, was always attentive. Kaltern is a sweet place. don't miss a swim in Caldaro Lake!
