老闆人很好 任何問題回覆也很快 還會介紹周邊的美食 房間很乾淨 床單也乾淨 裡面置物空間超級夠 有吧台 有窗台 可以置物 吧台高腳椅可以坐著聊天休息👍👍 整體住起來很棒

老宅。 如同房東的分享，整體都是在預期內的。 簡單舒適，樓下就是便利商店。 房間是大的，行李箱打開綽綽有餘。

如果自行開車前往需要尋找一下停車位，鄰近逢甲夜市也有便利商店，非常方便，房東即時及友善回覆很讚👍房源乾淨整潔，浴室熱水超迅速就有覺得感動🥺唯一可能覺得床附近沒有插頭🔌稍微有點不太方便而已😅

Ben和管家都十分友善，溝通和交接上都幫了我們很多，房子很大很乾淨舒適，也有很多桌遊和麻雀可以玩，很適合一大堆朋友來玩！

Friendly host, allowed us to check in way earlier even before the listed time. Watsons, Feng Chia night market and many clothing stores were all located within 5 mins walk. Very convenient location to find food for breakfast, lunch and dinner / supper.

호스트는 체크인 시 여러 가지 사항에 대해 아주 자세하게 설명을 해주었습니다. 또한 요구사항에 대해 친절하고 적극적으로 응답하였습니다. 숙소는 매우 넓어서 3인이 이용하기에 아주 넉넉했고, 1층에는 조식 레스토랑이 있어 아침식사를 해결하기에 좋았습니다. 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.

I had a great week staying in this cute and cozy flat in Taichung. It was clean, comfortable and felt homely right away. The bed was comfy, the Internet worked well and having a washer on the balcony and a drinking water fountain on the ground floor was super convenient. At first, the shower setup seemed a bit unusual to me, but it worked perfectly fine, no water left the bathroom and it was usually dry by the time I got back from exploring. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the MRT, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was friendly and very responsive. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely book again!

房東的房源比想像中大很多！裡面非常的感淨，住起來很舒適，check-in也寫得很清楚，且可以帶寵物對我們來說很方便溫馨，謝謝！

Host provided clear instructions on how to get to the location and was responsive. There were also recommendations on what to do and where to explore.

Everything was great! The pictures and description matched the post and the host was extremely helpful in having nearby recommendations listed. I only had one issue which I will say I have most to blame but it’s still worth mentioning as I’m sure I wasn’t the only one. The address listed on the page doesn’t match so I sent the Uber driver to the wrong location and luckily they waited so I wasn’t stranded having to get another Uber. They sent the actual address/location with access directions in a separate message which was I understand was my fault for not fully reading the directions, however it would’ve been easier if the address listed at least matched the location of the Airbnb. Otherwise, my stay was wonderful, once I found the right place to go!

住的舒適，跟房東照片描述一樣，衛浴沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡地板會濕濕的，淋浴在浴缸裡，對小孩來說，走出來要跨出浴缸需要小心一點！ 謝謝貼心的房東給我們簡易烘衣機，真的有比較方便！

1/11-1/12入住，房東會在附近7-11等，入住時說明的非常詳細，也超級親切友善，整體跟照片沒有差別，甚至實際更大一些，也非常乾淨，6人入住活動空間非常夠，cp值超高，寵物友善很加分，這邊會是以後去台中的首選!!

樓下就是公交站，去機場/高美濕地都很方便，還有的士站 位置很好，走路去草悟道誠品/審計新村都很快；附近有地道&新一點的早餐店，走一段很舒服的路就可以到35車站去夜市 房間十分整潔、電視很新可以連接很多串流平台，在BNB也可以耍廢一天不無聊
