Proactive host, great place for celebrations, and the area is clean.

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

위치와 시설이 완벽합니다. 시먼딩의 모든 것을 도보로 즐길 수 있을만큼 접근성이 좋습니다. 타이페이중앙역까지도 산책삼아 걸을 수 있어서 모든 것이 좋습니다. 시먼딩역에서 숙소까지는 산책삼아 걸을 수 있을 정도로 약간의 거리는 있지만 주변 볼거리 먹을거리가 많이서 그닥 멀다는 생각은 안듭니다. 시설 또한 4인가족에게 충분한 것 같습니다. 여분의 방에 대해 여러 말들이 있긴 하지만 저희 같은 경우 유용하게 잘 썼습니다. 다시 타이완을 방문하게 되면 재예약할 것 같습니다. 주인은 우리의 요구사항에 대해 잘 들어주었으며 언제나 친절하게 응대해 줬습니다.

部屋が綺麗で、場所も良く、ホストの対応もとても良かったです。 滞在にはとても満足しましたが、いくつか気になる点がありました。 ・上の階までの階段が暗く、少し怖い ・部屋に虫除けを置いてくれていたが、使っていても部屋に数匹蚊が飛んでいた。 この点が少しだけマイナスですが、総合するとかなり満足度の高い滞在でした。

My flight got in at 5:30 am in the morning and Lirong was very kind to allow a very early check in time. We needed an extra mattress and Lirong came back a few hours later with a brand new mattress! The place was very clean. She provided many extra things to make it feel like home-- extra instant coffee packs, tissue paper packs, toothbrushes and a full size toothpaste, extra cleaning supplies. We cooked breakfast and lunch for a good portion of our two week stay. There is a great supermarket just around the corner with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, anything you want. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, cooking oil and basic spices. It's very close to the MRT station. We will be back again.

Nearly perfect Airbnb. Great communication, perfect location, and amazing price. Duncan's place is quaint, cozy, and comfortable. check in was easy and Duncan was more than responsive throughout our stay. he truly set a new standard for me regarding what it means to be a host. Thank you for having us!

Worth staying, location is more convenient

The host was very friendly and promptly responded to our questions even though it was a public holiday. The place is very conveniently located and was clean. It was as described. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. The elevator and 24h security is definitely a plus if you re traveling with lots of luggage or with children.

Sheila’s place is perfectly located next to the MRT station with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The night market is also within 5 minutes of walking. The unit itself is exactly as described in the post- clean, comfortable, and conveniently and thoughtfully equipped with washer/dryer and bathroom drying feature. Sheila and her sister are wonderful hosts that communicate promptly and clearly.

친구랑 둘이 갔는데 3일간 정말 잘 썼어요! 오자마자 세면대가 막혀서 물이 잘 안내려갔는데 호스트님이 직접 찾아오셔서 고쳐주셨습니다! 신속한 응대 넘 좋았어요 덕분에 잘 쉬었습니다😍

Coco and her boy received me at receiving place. She is a responsive, kind, flexible host and respect privacy. I highly recommend this place which has a lovely loft unit bed, comfy environment with privacy. She is very flexible with arrangement of dates and have been very supportive. More importantly. This place is located in prime district with accessible MRT and plenty of eateries downstairs, good security.

It was very cozy place to stay. Me and my parents stayed couple nights at Eko’s place. We really loved and enjoyed staying there. Also Eko was very responsible and friendly. We needed a transformer to charge a phone. We forgot plug here different. But Eko offered us extra tranformer, he even made a time to bring it to us. Was very thoughtful. We definitely recommend Eko’s place and down to stay again when we come back to Taipei. Thanks Eko :)

This is the first time I've stayed in a room so comfortable! Phillips is very kind and friendly, and the room is filled with thoughtful amenities and clever touches that show great attention to detail. Above all, the room is clean and easy to use, and it's conveniently close to the station. I also loved being able to hang laundry on the rooftop! I would like to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay, Phillips is the perfect host. The place was so clean and he even stocked it with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and more; even some fruits and drinks in the fridge. I had everything I needed, from dishes to towels to laundry liquid. He always responded instantly to any messages I sent and during the big earthquake he had messaged me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay. Upon check-in he was waiting outside the apartment to greet me and proceeded to show me everything I needed to know, including how to work the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was functioning correctly and most things were brand new. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Taipei, especially students as it's a 5 minute walk to NTNU. Phillips really goes out of his way to do everything he can to make your stay as good as it can be, 5*

호텔도 다비싸고 그럴바엔 에어비앤비가 낫게다 싶어서 묵었던 숙소! 생각보다 깔끔하고 괜찮아서 친구들과 가성비있게 지내고 싶다하면 좋은 것 같습니다. 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 사진도 잘 되어 있어서 전혀 무리없이 할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위치 진짜 좋고 세탁기 있는게 최고!

Renny is very hospitable and responsive, even recommended places and things to do within Taipei. We enjoyed the cozy place and our overall stay.

A few minutes walk from the MTC at NTNU, I stayed with Philips for a number of months, he was always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Place is great, inside the Shida night market, lots of great food, close to a metro, overall great place. If I come back to Taipei would stay again! Thanks!!

It was super cute and cozy! I loved the mirror. The space was a little small, but enough. Philips was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again :)

We had a great stay at David’s place. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had and resolved any concerns immediately! The location of his place is extremely convenient to different subway lines. There are also many different food options nearby. We would definitely stay again!
