Yuko was very communicative when we needed help checking in and extending the stay slightly. The place is not on GPS and she gave amazing detailed instructions to find it. Would come back!

This is my second time staying here and Kazushi is extremely responsive and helpful. The place is around 5 mins walk away from 2 stations and there are a lot of restaurants along the way. Take note that you will most likely need to travel down to most tourist stops, but it is well worth for the price. As you are just renting a room, you will need to share the bathroom/toilet with other people but I never had any issues. You can do your laundry at the nearby coin laundry (200 yen for top loading, detergent provided).

The place feels like home and Kazushi is very accomodating. I feel like he's my father in Japan who's very kind to show and tell you everything and made your stay comfortable. Their airBNB is very cozy and you get to feel a modern traditional ryokan. I felt safe and haooy about my stay. I would've booked all my days here but I booked late so there's not much day/availability anymore. I will definitely stay here again once I'm in Tokyo. It feels suburb but still very accessible. Yuko’s place was spacious enough to travel with baby. It was super close to the subway station so we could easily go to touristic areas. Floor heating system was amazing so we could have good rest at night. Definately recommed this place!

I stayed in the Sakura room, and it was a great room! The bed, especially the pillow, was super comfy, and the place is equipped with heater and AC for your comfort. The layout of the place is simple and has everything you need for both short and long-term stay. The bathrooms were great, headed toilet seats were perfect for my stay during winter season. Although some may think that the sink is small, but I thought it was ok. The shower room was surprisingly relaxing (must be the pressure and the hot temperature), I looked forward to it after every long day. Bunkyō-ku is also a great ward, peaceful and safe. Kenichi's place also has easy access to JR East, Tokyo Metro, and Toei Subway. Even thought I didn't meet Kenichi himself, I did meet my 3 other roommates; everyone was super friendly and respectful.

Had an amazing stay! The place was quiet, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Great location with easy access to subway. Would definitely stay here again!

My trip was perfect. Thank you Kazuo for the hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and you have everything you need very close. I will miss the two precious cats. I hope to be able to repeat on my return to Japan :)

Excelente alojamiento por un muy buen precio. El tamaño es adecuado, y aunque no cuenta con cocina, está muy bien equipada con microondas y refrigerador. Los hosts muy amables y al pendiente para resolver cualquier situación. Zona muy bonita.

Buen lugar atención rápida y excelente lugar tranquilo si quieres pasar unos días en Tokio 100% recomendado

No puedo más que recomendar la estadía en La Base Secreta! Tiene todo lo que necesitas para una buena estadía y mucho más. La habitación es muy amplia, cómodo, cuidada y limpia. Se duerme muy bien! Tanto el baño como la ducha son de los más amplios que encontramos tratas en Japón. La estación de tres de Kawaguchi está a unos 10 minutos caminando y puedes llegar a todos lados desde allí. Si tienes intenciones de recorrer la prefectura de Saitama, este es tu lugar.

This place was very good and cheap!

我认为这个位置相对于涩谷可能有一丢丢远，但是理晴空塔很近。他性价比非常的高，他环境很好。
