Very comfortable stay for a family of three. It felt like a home away from home. Excellent location with restaurants and shops right outside the doorstep, a few stops away from the subway. David the host was always reachable if needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location! Very quiet and peaceful setting. Easy to find various subways and go to locations around the surrounding area.

Jacob could not have been more helpful. When I needed help of advice not only would he get back to me quick he would provide Google map links and instructions to make it as easy as possible. They also have extremely good Taste which was evident when I tried their suggestion for a good ramen spot. The place was nice and it had clear directions for everything in English and Japanese. Like how to use the washing machine and dryer. The internet, the TV everything that might confuse you in a new country he had safe guards for that made life easy. He even said if you run into a problem or situation while you’re out exploring, call me and I can help or have someone help you which was reassuring but also so nice and kind to offer that help when frankly that’s not his responsibility anyway. Amazing spot but even more amazing hosts!

Convenient clean cozy space, walkable to Hiro-o station. There is a luggage lift for large bags so you do not have to carry them up the stairs, so nice! Host was helpful, friendly & responsive. Space is just like the pictures. Would be good for two people - note that the toilet/shower/sink area has glass walls so you will see in. Loved opening the windows in the morning and having so much light! It is a little cold given the material of the room, but if you max the heater and use a space heater it is fine. Walkable area to Hiro-o with lots of restaurants, conbini very close too. Would stay again! 😊

This is an excellent accommodation option. I believe it is suitable for 5 to 6 individuals. The station is a 1 km walk away, and the convenience store is located 450 meters from the property. We were five people in the apartment. I would suggest improving the floor mattresses as they were quite thin.

A very receptive and welcoming host who reached out to say we were welcome to ask any questions as needed. The location was great, with multiple train stations within walking distance, and convenience stores very close by. Entry was easy with a keypad, and very good instructions on how to get there from the train stations. Thanks for having us! 🙂

Great place that was perfect for my parents and I to stay in while we explored Tokyo. The host is very friendly and responsive and the house is perfect - it’s a great convenient location near several stations and a large park, but very quiet at night. Five stars!

Très bon logement, facile d’accès grâce à un code, assez spacieux pour plusieurs personne (nous étions 3) métro a quelque minutes à pied, grande station à un arrêt très pratique pour aller dans les grand quartier facilement. Au alentour plusieurs konbini dans un à 2 minutes à pied. J’ai passé un très bon séjour merci beaucoup.

House was clean and easy to find. It's about a 12 min. walk from the station with lots of restaurants along the way. It was nice having two bathrooms as my group loves to soak in the bath. Host was very communicative and left us a little gift.

Great space for a big family with proximity to subway, that said, getting there from Uber for the first time and with luggage is very tricky, I would suggest contacting host when getting there the fist day. the area to enter the house is not pretty, look like a walkway entering the back of a building by a canal. If staying in Shinjuku, the location and space would work. The space inside is just like in the pictures with a toilet upstairs, shower downstairs and another toilet.

The host is very helpful and respond very quick. The house is big enough for huge family, we had 12 people. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants, supermarkets, 711, family mart and train station. We had late flight, and the check out time is 11am, so the host allowed us to put the luggages in their storage so we can come back for it. Soooo nice of them!!! Our family enjoyed a lot for the staying. We definitely recommend this house for everyone!!!

Great location, very convenient to access to Uber/taxi, subway, shops and restaurants nearby. Host is very responsive and supportive, who let us check in early and allowed a late check out. The house is a bit worn out compared to the given photos but it is a popular location.

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

on est arrivés en dernière minute dû à un problème dans un autre airbnb et nous n'avons pas été déçu du tout ! Le logement est impeccable, avec une mezzanine pour les enfants jouer ! on avait tout ce qu'il fallait et l'emplacement était idéal.

If, like me, you're reading all of the reviews before confirming your booking, let me quickly tell you: the other reviews are accurate; the home is spacious, clean and comfortable; the location is fantastic; and the host is proactive and responsive. My family really enjoyed our stay. The host, Akiko-san, was proactive and responsive. She messaged us to make sure we got settled. We asked if it was possible to get the water in the shower a little hotter, and within a few hours, on New Year's Eve no less, a gentleman came and fixed the issue for us. The house was a great environment for our 8-month-old baby. The kitchen is well-stocked; it was easy to prepare food for my baby, as well as breakfast for the rest of the group. The location is ideal. I could write so many more positive things, but don't have enough space. Highly recommend for your next family trip.
