Great location, easy to go anywhere I want to, very nice host, easy to deal with. I've been with the same host for several years and always want to stay in the same place whenever I visit Taipei.

The house itself is remodeled and decorated in a really cool way. The entry process was super easy to do via self-check in. The internet was very stable and fast. Jessie was a great host and proactive in communication. We had some home maintenance that was required to be performed during our stay and the guy who did that was also very kind and helpful. Really, the only significant negative we faced was noise problems from some very loud neighbors in the floor above and across the hall, which I hope was simply due to guests at another short-term rental. It was only 3 nights out of our entire 13 day stay. My kids rated this as their favorite AirBnb of all those that we have stayed at in Taipei.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a little over 1 month. I absolutely loved it. it's quiet, convenient, clean and safe. This part of city is a 15 min. rides to my relatives and the attractions. I saw some previous reviews which were not completely reflecting the situations, or at least they were not matter to me. Mattresses - They are just what I needed. With the firm enough support, they prevented my back pain flares the entire time. (i am a long term back, spine pain sufferer.) I also saw plenty of cushions in the bedroom closets if you do not like the firmness of the mattresses. Noises from traffic - I didn't hear those at all, period. Or if you need a super quiet work environment, 2 layers of double exterior doors should shut that down. Noises fron remodeling - Only during the weekdays daytime. only few intermittent short bumps heard. Extras - Beyond the essentials (detergents etc), free biweekly cleaning. I'll definitely come back again when visiting Taipei. thumbs up!

房東（？）就是這個民宿的主人～人真的很好 入住當天會加我們的LINE，在LINE上會主動聯絡我們，說明一下民宿的地點及推薦附近好吃好玩的！ 會跟我們約在海豚咖啡的7-11，之後他會開車帶我們去住的地方！ 到了之後也很詳細跟我們說民宿的設施！甚至還有卡拉OK！還可以連YouTube!如果喜歡唱歌的人真的非常推薦～唱個三天三夜沒問題～他也有做好隔音！會打麻將的也有麻將桌～一群人來玩絕對很好玩！ 民宿地點最近的公車站是「佛朗明哥」，交通很方便，只是附近吃的少一點，多半都是景觀餐廳，可以在淡水捷運站附近之類的來上來吃，或是住宿走出來一點也有7-11～ 房間的視野很好，可以看到一整片海，如果天氣好肯定超美ㅠㅠ 唯一我覺得小小的缺點就是晚上不知道是不是冷氣滴水還是什麼的，有一些類似滴滴答答的聲音，聲音敏感人我覺得可能不太適合>< 但整體我覺得很不錯，房東人真的很好，真的很熱情的招呼我們，非常感謝，有機會還會再來住！！！

The host has been very helpful and kind to us even before we have checked in. The apartment feels like home and is spotlessly clean. The surrounding environment is very calming, peaceful and accessible to lots of food places and supermarket! It may be further from city, however, there are many direct buses and there will be train service next year too! The apartment is very popular and we definitely can understand why. We truly fell in love with the area and look forward to coming back! Thank you Hsin for everything! ❤️

큐스퀘어에 있는 주상복합 아파트로 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 체크인방법을 상세히 안내해주기 때문에 조금 복잡해보이나 전혀 어렵지 않습니다. 체크인은 4시이나 12시 이후 짐 보관이 가능합니다. 방3 화장실 2개 인데 화장실 하나는 킹 베드 있는 침실 안에 있습니다. 매우 청결하고, 식기 주방도구 샴푸 바디클린저 수건 세탁기 헤어드라이어 등 불편함이 없이 잘 되어 있어요. 좋은 곳에서 잘 머물다 갑니다. 다음에도 또 오고 싶어요.

Calvin and Heidi were great hosts! We appreciated that they were able to accommodate our early check-in. They were very responsive and reached out often to see if we needed anything. The apartment building has an elevator which was great for our large luggages. The apartment itself was large with 3 decent sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The entire apartment was clean and tidy with some snacks that the hosts provided free of charge, thank you! The locate was excellent! There were a ton of great local restaurants and shops/malls all within walking distance. The Bannan MRT train line was only a 3 minute walk away, which should take you to the most important stops. Overall, I highly recommend Calvin and Heidi's apartment for your upcoming Taipei trip!

Out ataycwas very pleasant. The apartment was just as described and as shown in the photos. John was a great host checking in on us to make sure everything was ok. Proximity to restaurants and shopping were great in a safe neighborhood literally right next door to the police station. We only wished it were a little closer to the MRT. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay for an extended period of time.

Mini’s place was cozy and cute! I really enjoyed my stay at her place. Mini is also a very accommodating and responsive host

we had a very pleasant stay, great location at the center of Ximending and easy to go everywhere, near MRT station & bus stops. Neat, cozy, beautiful place and very friendly & responsive host. 100% recommended!

Naomi is a 5-star host; sweet, understanding, fast in communications. I had an issue with my reservation and she helped to sort it out right away. Recommend staying through her any day.

This apartment is wonderful in a myriad of ways. The proximity to the subway, Da’an Park (with its running track, play ground, roller rink and basketball courts), the Jing Guo weekend flower/jade/art market, 3 convenience stores (Family Mart, 7 Eleven, Hi-Life), PX Grocery store, and Dong Men shopping (to include the original Din Tai Feng, Poya, Yong Kang street with its quaint boutiques, delicious eats and play ground)… the location is truly incredible! It is also very clean with spacious bedrooms and a decent galley kitchen. The front enclosed private courtyard is bigger than the pictures suggest. WiFi is strong (my husband works remotely) and the washer/dryer for laundry is excellent (a must with 3 active kids). Showers have very strong water pressure and hot water comes quickly. If you’re looking for a comfortable home base in Taipei, your search is over!

Paul was a great host. Transparent, helpful, proactive. You can tell he takes great care of his apartment, which had lots of character, was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to numerous walkable restaurants. Thanks again for letting us stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful area and very quiet. Like the local community, near the train and local transit and the friendly neighbors.

the apartment was very clean and spacious, with 2 balconies (one for drying laundry, another one for enjoying the view). we slept very well and the neighbourhood was quiet. We loved how clean the air BNB was. Note that if you want to go to areas with more restaurants, you will have to walk 10 to 15 minutes. The LRT stop is about 15 minutes walk as well. There is a supermarket right across the street so that was very convenient, as well as a 711 right in the same building.

與照片相符，整體設施很滿意 一定要到頂樓的露天溫泉泡湯，可看到火車行駛及龜山島 車子需要停到符合法規的地方，以免被開單

很難得在Airbnb上面找到這樣讓人滿意的房源，讓人開心，下次還會再訪。 [房東] 友善、回覆總是迅速且讓人感到有溫度，且在入住說明上也可以看到房東的細心。 [入住環境] 實際入住時也可以看到與圖片一模一樣的環境，屋內環境與硬體乾淨、維持的很好，可以看得出來有在用心維護，空間採樓中樓規劃，但四人入住絲毫不覺得擁擠。

Eric’s place was great! Loved the neighborhood we were in - there’s a night market right around the corner. Enjoyed our time!

我们在这里度过了美好的三天时光，房子是台中市里比较有设计感房型，除了房东热情介绍了美味的餐厅，公寓的服务也不错，从房子走到逢甲夜市也很近，附近就有便利的停车场，对面也有按摩的地方，虽然我们还没有体验，总之，对我们这个台中假期，这里是一个正确的选择。

非常好的住宿體驗！會想要再入住～
