Wir waren die ersten Gäste in dieser Unterkunft und rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Арендовала квартиру для своей пожилой мамы в октябре . Баходур всегда отвечал на мои вопросы и беспокойства , был готов помочь и подсказать с решением. Очень отзывчивый, внимательный и вежливый . Квартира очень приятная, маме понравилась . Есть все что нужно . Большое спасибо ! Если будем снова в Душанбе , будем рады остановиться именно здесь !!

Рекомендую, квартира - супер! Чистая, просторная, светлая, тихая и теплая, с кондиционером. Отличное расположение, в центре города, вдали от шумных дорог, рядом несколько супермаркетов, кафе и ресторанов. Доброжелательная и отзывчивая хозяйка. В квартире есть все удобства для отличного проживания 2-3 чел. Кухня современная, оснащена все необходимым для приготовления пищи, а также кухонными принадлежностями и посудой. Отличная ванная комната со стиральной машиной, что - редкость. Кровати просторные, мягкий матрас, свежее белье и много подушек. Спутниковое ТВ. Высокоскоростной интернет: вай-фай во всех комнатах работает отлично.

Der Host war nicht vor Ort und hat sich vertreten lassen. Was an sich kein Drama ist. Denn die Vertretung hat ihre Sache, wenn auch mit ein wenig Warterei verbunden, gut gemacht. Kleine Probleme wie zb. fehlendes WLAN wurde schnell behoben. Für einen Aufenthalt in Dushanbe hat die Wohnung eine sehr gute Lage. Flughafen ist nicht weiter entfernt. Restaurants auf der Straße ausreichend vorhanden

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Dushanbe! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to cafes, markets, and some great local spots. What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. They were incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer questions and offer great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. It really felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. If you’re planning to visit Dushanbe, I highly recommend staying here. It made my trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. I’d definitely come back!

Everything was simply wonderful. The apartment was clean and cozy, which made our stay comfortable. The air conditioners worked perfectly, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and the high-speed Wi-Fi ensured uninterrupted connectivity. Everything was top-notch, with no complaints whatsoever. The apartment owner was very polite and friendly, making us feel welcome and always ready to help. The location of the apartment exceeded all expectations: there were many amenities, shops, and attractions nearby, which made our stay even more pleasant and convenient.

The place is nice and clean. The location is very convenient on the central avenue with grocery stores and beautiful Botanical Garden nearby. Sharofiddin is very helpful and responsive.

I am happy to find this accommodation. The location is right in front of the mall, making it very easy to get all your daily needs. Money changer, atm are inside the mall. The host is also nice, the house is also nice, neat, clean. All tourist attractions can be reached by walking. I recommend this place.

My parents, my teenage boys and I stayed here for two nights and it was great! Sharofiddin was very flexible, friendly and responsive. Great communication. The apartment buildings is right next door to a grocery store which we always find helpful. The place is beautiful, clean and spacious.

Matlyuba is a very responsive and friendly host, and we are so glad to have met her! The apartment is located near some very good grocery stores and supermarkets, the kitchen is well-equipped for making meals, and everything was super clean and homey. :) The mountain views are gorgeous!! Besides groceries, there are some good restaurants to try as well. Quick bus access and taxis are always available.
