Julie’s place was great!! When we arrived there was music on and the lamp lights for the two downstairs bedrooms were lit. It was such a nice touch and made the house feel warm and welcoming. She also left us fresh fruit, cereal bars, and pastries, which held us over until we were able to go to the grocery store. The house was very clean and looked even better than the pictures. Julie was responsive but also gave us privacy…we had some strong winds one morning and she needed to come check on the pool, but she waited until we had left for the wedding we were attending. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Very comfortable. Short walk to the pier and quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely stay again!!

Great location in quaint St Michael's. Walking distance to shops, wine tasting & great restaurants. Cute & cozy historic home. Thomas was super responsive & helpful. Would definitely come back.

As others have said, beautiful and spacious house with stunning views on the water! The house was clean, kitchen filled with all the tools for cooking (even things like wax paper, aluminum foil, all the spices you could think of, etc.), and we loved the ping pong table in the garage. The grounds were super peaceful and fun to walk around. We came in November so the pool was covered, but it was great to go out on the dock and kayak on the water. Not sure if it was the cold or not, but on some of the doors, the deadbolt was a little sticky and difficult to turn, so we just avoided these doors throughout our stay. We would love to come back in the summer time/when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool! Also very much appreciated that we could bring our dog.

Cozy house, very comfortable, easy to find, near enough to major roads to be convenient for exploring, but quiet and private. Jefferson was super easy to work with. A real find.

The location was amazing with the pool and the waterfront. The grandkids loved fishing and swimming. Couple observations: The lawn service came when we were there but only mowed the lawn and did not mow around the pool. No edging or weeding was done in the landscaping Pool service came when we were there and was great Garbage pick up came and pulled all the way down the driveway which was great Bathrooms could use some love. Oven could also use some love I would recommend taking bottle water and ice if you have a large group. We made a few runs to the General Store and Safeway. All in all we would give it 5 stars. Marti's Airbnb is perfect in every way. From the start, Marti was very responsive & accommodating to my questions & requests. The Airbnb is very thoughtfully equipped with everything one might need for an enjoyable getaway (to include new inflatable paddle boards and kayaks). The furnishings are all upscale from the beds & linens to the kitchen equipment & gadgets. One really does feel at home. The neighborhood is lined with beautifully maintained historical homes. Restaurants are within walking distance - Snapper Waterfront Cafe - 2 min walk & Blue Ruin – 9 min walk. Jet skis and motorboats are available 3 miles away behind the Hyatt at Blackwater Adventures. The Hyatt has a wonderful Spa which offers day passes to enjoy the pools and the Spa's serenity areas & steam & saunas. Don't miss a visit to St Michael's! When we returned from Marti's Airbnb, my husband asked, "when are we going back?" I said, "to where?" He said, "to Marti's." I laughed as we just got home & unpacked.

We stayed at Karyn's house for Thanksgiving and that was our best Airbnb experience. The house was very clean and organized, the kitchen was well stocked, even pet's related materials were provided. That each bedroom has its own bathroom was a great plus. Karyn is a super friendly, thoughtful, and communicative host. The decors and supplies throughout the house show her attentiveness with guests' interest in mind. Her instructions made the checking in/out process very easy. She gave us recommendations for local restaurants specific to our interest. Exceptionally, she left us a bottle of Portuguese wine as part of her welcome treat, we felt at home right away! We had a great Thanksgiving holiday in her house, and will visit again next time we're in town.

Grace Cottage is a lovely home half a block off Talbot Street. It is within easy walking distance to all of the attractions in St. Michaels. We were pleasantly surprised to find the nature trail at the end of the street. This is a great property for a getaway!

Loved staying here. The back yard is beautiful with a fire pit that is closed off and private. The livng room is super cozy and the tub in the bathroom is phenomenal! Also Heather had a helpful guide to getting to know the area and the kitchen fully stocked if interested in cooking a home cooked meal. Would definitely come back!
