Très bon séjour dans ce chalet agréable. Proche des pistes en hiver . Parfait pour un séjour avec enfants car il y’a des jeux aussi. Merci pour l’accueil et les présents

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Igors Unterkunft. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight – sie funktioniert gut und bietet Platz für eine Person, maximal zwei!!, je nach Körperbau. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Utensilien ausgestattet, allerdings nicht ideal zum Backen. Ein kleiner Hinweis für empfindliche Gäste: Wer dazu neigt, sich auf Polyester elektrisch aufzuladen, sollte mit gelegentlichen kleinen elektrischen Schlägen rechnen. 😉 Das liegt auch daran, dass die Heizung zentral im Gebäude gesteuert wird und in unserer Zeit immer sehr warm war. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, vielen Dank an Igor für die Gastfreundschaft!

The place was beyond my expectations . Absolutely breathtaking! It’s spacious, spotless, and has everything you could possibly need. The amenities are perfect and thoughtfully arranged. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, warm, and truly caring. They went out of their way to make sure we felt at home, always checking in to ensure everything was just right. You could feel their genuine hospitality in every little detail. Honestly, this is hands down the best villa I’ve ever stayed in. It felt like home, but in the most luxurious way possible.

Absolutely stunning location, the property is amazing, located in the mountains and as described. The host is as amazing as the property, very helpful and accommodating requests on both surroundings and check in/out. I spent the Christmas week here with my family and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to feel like at home! Highly recommend and I should most definitely come back next time I’m in Almaty.

Bektas was very helpful and accommodating right from our arrival till departure. The villa is centrally placed between the mountains and the city with a local shop within walking distance and a supermarket near by. Travel by taxi was easy to arrange and it was less than 25mins from the mountains, city centre and airport. The villa was exactly as described by the host with everything in working order and everything was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable. We had a great time just relaxing indoors and in the evenings at the indoor bowling alley and cinema. We spent a day at Shymbulak ski resort and Medeu ice rink and finally a relaxing day at the Tau Spa Centre surrounded by mountains located in the nearby national park. We were a family of 8 and spent 6 nights during the month of February and our stay was everything that we wanted. The villa was enormous with ample space for a group family of at least 12 persons.

A great place to stay for long term holiday in Almaty. Mr Park was a very helpful host, helps us with a lot of things including finding cheaper snowboard rental place. He also helps when we faced troubles and hiccups in our vacations. A very responsive and helpful host.

Great view, peaceful sleep with background sounds of the river. Good wi-fi, nice big TV screen on the second floor. Spent time mostly watching films and enjoying time near the river. Will return here again some day :)
