Very pleasant place! We stayed for couple of days. The house was clean and well-maintained. It also conveniently located, close to the beach. Tania was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the helpfulness, Tania provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and scooter rental services. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Strandbungalow. Von der kleinen Terrasse konnte man direkt in den Sand und zum Meer! Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett sehr bequem. In der kleinen Küchenzeile war alles was man braucht inkl. Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank umd Toaster. Wir konnten direkt bei unserem Gastgeber einen Roller mieten und so die Insel erkunden. Aber auch zu Fuß sind ein paar Restaurants und ein Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank Catalin für den Tollen Aufenthalt und deine tollen Tipps! Liebe Grüße auch an deine zwei lieben Hunde!

Super tolle Lage, super Unterkunft. der Strand ist direkt vor der tür. tolle große Küche mit allem was man braucht ( im Kühlschrank stand für uns direkt wasser, säfte, kaffee bereit) . Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Im großen und ganzen alle Erwartungen getroffen. Unterkunft ist definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Had an amzing time in the Villa. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Directly at the beach with your own Seawater Swimmingpool. Would definitely recommend staying there. Very spacious and luxurious Villa with everything you need inside. Kevin was such a great host. He took care of everything for us, he even supplied us with drinks and food, when we arrived. He also gave good recommendations on what to do, where to go and explained everything perfectly to us, definitely what made our stay perfect. Couldnt ask for a better and more welcoming experience! :)

Der Aufenthalt hat uns hier wirklich sehr sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls traumhaft, direkt am Strand. Man hört die nahegelegene Straße ein wenig, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Vom Gastgeber bekamen wir auch einige gute Tipps zu Unternehmungen. Über den Gastgeber gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit, günstig einen Roller zu mieten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Basic, but beautiful… This accommodation is simple but has everything you need, it’s right on the beach and well worth visit for a lovely island getaway! We really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and listening to the sounds of the sea. There’s lovely restaurants within walking distance and everything else you need is a quick drive away. Zahra was great to communicate with as well, both before arriving and she was kind to check in on us during the stay.

Mandred was an excellent host!! He took care of all our needs arranging transportation to and from the airport helped with baggage in and out of house . Recommendations for places to eat and any other questions we had. The house is amazing very beautiful and great views!! We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Alles perfekt. Sehr ruhig. Nur der Gastgeber wohnt nebenan, sonst ganz privat. Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und angenehm!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with numerous helpful tips, assisting us with everything from transport to restaurant recommendations. She was very kind and attentive. The place was spotless, in a beautiful location, and the view was simply stunning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Miejsce wybraliśmy na końcowy kilkudniowy odpoczynek w trakcie naszego dwutygodniowego wyjazdu do Tajlandii, gdzie byliśmy świetnie zaopiekowani przez gospodarza, wszystkie nasze życzenia spełniano w ekspresowym tempie. Bardzo doceniamy możliwość prania i prasowania, serwowanej pysznej kolacji i śniadań, oraz możliwość skorzystania z masaży na miejscu. Bardzo dziękujemy, szkoda że nasz pobyt był tak krótki.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Apaichons Poolvilla, uns hat es gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und hat viel Platz zum Verstauen. Der Kühlschrank wurde jeden Tag beim Zimmerservice aufgefüllt, was sehr entgegenkommend war. Wir konnten uns im Pool gut erholen und erfrischen, das war schon das Highlight der Unterkunft. Es ist grundsätzlich wie die Fotos zeigen, es könnten einzelne Wände einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Wir können dennoch einen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft empfehlen.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa

Our stay in Villa SeaNest was nothing but perfect. All in all we spent 4 weeks in Koh Samui, one week at SeaNest, and it was by far the best! The house is nice and spotless clean, the garden is a dream with a super nice seaview. Our kids (4,2,0) enjoyed the pool that has a perfect play area for smaller ones. The beach is like a little wild paradise and it is possible to swim. You can walk to a temple nearby next to the water or to the other side to see some fishermen and their old boats. Only some steps away there is a bar and a restaurant directly at the beach, we went there several times. But one of the best things about the whole stay were truely the housekeeper Jim and her husband. They were so thoughtful helpful and always friendly. If we ever return to Koh Samui, we‘d definitely love to come back!

Vi havde alle 10 - 4 voksne og 6 børn en herlig oplevelse i den lækre villa. Beliggenheden på huset er eminent. Lige ned til en strand med den smukkeste solnedgang. Værterne Tony og Pawn tog sig godt af os. På vores sidste aften anrettede de en fantastisk middag for os og var til stor hjælp, når vi spurte.

Lovely beach house stay for over a week! Peaceful, serene beach walks, nearby great restaurants, away from the hustle & bustle of more populated areas, super comfy bed (one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in well over 40 + Air Bnb stays!), hammocks to relax in out on the terrace, beach towels provided …these are just some of the things I loved about this place! Elena also, was generous to accommodate me with a ride to the airport upon my checkout. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again! 🏝️ 👍😎

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte mit sechs Personen in der Villa. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Badezimmer, Handtücher sind ausreichend vorhanden und die Betten sind bequem. Alles war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wirklich nur mit dem Auto oder Roller zu erreichen. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt läuft man ca. 35 Minuten und der Fußweg ist recht anstrengend. Gerade deshalb hat man einen unfassbaren Ausblick auf das Meer und in den Dschungel, wirklich unbezahlbar! Am besten gefallen hat uns der Pool, der sehr sauber und groß ist. Auf Nachfragen reagiert Christian sofort und als wir Probleme mit dem Schließen der Fenster hatten, waren Handwerker am nächsten Tag da. Danke Christian!

the most beautiful villa I've ever stayed in with amazing staff

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

It was a wonderful experience, we made great memories in the villa, Bee (Pheng) was more than a great host, she took care of everything from pick up, reception, villa tour, recommendations and etc. Even when small things arose (fan switches, air conditioning, etc.), she took care of the concerns in a very short time Villa: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 out of 5 stars) Experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5 out of 5 stars) Bee: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (7 out of 5 stars more than deserved) See you soon hopefully

For once the villa was exactly as described on the site. Right on a lovely, sandy, small, quiet beach. The village with restaurants etc only a short walk away with only a small part along the road. Anew bar is being built now at the end of the bay. The lady who looks after and cleans the villa is wonderful and cooked us a delicious Thai Christmas dinner.

Great location amongst the island’s 5 star resorts at the fraction of the price. Large townhouse with private parking and back yard. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 combo washer/dryer located in room. Very clean and simple modern design. We used both pools and the gym. Choengmon beach is about 300 meters down the road with public access through Sala Resort. Highly recommend this townhouse.
