It was really a pleasure staying with Jeff. We are definitely going to come back. I stayed in many airbnbs and none of them did actually meet the expectations like Jeff‘s did. Thank you very much.

Oh my gosh. No photo or video will ever do this place justice. An incredible structure architecturally speaking, in a beautiful setting, placed sympathetically and in harmony with its surroundings (give or take 90°, eh Laurent? 😉). As is obvious when one walks around, the place is easily big enough to house 15 or more people for any number of reasons. Similarly though, my time was spent here with just one friend and was every bit as rewarding. I have travelled all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, extensively over the last 25 years or so. Something I’ve learned over the years as I have wandered around the world; ‘Enjoy travelling but don’t forget to arrive.’ The romance and the excitement and the sense of adventure can easily cause one to miss the fact that you have already found what it was that you were looking for in your travels. For me, it doesn’t get better than this. We cancelled all other plans and as I write this review, are waiting to return there tomorrow.

This is my second year in a row staying at Kim's place. I was so impressed of the view from her property that I brought my family this year. Pictures doesn't do justice of her property. I feel at home when I stay at Kim's. Will keep coming back. I highly recommend her place

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument idyllique dans cette magnifique villa à Koh Samui. L’emplacement est parfait, offrant une vue imprenable sur l’océan et un cadre paisible, idéal pour se détendre. La villa est spacieuse, décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée, avec une piscine à débordement qui invite à la relaxation. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs inoubliables et reviendrons sans hésitation ! Un grand merci pour cette expérience exceptionnelle.

Spent 6 great nights at this very comfortable property. perfect for 2 couples. great garden setting right on quiet beach. ocean just steps away. swimming is ok depending on tides but great snorkeling at the high. outdoor shower a pluse! nice long walking/running beach. facility has nice community pool. covered patio was amazing with comfortable seats and fans. Inside had great kitchen. beds and baths were nice, comfortable and clean. second floor bdrm has steep stairs but great upper deck. highly recommend!

House is new and so clean . I like the house. All beds are reallly comfortable. There is a pool but it’s not in the house just right in front of the house. Karla was very helpful. Kitchen is full equipped. Would love to be back here again. Netflix in living room is not really working so we watch Prime instead .

Unglaublich tolle Villa mit traumhaften Blick übers Meer und fantastischen Sonnenuntergängen. Alles super. Die Villa befindet sich etwas abgelegen in einer privaten bewachten Anlage. Zu Fuß ist nichts erreichbar. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Wir haben den angebotenen Fahrservice genutzt, welcher hervorragend geklappt hat. 24/7 war ein Taxi verfügbar, problemlose Kommunikation über Textnachricht, normale Preise, 500 Baht nach Chaweng oder Fishermanns Village. Frühstück wird für 500 Baht p.P. ebenfalls angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Haben wir selber gemacht, man kann online problemlos Lebensmittel bestellen, welche geliefert werden. Die Villa selbst war ein Traum. Es war alles vorhanden und hat hervorragend funktioniert. Sehr modern! Für Familie mit sehr kleinen Kindern allerdings nicht geeignet, da die Schlafzimmer über mehrere Ebenen zum Teil weit auseinander liegen. Insgesamt top Empfehlung, allerdings zusätzlich ca. 1000 Baht Stromkosten pro Tag. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

the place was pristine. amazing views, clean surroundings. the bed was very comfortable. the host was very attentive. her staff Fon was very helpful made us amazing breakfast and we'll worth the price. you will need a scooter or a car to go up and down the hill other than that our stay was amazing. I will definitely recommend this accomodation. A+++++++

Merci Jean-Luc, tout a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin. La flexibilité et la réactivité de l’hôte sont remarquables. Il nous a aidés pour les taxis, les scooters, etc. Nous étions un groupe de 8 copains, et nous avons tous adoré notre séjour. La maison est réellement un bijou, encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Si nous repassons par Koh Samui, nous reviendrons vous voir.

Incredible villa and wonderful hosts - nothing is too much trouble. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2024 and loved it so we booked for 2 weeks this year. It truly is a remarkable property set up the hill with breathtaking views of the forest sea and Koh Samui beyond. You will need transport to get around but being secluded is a wonderful feeling. The hosts are so kind, supportive and flexible it would be hard to find better! Can’t wait to return, thank you for such wonderful memories.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

Damien’s place was incredible. Marie and the staff made our stay absolutely amazing. They planned everything and helped us book everything, the local knowledge was invaluable. They were so friendly and helped us when one of our family members had a bike accident. The location was beautiful, a perfect mix of authenticity and villa beauty. Fisherman’s Village is just down the road - a walkable distance - which has lots of restaurants, shops and activities. Thank you very much to Marie, the staff and Damien for making our stay so special.
