We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

What made our experience even more memorable was the warmth and kindness of the caretakers. 💖 Their attentiveness and hospitality truly added a layer of comfort and joy to our stay. This place is not just a recommendation but a must-visit! It’s perfect for families looking for a staycation 👌🏽

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. We really had a great stay at Villa Lumbreras. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home, like it was our own house. The trip was extra special because it was our family’s first complete out-of-town trip, and we celebrated my Tatay’s 60th birthday there. Besides the villa itself, we definitely enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We knew then that we would definitely go back. Thank you to Ms. Cham and Ms. Abegail!

Nice place to stay

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

We absolutely loved our stay at Aomori House! The thoughtfully designed spaces, both indoors and outdoors, offered the perfect spaces of intimate and big group activities, depending on our mood. Whether if you need to do some desk work, relaxing, or socializing, every spot was picture-perfect and Zoom-worthy. We love the bonfire area, separate KTV house, spacious walkways, and the well-planned layout of the home. And to top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would—10/5! Highly recommended! 🌟

The place is absolutely superb! From the moment we arrived, we instantly fell in love with it. It’s perfect for a big family — spacious, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with so many beds that comfortably accommodated all 9 of us. The house itself is very well-maintained, and the architecture is beautifully planned, giving it both charm and functionality. Ms. Jenny was incredibly nice and very responsive, and the caretaker gave us such a warm welcome. On our first day, my mom and sister kept saying how perfect the place would be for family reunions and group overnight stays. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more convenient. Although there’s no longer a karaoke machine (due to village rules), we still had an amazing time. The pool is spacious and deep, ideal for swimming and relaxing. Plus, the location is very accessible — close to Ayala Mall, Tagaytay’s main road, and other key spots in the area. Overall, it was such a refreshing stay! ?

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Our stay was ok, the place was nice and clean. The owner and caretaker are also kind. They are responsive to our needs and inquiries!

The airbnb host was very responsive and friendly to all of our inquiries. The staff, Kuya Renante, was also hospitable and kind. The location is great! It was easy navigating here and it’s just near good spots in Tagaytay. Lots of beds for a big family like us. Kitchen was equipped with sufficient items, making it easy to cook and dine. Definitely worth every penny! 💯

Stayed for a night and we had a restful sleep to recharge our energy. The place is nice, clean and complete. Very organized and most importantly it has a parking slot. Very convenient.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

We all can’t contain our happiness in this place! It was the best and amazing stay we’ve been to this this holy week! I love love love the place so much. It smells good there’s a air freshener everywhere and it’s very cold and the view is amazing especially we all love a house that’s full of mirror! 💯 Rating!! ❤️❤️❤️
