My mom, friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Lee’s cozy unit for a month. We appreciate Lee’s communication throughout the whole process, along with his prompt responses to any of our inquiries during our stay. Conveniently located among many great restaurants, malls and coffee shops, the central location allowed us to go to different places with ease! Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also quite convenient, as we were staying for quite some time. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Lee’s place if you’re looking for your next stay in the city!

Worth it! worth every penny you paid. It's clean, nice, calm with free condo/building amenities. Very attentive host and caretaker. you really want to stay longer since the home ambience is so inviting, the host is responsive. plus it offers free amenities. I hope that i can go back to maam tarich place someday.

숙소 위치가 뉴타운에 있어서 주변에 편의점, 마트, 식당, 카페들이 많아 좋았습니다! 뉴타운비치도 시설이 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 한국인이라 좋았던것 같습니다 ㅎ 다음에 세부오기된다면 다시 오고싶네요

Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

perfect place if you need to stay in mactan for short or long term. gated community makes you feel safe. the host is always quick to respond and accommodating. provide additional cleaning and laundry services at reasonable rates for added convenience. the house has everything you need and makes for a comfortable stay.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

It was a great place, so whenever your going to Simala and other places going south of cebu. this place is a great place to stay. I love the community, the townhouse is very cozy and homey.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu erreichen und der check in lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und man hat aus dem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung enthalten, top! Ein 7/11 ist direkt in der Nähe, um Waschmittel und weiteres zu kaufen. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und meldet sich schnell, wenn du Fragen hast 👍🏼 Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Haben die Wohnung ausgewählt, um recht nah am Hafen zu sein, für einen Trip nach Bohol.

Angelica’s was a great host. Very accommodating and great communication. We stayed for 10 days and it was great. The area has a lot of restaurants and convenience store to get supplies as needed. We will be staying there again in the future.

This loft is a designer's dream. Every corner had aesthetic appeal, and our host was fantastic with check-in instructions.

Willyn home is amazing. It is everything you need for a long term stay or short term. The location is best ideal for Lapu-Lapu area. Far enough from the traffic but close enough for a reasonable ride into Cebu City. It is the perfect balance for most people. It is great location to work from as well. She carries not 1 but 2 internet providers for extra coverage for any outage. Huge WIN. The condo is very clean. No issues, no ants nothing. I have stayed here quite a long time and never saw a bug. She takes extra care in keeping the condo clean and safe. Very responsive to any question you might have and will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
