We needed a “homey” place for our extended family to stay together while we were in town for a family funeral and this place was perfect for us. We could go for walks around the neighborhood, sit in back by the fire pit, play ping pong & other games or just be together in the comfy home. It’s close to everything-great location for us too! Victoria was great to work with and even let us check-in a little early. Thank you! Hope to come back to this home during happier times.❤️

Our family enjoyed our stay at this place and had a great time. The rooms were nicely furnished, Gregg was always responsive and helpful and the location was perfect. In the middle of town but still felt secluded. Highly recommend.

The house very nice and spacious! There were only 3 of us during our stay but you can very comfortable sleep many more people. We were in Tallahassee because our son attended the TeenPact event at the state capitol building and the commute to the capitol was very easy and only took a few minutes to drive there, so it was very convenient for us. I would definitely recommend this home and will probably stay here again.

Nyd’s place was right in the middle of everything. Easy to get to and very comfortable. Great place to relax and use as your base camp to explore Tallahassee

I travel for work so I stay in Air BnB all the time. This was by far the cleanest and most well put together place I’ve ever stayed. It was nice, felt cozy like a real home not a one night stay place, good location, and was just all together very well put together and taken care of. Great host. And will 100% be back to stay in this particular place while my job has me here. The host was respectful and punctual with responses. Couldn’t have been better for my family and I.

We use AirBnB at least once a month, and we wish more hosts held themselves to Christine's standards. The home was sparkling clean (kudos to the cleaners), but so comfortable. We wanted to have a small family getaway for Christmas, and this space was perfect for us to play reindeer games, watch movies, prepare and eat way too much food, and exchange gifts. The beds were so comfy, we even got in the obligatory Christmas naps, and we all raved about the fabulous showers in this home. We couldn't get over how many extras there were around the house, like coffee, laundry soap, etc. The house has a walking path on the other side of the privacy fence, and while there are some things the neighbors need to clean up, someone would occasionally raise a hand and wish us a Merry Christmas as they passed. We didn't use it, but the fire pit is such a nice touch! Our family needed a break, and this was the perfect place for it.

Perfect solution for one person long-stay. The spotless apartment has that small cottage feel: wisely furnished, bright, and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Gena is an attentive host; friendly and responsive. I would definitely choose it again!

I had a great experience here. I was here for a few weeks & I was very comfortable & I was at peace. When I was hungry, I could go less than a quarter mile to grab something & I also had easy access to get to work each morning. The host is very easy to communicate with & I definitely recommend staying here.

Max and Dominique's Sun Spot was clean and perfect for a month-long stay for work. Keurig machine was great for coffee and tv was nice size for room.

This is a repeat stay for us at Gena’s place. It’s been great twice in a row! We have two more bookings planned in a few months, so I guess that’s a pretty good recommendation.

Great for an overnight stop during a long drive. Easy to get to. Easy to park. A very nice home with a VERY comfortable bed. Emilie and her dog are lovely. We'll be staying again on our way back.

Good landing spot for a couple of days stay. If you are sensitive to noise just a heads up you can hear a lot of moving around above you, but they do provide ear plugs if this is an issue for you. Appreciate the responsiveness when we had an issue with the heat on our first night.

We had a great time. This is a very comfortable home on the lake. I have stayed in a few other homes on this same street. This one is definitely a winner. It has plenty of parking and plenty of room. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. We had a fire in the pit out back and fished from the doc. Be sure to enjoy the very beautiful sunset while you're there.

Fern Hollow Acres was clean, welcoming, peaceful - everything we wanted in a getaway from the city. The recent storms have left some trees down, but the roads and walking paths were well cleared. The recent SNOW left a lot of the landscaping a little worse for wear, but we could see it'll be beautiful again soon. The screen porch was as clean as the house, with lots of seating to choose from. We used it every morning and most evenings. We cooked all our meals there and found the kitchen to be very well appointed, plenty of counter space for prep, the appliances were all in good working order, and again, clean like everything else. We will be back. 😊

This place was such a gem! My kids loved the fishing theme, and the mosaic details in the bathroom were so fun! It was nice to be off the beaten path for a football game.

This was the perfect spot for a last-minute trip with my group. The pool and outdoor fire pit were great additions and enough space for everyone to hang out comfortably. The host was extremely responsive and very generous by allowing us to check in a little earlier. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to enjoy a few days relaxing!

My friends and I stayed at the cabin and the whole time leading up to and during our stay Ann was nice, friendly, and responsive. The cabin was really clean and comfortable, we loved how private it was and the scenery was beautiful as well. We had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, accidentally confusing another rental for the cabin, but Ann was extremely kind about it and made sure we got to the right one. We got to taste a cake she made for us and it was delicious! There's snacks, coffee/tea, and eggs already stocked, along with towels, blankets, and toiletries. Overall, I highly recommend staying a few nights here!
