This was one of our favourite Airbnbs. The location is superb, accommodation impeccably well described. David was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The flat is spacious and comfortable and whilst it’s bang on the centre of le marais it is on a peaceful courtyard which means lovely and quiet at night. The flat is tastefully furnished and has all the mod cons. Luggage is easy to manipulate given the small flight of stairs to the first floor. We loved our busy Parisian days ending in relaxation at the flat. We needed early access and David was a joy to deal with. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment with an incredible rooftop and view - you can't find anything else like it in Paris. Wrapping up each night on the balcony with a bottle of wine and a view of the city - unforgettable. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, central, and packed with incredible restaurants. The passageway/market below the apartment is lively and likewise filled with places to eat and drink. Of note, the bathroom, which is private and locked for only our use, is located outside of the apartment and down the hall, so just something to be aware of. Daniela, the host, was extremely friendly with lots of great recs in the area. I can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful week at Delphine's in August. The house is set in beautiful grounds and the views over the peaceful countryside were wonderful, especially in the late afternoon with the sunset. We enjoyed using the covered pool, even when raining, and the pool house has a fridge and toilet which meant with young children we didn't need to walk back up the hill path to the main house. The tennis court and basketball net were also was a big hit and she provided lots of balls and rackets to keep everyone entertained. There is a lovely boulangerie in Chambray, and big supermarket nearby in Vernon, and the location is great for taking day trips to the coast and surrounding towns. Check in and check out was smooth with the friendly Martine showing us around the house and providing all the details, even using a translation app so we could communicate and understand each other well. It really was the perfect week for relaxing and switching off for a while.

It was an amazing apartment equipped with everything we enjoyed staying with my wife and I, it felt like we were in our own home, it is very beautiful and close to everything especially since the Arc de Triomphe is within walking distance and the Champs-Elysees is only meters away

We had a wonderful stay! Marine and Kamal were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the secure and private parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to a Carrefour and the RER station. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I recently stayed at Vincent's flat in Rouen and was thoroughly impressed. The accommodation strikes that rare perfect balance - tastefully decorated with character features while being clean and modern. The bath tub was a particular highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being just steps away from excellent restaurants, the location remains wonderfully quiet and tucked away. The flat served as an ideal base for exploring Rouen's historic centre. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic accommodation with all the contemporary comforts in this beautiful city.

Adorable and vibey. The apartment is great and the kitchen is perfectly designed to have everything you need. It is great value, right in the heart of a wonderful selection of restaurants. The location makes so much of Paris really walkable. It's also super convenient for the metro and the RER to the airport. The building is very quiet, and the apartment faces over the street. Would definitely go back again.
