This is my third time staying at Eliseo’s beautiful place. There is a bit of a walk up a hill but the view from the condo is just amazing! I see whales incredibly close usually and the most beautiful sunsets you could ever imagine. The building is managed by Alfredo who looks after any maintenance issues and makes sure the roof top pool is in great condition for everyone’s use. A great place to stay, with access to the beach, restaurants close by and did I mention the sunsets…lol

We had a great time with our family and the house fit our family very well. The description of the house was exact and the house had everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was very spacious, beautiful and cozy. It is in a corner, so the view is spectacular. The surroundings are also great, lots of stores, pharmacies, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, etc. Fabiola was a great hostess, we hope we can repeat our experience with her.

Thank you so much Andrew and Jesus! This stay exceeded expectations! It’s beautiful and innovative. There is front desk 24 hours and they are so sweet. The location is perfect to walk around, look at shops, go out to eat or pick up food, and go out. It was easy for Ubers to pick us up and close enough to other beaches and towns to explore for the day. Hosts were attentive and understanding, answering any questions and being very accommodating. Would recommend and stay again!!

We had an amazing stay at Richard and Gabrial’s place! Everything was as described and the unit was wonderful. It’s a great location, close to everything yet quiet and restful. Gabrial was a great host, always attentive and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again, and hated to leave 👍

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Devin was responsive to any questions. Cleaning crew came in weekly and did a great job. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoy this property in Puerto Vallarta. The locals are very friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants. The long term renters are a bit territorial, which we never experienced the previous years. Overall great place to stay and I would stay again!

This is the place to stay!!! The condo is spacious and well-appointed, and the balcony is huge with amazing views! The building amenities were awesome (pools, gym, restaurants), clean, and the staff is so friendly! It is very safe with 24 hour security to let you in. The location is IDEAL. Very quiet but a short 15 minute walk from all the action in the zona romantica. I can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay at the farm! We got to collect eggs, ride horses, and enjoy the beauty of the mountains! Going into town was quick and there was lots to do around the area. Mostly we enjoyed just sitting on the front porch and playing in the front yard, going for walks and bike rides on the road, and having family bonfires. It is quite chilly in the winter in the evening so make sure you dress for it! Javier and family were so kind and welcoming! We’ll be back!

Corona Adobe was just what we needed. The cobblestone streets and the tastefully decorated rental in the El Centro served our family of 5 adults. The open air home is warm during the day but the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The dipping pool is refreshing. The views are spectacular. Fabi's food was simply delicious. Tomas helped us arrive and depart safely & easily. He explained things that needed explaining and worked with us to resolve our concerns. The street tacos next door were a highlight for our family. This vacation was a cultural experience and we loved it.

Great location. Rooftop was great for having a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Very clean. A little dated, but it clearly shows that in the photos. Comfortable and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Adriana was an excellent host and communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure our comfort.

My husband and I really enjoyed our peaceful stay here. Bonus that it’s pet friendly. Elvis and Moises were very responsive to our needs and the maid was very nice as well. The beds and pillows were comfortable, hot showers, plenty of towels, kitchen amenities were great, they had a large jug of water for daily use, and very clean space— we felt right at home. Very close to the zona romàntica, plenty of coffee shops and places to eat. Very steep hills , we managed to walk up twice and it wasn’t too bad. The views are incredible from the pool, no pictures can do it justice, a mix of green and ocean.

Matts place was amazing! It is a bit of hike (up either stairs or hill) to get to the place from the romantic zone, but the views are 100% worth it and ubers/ indrive are very inexpensive there and easily accessible. The place had a very local and authentic feel to it and had everything we needed for our stay. Matt was really responsive and allowed for both an early check-in and late check-out to accomodate our travel! I would 100% stay here again. The pool area and roof was wonderful and we even saw the fireworks most nights.

Great location with a balcony that overlooks the Malacon. We had no hot water, but within minutes of messaging our host, a service person came and fixed the water heater. It gave us hot water for the rest of our stay. Juan Pablo is very responsive and a great host.

The condo is in an excellent location, and the Romantic Zone has always been our favorite area of Puerto Vallarta. You are within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, small grocery stores, and pharmacies. The private beach with palapas was wonderful, and staff had chairs and tables set up early each morning. It was never an issue getting a palapa, and that was great. The rooftop terrace was perfect for whale watching, and we were able to see pods each day. The small plunge pool was not heated, but it was a refreshing way to cool off during the hottest part of the day. The patio also had numerous chaise lounges, and a large umbrella if you needed shade. All of the staff at the condo were incredibly nice & so helpful if we had any questions. Paolo was quick to respond to any questions we had about the rental. I highly recommend this condo, it made our 10-day stay at PV a perfect vacation.

This Airbnb was a gem. Walking distance from the beach, rooftop pool, good ambiance. Truly don’t see myself booking anywhere else in PV!

Le séjour a été absolument merveilleux. L'appartement est magnifique, spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La grande terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer et de couchers de soleil. L'hôte a été exceptionnel à tous égards, très serviable à tout moment. Tout était en parfait ordre et propre avant mon arrivée. Un plus est la disponibilité d'un restaurant et d'un bar dans la copropriété. Dans l'ensemble, ce séjour a dépassé mes attentes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit. La estancia fue absolutamente maravillosa. El departamento es precioso, espacioso, cómodo y bien equipado. Especialmente la terraza amplia que permite disfrutar de la brisa del mar y los atardeceres. El anfitrión fue excepcional en todos los sentidos, muy servicial en todo momento. Todo estaba en perfecto orden y limpio antes de mi llegada. Un plus es la disponibilidad de restaurant y bar en el condominio. En general, esta estancia superó mis expectativas Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar.

The location is amazing. Jean has beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella available to use making it that much easier to enjoy the beach. Walking down to the beach is super easy. Bus stop to mismaloya is very close. Beautiful patio area to relax. Endless food options at every turn. Security is very nice.
