Beautiful, interesting custom home with lots of space both inside and out. We mainly stayed at the house, relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Father Roster’s was fun, I recommend the mango daiquiri and the fish ceviche. We would love to come back.

La casa muy bella, organizada, amplia y cómoda. El área de cocina muy completa, tanto en electrodomésticos como en utensilios. Cuenta con toallas para la ducha y junto al jacuzzi, este fue un detalle que nos gustó. El entorno tranquilo, si bien la separación entre las casas es una muralla de bambú y se puede ver un poco entre ellas solo se ven siluetas, por lo que cumple con la privacidad. Otro aspecto que nos gustó es que en cada ventana y puerta cuenta con mosqueteros. Ariel atento en todo momento y nos dio recomendaciones para continuar con nuestra ruta. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos, y será de nuestros Airbnb favoritos. Suerte!!

We had a great stay at Dirk’s place. The area is very relaxing. Four restaurants nearby and a small mini mart. The house is right next to the entrance to the beach. The beach is spectacular. A few miles long, great surfing, wonderful sunsets, and not crowded compared to the beach at Tarmarindo. We stayed for two weeks. The first week we rented a car to do grocery shopping, etc. The second week we just relaxed using nearby restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the pool when not at the beach. If you want to go to Tarmarindo it is about a 15 minute walk on the beach to the inlet that separates the two areas, you can then use the locals with their boats to cross. Cost $2 per person. Boats start at 8 and stop at 5. Dirk is a great host. He helped us with renting the car, and was generous with his recommendations. Look forward to returning.

Very nice view and amenities. Also well situated as far as things to do and in relation to some cool nearby POIs. Be sure to pick and choose your route to the place carefully – Google Maps/Waze may take you on a road with moderate washouts requiring 4WD/AWD and a higher clearance vehicle (mid-size SUV+).

We stayed at Diego’s place for 2 months (Jan & Feb) . It’s the best Airbnb we ever stayed. It’s located in the middle of his private jungle (4 acres), very secluded and peaceful, but close to restaurants, shopping and the beaches. The pictures are accurate and show the spacious, clean house full of light. Diego and Gabriela are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Their house is on the same property which made communication very easy with instant response. We enjoyed the wildlife from the back porch, many birds and the little monkeys playing in the trees.

Beautiful spot! Looks just like the pictures! Arbel and his staff are very friendly. Great surfing - the girls loved it! Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful location in Tamarindo near Playa Longosta. Cassie and Rob were very responsive and helpful with great recommendations in the area. They were also very accommodating with some last minute changes we requested. The home is located at the "end" of the main portion of Tamarindo so you are so close to all the action without the noise and chaos of the downtown area. We rented a golf cart while staying and it was no more than 7 minutes to ALL the activities we were interested in. (I would highly recommend surf lessons from Iguana Surf). You can easily get to multiple beach locations and have easy access to a quieter beach area just across the street from the home. Everything you could need is accessible in the house and the night security guard was a nice feature although we felt safe the entire time. While this home is not directly on the beach, you will not be disappointed with its location, amenities or surroundings, I promise.

Beautiful house.. super specious bedroom are big good since each room has it own bathroom, kitchen fully equipped, clean and comfortable mattress, beautiful views.. very quiet private area it has its own private beach also a mini Market very convenient 20-25 mm to down town. We had a great time

We genuinely loved this house. The hosts were great. We had a handful of miscommunications with Marco but I figure those to be cultural differences. I can be a pretty Type A American 🤪. We were able to work them out but I misunderstood Todd’s documentation regarding procuring services and tours with Marco. Also count items when you arrive and before you leave. We were asked about and implied that we took towels. This after I went out of my way to wash the towels and leave extra laundry detergent. The kitchen lacked a few things so you might inquire ahead of time if you are planning to make something specific. For example, we did a pasta night and an extra large pot and an equally sized strainer weren’t on hand. We improvised and it worked out all the same. We also made cookies in a baking dish. 😂 The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The community felt safe. The town was friendly and a good mix of locals with touristy things. We would come back to this area.

Stephen's villa was amazing. My family and I ( 2 teen children and 1 husband) stayed for 8 wonderful nights and we were sad to leave...back to chilly Canada. As others have mentioned, Stephen's place is well stocked with kitchen necessities, spices, coffee etc.... I loved waking up every morning and having my coffee on the patio. We saw birds, cats and our friend, Lizzie the lizard every morning. There were lots of monkeys down by the beach in the mornings. We alternated between going to restaurants for dinner and cooking at home. We never did eat at any of the villa sol restaurant. The only negative, which is by no means Stephen's fault is the night time raccoons. They prevented us from eating dinner on the patio outdoors. By night four though, we started playing music on our speaker, and it seemed to keep them at bay. I would 100% recommend Stephen's place and would not hesitate to stay again.

We had an amazing stay this location! The condo was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre visite. La maison était super propre, super bien entretenue. Les hôtes répondaient rapidement aux questions, même pour nous donner des suggestions de choses à faire ou visiter. La piscine était superbe, le secteur est très sécuritaire. Que du positif!

Best place we’ve ever stayed! We enjoyed 3 incredible nights at Casa Blue, watching the most brilliant sunsets from the infinity edge pool overlooking the jungle and the water. This place is even better than the photos, and Alejandra and the staff are very helpful with recommendations and cleaning every day. The villa is private atop a hill, and there are 2 20-25min routes to drive into town in Tamarindo, one that has a dirt road part and one route that is all on main streets. The two bungalows provided privacy and the 3 bedrooms inside the main house were very aesthetic and comfortable, with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped for regular cooking and with supplies for a private chef. The pool was cleaned daily and the hot tub was great to star gaze from. Highly recommend!

11 of us stayed at Jean Marc’s home for 9 days and enjoyed it. It was spacious and clean. Xeomara and Luca, the housekeeper and property manager were very helpful. We had preplanned many activities, but Luca checked in with us daily to see if we needed help setting anything up. We could walk to the beach or restaurants, but rented golf carts for our time since it was rainy and humid. With the crazy humidity, the air conditioning worked great and it was always refreshing to come home to.
