Great place to stay! Location is amazing, walking distance to all lot of places. Everything was very clean and the property was beautiful!

Fabulous location in Clearwater. The location is absolutely walkable, as the beach is about 2 blocks away and the main street with all the restaurants and bars is one block away. New furniture and appliances with a very clean look.

This was my first time on Anna Maria Island so I really didn’t know where to stay and I’m so glad I picked this place! Was one block from the bay side beach, where I got to watch the sunrise every morning and a few blocks from the Gulf coast beach, which was just truly amazing. Unit 4 where we stayed was so nice. I had read some not so great reviews, and it truly upset me because it was so much nicer than what some of the people said. Everything felt brand new and the hide a bed in the living room still had the plastic on the memory foam mattress, and it was very comfortable. Cozy little clean place that felt like home to me… I can’t wait to go back♥️🌴🌊🥥

This unit is amazing!!!! It's EXACTLY as the pictures show in the listing. I absolutely recommend booking with Sara. Everything is clean and crisp in the unit. The access from the living and bedroom of the private balcony that over looks the pool was a plus!! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is in a neutral area for food/shopping. Sara is extremely nice and responded very quickly. I most definitely will rebook again.

I love my Airbnb in Clearwater Florida. It was nice and clean. That’s the most important thing to me. Location was great. The pool was clean and fun to use. I would definitely recommend this to anybody and I would stay here again and the price was right.

My son and I had a nice visit at Jean Carol's home. It was larger than the two of us needed but when 2 of his friends visited, they were able to stay with us for a few days. The third bedroom had two single beds and a kitchenette which made this home perfect for extended family or a work while away situation. Privacy if needed but large enough for all be together. Although we ate out except for breakfast, the kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, glasses and dishware to cook and eat in. The refrigerator and cabinets had enough condiments to whip up a meal without needing to buy anything but meat and vegetables. The complimentary water and snacks provided added a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and had more than enough decent sized towels. There were a lot of extras that made this rental feel like a relatives home rather than a bare bones place to visit. Perfect for a long term rental. We had one small concern which was addressed and fixed immediately.

Can't thank our hosts enough for a wonderful space in Dunedin. Come here every year but first time with Barry and Alisha. Such a beautiful home and great location. Very responsive hosts too. We look forward to booking with them again and again for our future trips to the area. Thanks for a wonderful week!

If you're headed to this area with a group, this is the place to stay! We had 8 people on a destination nearby, but also wanted a place to stay that offered us some relaxing, entertaining time. The bungalow was perfect...couldn't ask for more! We utilized the deck area with large table, the hit tub, cooling pool and firepit.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Dog friendly. Lots to do within walking distance. Very close to the causeway trail and beach. Was very happy to find beach chairs in the closet. My only complaint would be the lack of food essentials like cooking oils, coffee etc. We move around a lot when we travel so carrying these things with us is a pain and we end up having to go to a grocery store right away when we just want to relax.

The property satisfied our family's needs as was required. It was a multi-generational get-a-way and the space adequately supported each member. The home is designed with (3) different units; each with it's own dedicated entrance if needed. We only used the main entrance as we booked to stay all together. The "main" portion of the house can be considered one unit. A second unit seems an add-on and is very cute. This was the area used for the kids (5 and 6 years old) and their mom. My unit was a one bedroom/bath with an office nook and access to the community kitchen (it was perfect for me to disengage as desired) The backyard space provided and great meet-up space for local family to stop by and visit. The location is close to some of my faves: Starbucks, Trader Joe, Publix, The Fresh Market, a convenient collective of main street staples &local fare. The cost, was a tad over our budget but, it was spring break for the kiddos so the timing may be been cause for the pricing.

The perfect getaway for my family and I! Arcade room was a total hit!! So many games that kept everyone entertained for hours! Pool/hot tub was amazingggg and we absolutely loved the Tiki bar. Felt like we were at a luxurious private resort!

We had a great stay! 3 families with kiddos 6-16! The house was large, lots of room to spread out and very easy to accommodate the 15 people (chairs, towels, cups, plates, etc) The house was conveniently located to Anna Maria island beaches and restaurants and Bradenton shopping, etc. Megan the hostess did a great job stocking and setting up the house and was a great communicator- extremely responsive to questions we had. Thanks for a great stay!

I loved this condo! Beautiful, inviting and comfortable. My favorite way to start and end my day was on the balcony, so peaceful. Sunrise was simply stunning. Everything was thought of and provided for an easy start. From small toiletries to dishwasher tablets and even a few laundry pods! There was also a cabinet full of spices and a few basics in the pantry. Easy walk to the beach or restaurants. who could ask for more?!

A great place that we found! Couldn’t be more happier! The view, the people, and accommodations! 5 Star! So thankful for this place! We will be back!

Liana was very communicative- reached out a couple weeks before our stay to provide all the information we would need. She contacted us as soon as the rental was ready day of check-in. The place was clean. Had chairs & beach towels. I noticed the beach umbrella was broken and she had another delivered the next day. Great location. Would stay here again!

Our family loved staying at this beautiful vacation home. It was so new and modern. The split floor plans is a very attractive feature for us, and also having the extra half bath. The master bedroom was spacious and the en-suite luxurious. Every detail was high end and well planned. Example, every bed had night tables on both sides giving private space to each guest…awesome! There was so much storage in the kitchen and it was well stocked and ready to use. The decor was exceptional and attractive. We loved everything! Oh I almost forgot, each unit has two parking spaces in the enclosed garage, loved it! The owners also had a storage area with lots of beach toys and a wagon! Yay! We are already planning another family vacation!

Vacasa are true professionals and their experience in running a vacation rental business shows up clearly in staying with them. They are great with having a responsive team of people to help with any issues and have worked out all the kinks of check in and hosting procedures to make it feel as seamless as a hotel stay. The apartment itself is lovely, even roomier than the pictures show. Could see how 2 families with younger children could easily stay comfortably. The location itself is steps away from the trolley (download the Flamingo Fares app for mobile ticketing) and makes it convenient to get up and down the Indian Shores area. Salt Rock Grill (right next door) is also an amazing restaurant that I would highly recommend visiting during your stay.

Endroit conforme à la description et aux photos. La propriétaire a répondu très rapidement lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'elle. Condo très bien équipé. Le parc juste de l'autre côté de la rue ( tranquille en cul de sac) a été très apprécié de nos ados ( basket et pickles ball). La marche jusqu'à la plage se fait très bien (10 min en marchant lentement). Parfait pour une famille de 5. Le seul bémol est le manque de lumière naturelle dans le condo ainsi que l'absence d'un endroit agréable pour manger à l'extérieur. Je recommande sans hésitation.
