We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

Had a fantastic stay. Check in was seamless and was a good location to drive to various hotspots in and around Tampa bay. Plenty of amenities were provided (keurig cups, shampoo, soap, dishware, laundry detergent, etc) which helped reduce a lot of things we needed to buy after we arrived. There was construction on both sides of the building but the noise was minimal, wasn’t a bother at all. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This unit is amazing!!!! It's EXACTLY as the pictures show in the listing. I absolutely recommend booking with Sara. Everything is clean and crisp in the unit. The access from the living and bedroom of the private balcony that over looks the pool was a plus!! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is in a neutral area for food/shopping. Sara is extremely nice and responded very quickly. I most definitely will rebook again.

Hands down, wonderful stay! Jonathan was super quick to respond and very helpful. Location was walkable to so many restaurants and things to do. We stayed prior to departing on a cruise. We were able to walk to Terminal 3 as it was only two blocks away! Beds and furniture were super comfy. We will be back!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

This place was amazing, it was exactly what we were looking for. We have two young kids and having a pool (with a slide!) in the backyard was the perfect fit. Convenient, fun and private. We arrived late at night after a day of traveling and the fridge was stocked with food and drinks. On the counter was a full loaf of unopened bread, a batch of bananas and unopened peanut butter. It was so nice not having to worry about going grocery shopping right away. Lots of snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. The on-site laundry allowed us to pack light. We went in late March and the pool was heated to make sure the water felt nice even if it was a bit cool outside. If you’re looking for a place that is walking distance to nearby attractions, this probably is not what you’d be looking for. We went to the Florida Aquarium, Fort DeSoto, mini golfing, and to Doc Ford’s for dinner. All were between a 20-40 minute drive. Overall, amazing place and tons of fun! Phillip and Kathleen are great hosts!

We loved our stay here, the check-in was easy and the checkout instructions were reasonable and helped make our travel smooth. Close proximity to Ybor City, we gave our stay five stars. 👍

This home was one of the best we’ve stayed. It was very clean! We had 7 adults, 2 children and everyone had their own private space (great floor plan). The kitchen had every gadget you could possibly want. We cooked often during our two week stay. Outdoor grill/kitchen and patio area was awesome. Beach chairs and umbrellas were terrific, oh and the sand toys were very much enjoyed. The favorite part of the home to us was the beautiful pool and yard. We had countless hours out there! The location of the house was perfect, easy access to shopping, beach, restaurants. We took a run in the quiet neighborhood every morning. JC was a wonderful host. He was more than accommodating with us and all of our needs. We appreciated everything so much as we were able to make so many precious memories. Don’t hesitate to book this house! We will definitely be back!

Michael is an absolutely great Airbnb host! We communicated prior to our stay on a few things and he followed up diligently and helpfully. The Airbnb itself was beautiful and spotless. Absolutely a great place to stay with family and friends alike. We really enjoyed the kayaks and the kitchens were fully equipped for our use. Thanks for an excellent experience Michael!

Amazing place would definitely stay again

This may be one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. We rented this house because we had a family wedding nearby. It accommodated the members of the family who stayed, and everybody loved it! Such a cool house in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

Loved staying at Jeff and Gina’s. This location is right on the beach. We sat on the deck and listened to the ocean at night. The storage locker has everything you need for the beach. This part of the beach wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of room. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Our stay was everything we needed and we felt right at home! Very clean and it looked just like the pictures posted! Andy was an awesome host as well and responsive. A 10/10 I do recommend!

Laure has an amazing property and is the absolute best host I has ever dealt with. I have stayed at many properties and have a couple properties we repeat. She has paid attention to every detail and then some! It is expected to provide “starters”, but Laura’s starters exceed any place I have ever stayed at! I appreciated getting to her place and not feeling the panic of running out of essentials She leaves really special welcome gifts, has impeccable communication and has thought of everything you could possibly need. She’s incredibly friendly as well! I almost hate to encourage people to stay here because I want to be able to get back into her property 😊 You will not be disappointed and should not even hesitate staying at her place. The only negative I could state which has nothing to do with Laura is the pool doesn’t get sun until afternoon as it is blocked by the building. Solution to that is walk a block to the beach in the morning!! The best!

I had a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! Phillip is a great host and immediately responded to any questions I had! The condo is super clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked and beach equipment was provided (a nice bonus). The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, groceries, and entertainment. I did a solo trip to Madeira this year and I felt safe the entire time as the community is gated and private. I highly recommend his condo and I would definitely return the next time I visit Madeira!

This was the best Airbnb stay for us yet! Karla’s place had every convenience for our family of 4 to stay and cook for the week. The pool and private beach were perfect and you can tell she put a lot of thought into the decor and amenities in the condo. There was a minor misunderstanding with the parking pass (completely my fault) and she was very gracious and understanding with us. We would highly recommend.

Rich was a fabulous host! The condo is very close to the pool and the golf course view from the back patio was so relaxing! The grounds are very well maintained and there is a walking/biking path around the complex. The unit is extremely comfortable and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are updated. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We will be back!

This house looks just like the photos and is great for a little getaway. Please know that he does not provide any sort of body care cleaning items as the bathroom amenities suggest. There were also no cleaning supplies if needing to do a load of laundry or clean up around the house. Two minor details for an otherwise great spot. Fire pit looks like a lot of fun but it was unfortunately too windy for us to use it.
