From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Beautiful apartment, very quiet area. Lovely patio area with lots of seating and a grill. Very responsive to our needs and requests. Marilyn was welcoming and helpful without being invasive. We would highly recommend this apartment. Great location. Very close to great restaurants and downtown St.pete. ❤️

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Great place and location. Lots of possibilities for day trips and some great running opportunities around the area. Great beach options very close by!

We came down for multiple Yankee Spring Training games. We went to downtown Tampa for dinner. We visited Ybor City a few times. Uber rides were reasonable rates. We went to Hard Rock Casino. We went to Treasure Island one day. There is a super Walmart within a few miles for food and supplies. The block and Neighbors were quiet. Overall it was a nice house to stay at. Very clean! The host, John always answered our questions within a reasonable time. We will stay there again in the future. Mike - Long Island, New York.

Location location location. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. I really Appreciated that half way through my stay Andrea checked with me if everything was okay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The stay was nice. Exactly what we expected and wanted. Communication from host was timely and helpful.

We got in later than expected so having the code ready for us was key. We had a few questions throughout our stay that Hector either texted or called back within 20 minutes. Home was on the same street as a family friend which made visits easy. We were within 15-30 minutes of all other family, restaurants, or activities that were on our agenda. Home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 3 adults and a toddler. Had all the pots/skillets and utensils needed. I would recommend you buy extra hangers, garbage bags, and toilet paper if you are staying longer than a week. Also, there were no baking pans/sheets. None of that troubled us though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

This was a great long weekend stay! Eric shows true hospitality with his thoughtful welcome, helpful instructions, and quick correspondence. They went out of their way to bring a new keurig and speaker before we fully checked in to make sure their listing was accurste. The apartment was clean and perfectly ready for our use. Loved it!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The unit has a big balcony including an alcove protected from wind and rain to still enjoy the view of the ocean. Inside the condo, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days on the beach. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back to stay again in the future.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong!
