Beautiful home!! We had such a nice stay. Kids stayed busy with the basketball court and pool. When it was time to settle in we had the projector to relax and bring us down for the night. House is very spacious and free of clutter. Short Term Rental Specialists were fantastic and quick to respond. The area is nice and quiet and only a few minutes drive to the shops. Overall great and relaxing stay. Will definitely revisit if we can.

Heidi’s place was fantastic and felt very homely. In a great location and has all the amenities you could need.

Me and my friends came for the Country Music Festival and where we stayed was perfect for when we wanted to chill after a crazy day of music and walking by relaxing the the loungeroom or sitting by the pool. The kitchen had all the tools we needed as we cooked our own lunches and dinners. Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️ we are already planning on coming back again

Absolutely beautiful home, clean, well appointed and in a such a picturesque location. We had a group of nine and all were in awe when we first walked into the home. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and continually commented on how beautiful the house and property was when we were there. Totally exceeded our expectations! Thanks to our host Sarah for all of her helpful advice!

Cannot recommend this home enough. Thoroughly loved our stay. Thoughtful and flexible host. Stunning home. Such a beautifully renovated and appointed house. Our hosts were really easy to communicate with. Attentive to the smallest detail. We were so grateful when we arrived much later than planned to arrive with an external light on and the home heating warming the house. A wonderful home with wonderful hosts

We had a lovely stay in the country at the farm house. Very comfortable beds and lounge room was a lovely place to chill out. Easy drive to town and close to places to eat and drink.

Anna was extremely accommodating. Communication was fantastic. Beautiful family home and great peaceful location with an amazing outlook. Highly recommend Annas place we had a great family holiday .

Natalie is very nice host and good at quick communications. The property is spacious with billiards table in the game room. The property is walking distance to the dam, and 25km away from the scenic sorghum crops farms. Highly recommended for friends family relaxing on weekends.

Fiona’s home was perfect for our 3 night stay for the tamworth music festival. the amenities comfortably managed 4 couples with places to come together and retreat if required. the location was perfect as it was an easy walk to the town centre but far enough away to remain quiet and private. thanks Fiona and Paul for the hospitality and warm welcome.

Could not have asked for anything more from the time booking to checking out, Michelle was responsive, helpful with clear instructions and friendly. Upon arrival we felt very welcome and at home, we were greeted with a warm smile and some treats, she had everything available that we needed, comfy beds and an older style but in great condition kitchen and bathroom, a plus was a fully screened outdoor area to chill out and eat in, house was easy to find, plenty of parking, would recommend staying, she gave it an extra touch you would definitely struggle to find in a hotel🙏🏼

This is a beautiful, modern and spacious house. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the house was more than big enough for us. It's in a quiet suburban street about 5-10 minutes drive from the centre of Tamworth. It backs onto a golf course and has very nice views. The house seems very newly built and has everything you could want with a very well stocked kitchen, a large TV, laundry, board games and books. The 4 bedrooms are large including one ensuite with a huge walk-in wardrobe and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Karen was easy. Would recommend for large families.

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable, in a quiet and private location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast options in the fridge were a lovely touch. Peter was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

6 of us stayed at Heath’s, we chose it because it was described as being large with 5 bedrooms with 6 beds. There were 2 levels, ground level bedrooms and living area were very spacious, it included a kitchen and ensuite. The lounge suite was very comfortable and it had a very large smart TV. Upstairs had another kitchen, large living room with TV and spacious verandah, the was also a covered furnished outdoor area at the back. I would recommend this house as it is large enough to accommodate up to 11 people comfortably. In the upstairs living room there were lots of books and magazines plus games, which was great as we had a very rainy day so there was plenty of things there to keep us entertained. It is a few kms from Tamworth so a car is essential. I would definitely stay there again. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Great home to stay in. Beds were comfy, plenty of room and everything g you would need. No need to use the car, everything was in walking distance. Our host was so kind and available. We look forward to staying again ❤️

We really enjoyed spending time in this lovely farm house. 20 minutes from town, then back to peace and tranquillity. The house had everything we needed and was so picturesque, comfortable and relaxing. Loved it.

Property was very clean I was a bit unsure of the 2nd bedroom no photos of the 2nd room, it was a nice surprise the room was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect to were we needed nice area definitely book again. Thank you

Clean and tidy, great location

We had an amazing stay at Jon’s place when we had to visit for a basketball tournament. Great location with shopping centre a few minutes walk away and the city centre only a 15 minute walk. The house itself is immaculate and so beautifully furnished and styled. You will not be disappointed and we would definitely come again
