This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

Really enjoyed our 6 days stay here in Saigon at our apartment. Thao was always responsive and the apartment has everything we needed. It is walkable to many restaurants, our favourite is Bun Cha Xuan Tu. We felt safe walking back home even late at night, and the alleys were kept clean at all times. Highly recommend ☺️

Vi was an excellent and gracious host, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely return if we're ever in the same city again.

Words are inadequate to explain how special this space was for our first trip to Vietnam ever. It was a safe, clean, comfortable space for us to rest, especially in the heat and in the late evenings. While located conveniently near Ben Thanh Market, it is away from the highly trafficked tourist areas which allows for more local flavor and interaction. The space is located in a residential alley behind a blue gate. Don't be deterred if you find that uncomfortable as the home is secure and your neighbors are locals who live and work there. There's even a youth center across the way from you. Our group loved everything about the actual space - decorated to resemble 70s era Saigon home. Having a washer/dryer, a full bathroom on each floor and three beds with TVs and AC in all main rooms - you can't do much better. There were a few items that needed repair or replacement of batteries (and they were responsive) but my stay here was full of joy, revelation, and magic. Can't wait to return.

My family of 10 members really enjoy this house! The location is super convenient—right in the city center, easy to find, and great for getting around. There are plenty of nearby amenities, from bank, spa, restaurants and cafes to BBQ spots, especially various chill spots, so we never had to go far for a good meal. Plus, it’s really super close to Bui Vien Walking Street, which is lively and fun at night—perfect for those who want to explore the city’s nightlife. As for the house itself, the space is airy, and comfortable. The biggest highlight for me was that each bedroom has its own private bathroom—such a big plus, especially when traveling with a group or family. Not having to wait for a shared bathroom made everything so much more convenient! The area also felt very safe and secure, which was a huge relief. The only minor downside is that there’s no elevator, but honestly, the stairs are easy to walk up, so it wasn’t a big issue. Highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

Ben's place was easy to locate and conveniently close to the airport. The apartment matched the pictures perfectly, and a minor window issue was promptly resolved by Ben. Any additional amenities I requested were quickly provided by the helpful team. Perhaps adding a standing fan to the room could be a nice touch for when air conditioning isn’t needed. The property felt secure with access cards required for certain floors, ensuring privacy. I appreciated the proper washer and dryer, which were convenient for a longer stay. The team’s gesture of bringing coffee to the room on request or helping to collect grab orders was a lovely bonus. The location was excellent, with coffee shops nearby and a GS25 convenience store just outside. My room was quiet as it didn’t face the road, making for a peaceful stay. The team also recommended pharmacies/stores for daily needs, which was very helpful. I’d gladly stay here again when I return. Thanks Ben, Helen and the Amable team :)

Probably the best place to stay in the city. Ben, the ladies at reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone is great. Safe area, close to a lot of cool stuff.

Bao was a super host and appreciated his communication especially when we wouldn’t arrive until 930pm. Easy to get to district one via grab. Loved being in a local neighborhood with beautiful people and food. Would stay again!
