Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Tiba di villa kami senang dgn suasana rmh dan lingkungan yg asri....tp saat km dtg km menghubungi staff susah....begitu jg saat ada kebocoran di kmr mandi staff jg nggak cepat merespon....tp secara keseluruhan villa kami puas....meski km dtg hrs mengepel lantai krn msh byk debu...semoga ke depan ditingkatkan utk kebersihannya....

Great place, clean and affordable

We had a pleasant stay at Mirza’s place. Very strategic location, so it made us easier to reach 2-3 places in one day but still could come back before rush hour, also there is a mall under the apartment with lots of cafes and mini markets. Mirza is a nice host and very responsive.

The house is situated at busy road but it is hardly to hear from it. We were really satisfied with it. The owner gave us a heartly welcome. The breakfest was very nice and the coffee in the morning as well. Thanks to Smita and her parents to have a wonderful stay. Greetings from Sven and Matthias

Thank you so much Pris for letting me and my dog stay in your house. It was perfect for us! It's located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

Tempatnya nyaman, fasilitas lengkap. Walau terletak di tempat yang ramai tapi tidak banyak macet. Agak kaget ternyata biaya parkir dihitung perjam-tidak ada maksimal, dengan kondisi tempat parkir yang kurang luas dan kalau sudah malam sulit dapat tempat parkir. Untuk 2 malam sangat worth it dan puas. Terima kasih

Endang’s one of the best host I stayed with. Very friendly and helpful; all my questions were resolved in the fastest way. View is nice and apartment is quite quiet. Convenience store in the building carries only snacks, but Lotte mall is 10min walk away. Bed was okay. WiFi was stable and fast.

Very worth the price! So close to lots of restaurants, easy to get to Jakarta central! The location was very perfect for me as I was able to visit a lot of malls and also enjoyed the long car rides there. The apartment itself is a studio! It's great for one person however when I had friends over it was difficult, it's quite small. So I wouldn't recommend bringing more than 3 people. The host is very responsive, the apartment is so clean, the laundromat and grocery store is very accessible downstairs and the pool on level 2 is great! You can also eat food with your friends on the second floor
