The place was as beautiful as the pictures in the listing. The karaoke system was a professional system so we didn’t pay extra at a KTV place. It was very close to the market and mall. The staff was quick to respond to all questions. I highly recommend this place for big groups!! Thank you.

The place has complete amenities and provides all of our basic need like, towel, shampoo, and body wash. The kitchen is complete as well and we were able to use their pots and kitchen utensils. The place is very spaceous as well.

Our stay at Edison's place(Ayesha Hometel) was fantastic! The house was impecably clean, beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed, except for the microwave oven which is not working .. Edison was incredibly accommodating esp to my request.. Kudos to the care takers especially Ate Mercy for making us feel right at home. We would definitely coming back.

My family and I, felt right at home. Ms. Jez and Sir Reden were very responsive and accomodating to our queries. They were able to elucidate their instructions before and after our stay. In fact, they were so considerate to our unintentional action. The place was immaculately clean and relaxing. The pool is very aesthetic, we all loved it. Overall, we highly recommend Muni Guestpod. Red Beach House was perfect for the short notice, impromptu trip I planned for my first visit back to PH in 23 years. The trip was mainly for my nephews & nieces whom I've only met for the first time, all of whom are in grade school & high school. The property easily accommodated our party of 20 with minimal overage charge for having 6 additional persons over 14. Victoria was prompt & very pleasant to speak with & quite possibly be the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with in 7 years of using AirBnB. The kids truly enjoyed what the property had to offer, as did the adults. The onsite staff was a welcomed surprise as they relieved my Tita from cooking duties. Len, the lead staff member, along with manang Eve & manong Eric were very much part of the whole experience at RBH. The Boodle Feast they prepared on our two evenings onsite truly made this reunion memorable for everyone. I also recommend the house call massage by CJ & the mani-pedi by Maria-fe. Exceptional stay! Encore!

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

It was a nice stay! Very spacious and comfy. Sakto and malawak ang bedrooms for a small family or group of friends. Worth the price. I recommend this place if you want a peaceful and private place. Easily accessible from the main road major establishments.

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Ms Loida's property was perfect for my family of 7. The house is very spacious. The backyard is spectacular, peaceful and inviting. we literally spent a majority of our time there enjoying the grotto, the sound of peaceful water flowing and of course the cute turtles living in the pond. The experience at Ms. Loida's home helped my family create great memories and also brought our families closer together.

Quiet, peaceful location. Near to 711, Japanese restaurant. Clean and comfortable room. Smooth checked in, even I asked early check-in. Everything I need are all set. I could started my stay easily right after I checked in. Normilyn is amazingly quick response and gave me proper instructions all the time.

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and peaceful place! The atmosphere was delightful, making it a perfect getaway. Water in the pool was quite cold, but possibly due to the location. The host was incredibly nice and accommodating, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place—it's just an hour away from Manila and well worth a visit!
