We stayed for nearly 2 months. It was a quiet spot and we had plenty of room to spread out.

Cotter Trout Lodge was a great place for the adult kids to stay at. (Adult parents stayed at a cottage house nearby.) The kitchen was very cute and we had all the essentials and toiletries Close to the spring park and bridge. Cute local shops.

Walt and Amy made my stay very welcoming! The home was very beautiful! The bathtub was by far the best thing about this home!! I loved how modern and beautiful it was inside!

Our stay at Aimee’s house was a wonderful experience. We had everything needed for our Christmas get together with our children and grand-children. Attention to detail was amazing. We even had a Layman Christmas ornament on the Christmas tree for our stay? The lake view was very nice and especially enjoyed the herd of 7 deer that visited us every day. We would definitely stay again and certainly recommend it for family vacation get togethers. The Layman Family!

Great stay. Place fit perfectly for what our group needed. Beds for everyone plenty of bathrooms!

We stayed here for a long weekend with our two daughters and their families (6 adults and 3 children total). The layout is perfect for this setup because each family had their own floor. Plenty of beds, baths and amenities for the whole family. The open layout on the main floor was perfect for our family to gather and enjoy our time together. The location makes it easy to reach all the main Branson attractions and there are outdoor and indoor pools available, along with basketball and pickle ball courts. Host was proactive and provided all the information we needed for an enjoyable stay. We've added this place to our list of "visit again" when we're in the Branson area!

This was a great rental space! Clean and nice and smooth check in and communication. Perfect for our family vacation to Branson.

We had our family Christmas here and it was lovely! Lots of space for everyone and felt so at home here! We look forward to our next stay!

Me and my family had a wonderful time . We enjoyed the house ,they are still talking about the beautiful house . Its was close to everything, stores , places for the kids , silver dollar city . And the pool the kids love it and the hot tub . We had problems with the TV `s , but Melissa was right on it . The house was clean and fresh and lots of room . If I ever get back to Branson I will definitely stay at MELISSA`S PLACE AGAIN . Thank You Melissa for everything . May God Continue to Bless you and your family .

We could not be happier with our stay here. The house is so beautiful and large enough for all of our group where everybody was comfortable and could spread out easily. The views were magnificent and the host was so responsive and friendly and really helped us out of a tight spot at the last minute. Would highly recommend!

This place is AMAZING! It feels just like home but more luxurious! The sauna and hot tub were my favorites and the golf simulator was my husband’s. We really spent all of our time there because it was so nice and relaxing. The view is I incredible. We were lucky enough to be relaxing in the hot tub when it started to snow and it was almost magical. The beds are very comfy with hotel like sheets and pillows. Extra Blankets on every bed and extra pillows in the closet. Shampoo and conditioner in every shower. I think the description said there was supposed to be body wash and there wasn’t but no biggy, we brought some! 85” tvs are great when you are just wanting to make some popcorn and watch a movie or some reality tv on a rainy day like we did. So quiet and private. I do recommend the host put blinds up for the window in the kitchen. I don’t think anyone could see in unless they were close but I noticed I could see in the one below us. We will definitely be back this summer!!
