We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was super comfortable and flexible. For New Year’s, we joined everyone for dinner, which was delicious and such a cozy experience. Later, we walked to a small club called “Lazies,” where a great DJ was playing at the rooftop bar—such a fun vibe! The location is close to the beach with a nice surf atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay: good location, near bus stop, not far train station, near a lot of cafes, restaurants, beach and entertainments (like scuba diving, snorkeling etc). The room was brand new and very clean. Wifi is there but connection was slow, so we use own mobile internet for skype. The host is very friendly. Хорошее место, чистое и приятное, удобное располежение. Владелец очень доброжелательный. Пляж в 3-х минутах ходьбы. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны, очень недалеко вокзал.

Ein kleines Paradies am Meer - Die perfekte Unterkunft zum Entspannen! Direkt vor der Tür liegen zwei Strände, die meist menschenleer sind, und bei Sonnenaufgang kann man am Hiru Beach die Fischer beobachten. Die Strände sind ideal zum Schwimmen. Frühstück und Abendessen in der Hiru Villa sind sehr empfehlenswert und frisch zubereitet. Alle zwei Tage wird das Zimmer frisch gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern und Strandlaken ausgestattet. Tangalle und Hiriketiya sind sehr gut mit Bus oder TukTuk zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die am Strand herunterkommen möchten.

Amazing place with chilled vibrations, surfbreaks in walking distance, lots of nice people and the best Pizza around. Kroot and Romina are such lovely hosts. Highly recommended. Extended my stay and will definetly come back! Thanks for hosting me!

Such a great booking! Away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. Fridge to keep the beer cool. We arrived by Tuktuk and were able to get our bag of ice in the freezer and our beer in the fridge before venturing down to the beach. We swam quick and then went back to the Airbnb to get ready for dinner. The fridge allowed us to have very nice and cold beers. We went down to the beach for dinner and easily and comfortably walked back to the accommodation. AC was amazing and the wet bath even came with a squeegee to clear the water away from the toilet after the shower.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Vom Zimmer aus kann man das Meer hören. Und Rajitha und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine richtig gute Zeit. Danke!

Der Aufenthalt bei Darshaka und seiner Familie war grandios! Es ist nicht in Worte zu fassen wie groß und herzlich die Gastfreundschaft von ihm und seiner Familie ist. Das Appartement war großzügig, sauber, das Bett bequem und das Badezimmer auf europäischem Standard. Wir haben uns mehr wie wohl gefühlt. Das tägliche Frühstück von Darshaka oder seine Mutter zubereitet , nach sri-lankanischer Art war super lecker. Es gab jeden Morgen einen frischen Smoothie und alles was das Herz begehrt. Für die Tagesausflüge hat Darshaka uns super beraten und das was wir wollten organisiert. Sein Fahrer war sehr zuverlässig, nett und ist sicher gefahren. Das Auto super bequem, auch für längere Fahrten. Wir konnten uns zu jeder Tageszeit auf Darshaka verlassen. Er hat uns sogar weit über unseren Aufenthalt über Airbnb beraten und andere Transfers organisiert. Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir bei ihm Gast sein durften und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Super Unterkunft. Fußläufig sind schöne Strände, kleine Cafés und ein Yoga Studio zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und der zusätzliche Trinkwasserhahn sehr praktisch. Es ist ein bisschen abgeschiedener, als Alleinreisende Frau hab ich mich trotzdem wohl und sicher gefühlt. Wirklich ein traumhafter Ort und die Unterkunft ist super klimatisiert. Vishu konnte bei allen Belangen kontaktiert werden und hat mich auch mit ihrem Tuk Tuk bei weiteren Strecken begleitet. Super schöner Aufenthalt!

I really loved The Yard! It had such a cozy feel to it despite being quite close to busy area in Hiriketya. It was very peaceful and the house is so beautifully decorated 😊 I relaxed a lot 🌸

I will come back here again If you are staying in Galle, be sure to stay at this villa The villa is very big and the rooms are clean. There have great nature views from the rooms and rooftop🌿 It was quiet and relaxed. It is easily accessible from the city by motorbike tuk-tuk.

Wir können Thathsara nur weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer sind einfach herzlich und unglaublich freundlich- man fühlt sich wie daheim. Wir haben Obst aus dem eigenen Garten bekommen. Der Garten ist generell ein Ruheort, obwohl man direkt in Midigama und nur 2 min vom Strand entfernt ist. Wir waren drei Wochen hier und können es für Langzeitaufenthalte empfehlen.

Grâce à une réservation que nous avons effectuée à la dernière minute et à la réactivité de David, le séjour dans la villa a sauvé la fin de nos vacances. Pour avoir séjourné à plusieurs endroits à Hiriketiya, il s’agit de la vue la plus époustouflante que j’ai pu voir. Les prestations de la villa sont fabuleuses et correspondent parfaitement aux photos et aux descriptions. David et son personnel sont très accueillant et disponibles pour faire du séjour une réussite. Je recommande les yeux fermés!!

Es war alles in Ordnung, dem Preis entsprechend. Es war sauber und liegt sehr zentral. Ohne AC wird es natürlich eher warm, es gab aber einen großen Deckenventilator über dem Bett.

A nice and tidy accomodation close to a surfspot. Lasantha is a supernice host who is around most of the time and helps out with hints and things needed. As a surfguy he has lots of knowledge to share about the area. We loved it there and met also nice people in the same place and garden. :)

We had an amazing stay at Sanath’s apartment, it was comfortable and clean and well located for Weligama beach (within walking distance), and Mirissa (short taxi or tuktuk away). Sanath is a very kind and lovely host and was always quick to respond to any questions. He was flexible when it came to check out and collecting our bags from the apartment. We loved the breakfast which was very kindly cooked for us! I would highly recommend this apartment! Thank you Sanath :)
