Hosts are really friendly and the room is suitable for short business trips with all amenities. Will prefer to book again during my next visit.

PROS:- -Quite easy to find on maps for taxi drive from airport to location. -Very easy check-in process, we arrived pretty late but we easily got our keys. -Very clean, unit was nice and tidy when we arrived, no dust no stains or anything else. -Very nice ammenities, Wifi/TV/kitchen/washing machine/bathroom all good. -Very good facilities in the appartment complex, Indomaret/Family Mart on ground floor and laundromat as well. -Awesome neighborhood, fresh market located across the main road and a supermarket and many more all in walking distances CONS:- -Sometimes slow responses from host but nothing major and also would have prefered to get all the details about check-in sooner before day of trip as it might be stressful for some people coming from foreign countries. -Lack of electrical outlets in kitchen area making it a bit clunky to use as you can only use one at a time. All in all during our 2 weeks stay, awesome time would definitely come back!

Superstar Highlight was the generosity of the host who allows early check-in and late check-out. This is very beneficial to most travellers, hence will definitely generate many and/recurring guests. Other key favourites; 1. A quiet and comfortable unit located within a very safe setting. 2. Very clean and tidy unit, that we felt right at home. 3. A size perfect for both solo and couples. 4. A huge tv and kitchen facility that are great add-ons for staycations. 5. A friendly, generous and accommodative host. 6. Very worthy of the price tag. Big Thanks to the host, Antonious. Nothing much I can say but a great worthy place to stay

Timothy's place was fantastic. What really stood out for us was that a water cooler with an abundance of water was provided, which has hot and cold water.

We spent almost a week at Frances' place and loved it! As a mom with 2 kids, it was great to have a clean and fully-equipped space to call home. The wifi was super fast too! We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you Frances.

Lokasi sangat strategis. Banyak restaurant disekitar apartemen jadi tidak perlu khawatir kelaparan kalau tengah malam. Host sangat responsive, semua instruksi nya jelas. Apartemen juga bersih dan sangat nyaman.

Tempat yg menarik, bersih . ci ivana sgt aktif merespon terkait pertanyaan yg kita berikan, pada saat datang air minum habis. pada saat mengkonfirmasi k ci ivana langsung d respon dan besok pagi nya langsung di pesan kan. memuaskan menginap di tempat ci ivana

Just exactly what I need, clean and spacious, and really close to the area where I need to do my business while leaving the children take care of themselves around the place.

This is the second time we stay. Great stay as our first stay. We are sure this stay won’t be our last. It is convenience for us visiting family in the area.

Professional host which is actually 24/7 reachable. Much better than in the pictures shown in my opinion, also with a great view to the golf resort. Has a gym and pool also. Can recommend :)

Tempat yg sangat nyaman. sesuai foto yang ditampilkan. Andre adalah tuan rumah yg sangat responsif. Hanya saja parkir tamu lumayan jauh berjalan menuju tower. dan kebersihannya perlu ditingkatkan kembali karena seprei masih bernoda dan kaca di toilet berjamur. over all kami puas. kami berharap bisa mengunjungi The Reserve 3306 kembali di lain waktu. terima kasih

Everything is very good, good view from balcony

The penthouse was absolutely perfect! Having an elevator straight to the penthouse was very nice. The kitchen is big and very well equipped. It was clean and up to date. The whole house is a smart house, very easy controls, very fun features. The location is perfect, the mall has absolutely everything you need. Lots of great restaurants, close to the airport, close to the highways. Building staff was very friendly. Highly recommend, will stay again.

Unit bersih dan terawat, AC dan air panas berfungsi baik. Langsung akses ke pool dan Gym. Bikin betah. Dekat dengan Mall Gading serpong, banyak rest dan cafe disekitarnya. Host responsif.
