L’appartement est conforme au photos pour l’intérieur, mais pendant notre séjour, en hiver, l’extérieur n’est pas préparé. La literie est moyenne.

Perfect for a one night stay for a birthday celebration with friends. The property was spotless and lovely that bedrooms were all en-suite. Can’t comment much on the area as we were only staying one night and didn’t explore but property itself very private.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at James’s house. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, making it a truly relaxing getaway. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the communication with the host was excellent. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Beth is very nice, the environment is beautiful, and the sea view is stunning. We decided to stay an extra night. If it weren’t for the end of the half-term holiday, we would have liked to stay a few more days. We really love it and would consider coming again. very satisfied，and recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home and hope to visit again. Rachel is a thoughtful and welcoming host. She gave us all the information we needed as well as local food recommendations. She was flexible with check in and out times which we really appreciated. The space was just as nice as in the pictures, if not better. Having a kids play room and a garden was a huge bonus travelling with a child - it was all very child friendly. The bedrooms were comfortable and the home was super clean. Rachel ensured we had everything we needed and more. The home is close to Hove beach which was lovely.

We had an old nerds gaming weekend and this was perfect. Lots of space, well equipped, great host. Would 100% recommend.

We spent a few days leading up to the New Year cerebrating my husband’s illy birthday and used Chichester as a location all of the family could get to easily as the train station is a few minutes walk away. From the very start Amanda & Dominic were amazing hosts and gave us great instructions on how to get in to the property and answered all of my pre-visit questions very quickly. We loved our stay in their home that literally wrapped itself around us the moment we entered, we all said we felt so comfortable there and the log fire was just so inviting and cosy. Amanda & Dominic were such lovely people that we had the pleasure of meeting . We would definitely stay again and recommend their home without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Georgian Retreat ! Was a brilliant base - super close to the beach and the lanes A really cool space to spend time with the family in the vibey interior - perfectly set up for entertaining - beds and bed linen super comfy and premium - same with the towels provided - hotel levels. We had a great stay :)))

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. Absolutely perfect location if you are visiting Southsea - close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. We had a comfortable stay and had great communication from the hosts, and were made sure to have everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

We booked Claire’s place for the weekend as we were visiting for that Brighton Half Marathon. The place was ideally located and only a short walk to Hove Lawns where it started! 👌🏼 The place itself was perfect for our family of 4 and located in a nice area. That apartment had everything we needed and Claire was a great host - super helpful and responsive! Thanks Claire

My father had a great stay here. Clean and exactly like the pictures Nice touch leaving some bits to start off. Really comfortable with a great view and super close to amenities and town.

Amazing scenery, beautiful balcony view. Both beds comfy and spacious kitchen/living area. Ted was very quick to respond when checking in which was very helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience would definitely stay again.

We had a great 2 night stay. The flat was lovely and we felt very at home. It was easy to travel into Brighton and back again, the beach across the road is beautiful. Checkin was very easy and Joanne was extremely helpful. We had our puppy Florence with us and she loved darting around the garden (which is totally secure) We would definitely recommend staying here. We have just come back from a weekend at Sarahs.We went with another couple. The flat was easy to find. When we walked in we were just taken a back at how lovely it was, we kept wandering around saying, oooh isnt that lovely and what great taste Sarah had🤣 Sarah had left crossiants and milk and a bottle of prosecco which was so kind. The flat is spotless and there are many cute little extra touches which makes it such a great experience. Great place for location. 2 of us swam Saturday morning in the freezing sea and was so easy to walk down and up in a towel! We like to walk and its a lovely place to walk from. Can see why the place is popular and why Sarah is a super host. Thankyou Sarah

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!
