This place is magical: a beautiful, lovingly-designed third floor "penthouse", with views on 4 sides. Photos are accurate but it's even MORE stunning. What we loved: open-air kitchen/hammock area, combined with a large bedroom & bathroom, with AC for sleep. Bedroom has sun shades & domed ceiling! Large deck with bistro set overlooking a protected forest with birds. VERY well-equipped kitchen with many dishes, appliances, and useful supplies (e.g., olive oil, coffee, sugar, sauces).. In a good, quiet, clean, safe neighbourhood near a park, and a nice 20-m. walk from the "Centro" & 5-7 m. walk to a few small stores, restaurants and taxi stand, to visit nearby beaches and towns. I enjoyed time with "Coco", a sweet white cat living on the property! As others note, the quiet is often disturbed by (loud) neighbours' dogs barking day and night on three sides; closing windows & earplugs helpful for sleep. Host was very helpful but response time was slow (unsure why?). Highly recommended!

Todo estuvo perfecto, tal cual en las fotos y en la descripción. Muy amables con un check-in antes de la hora establecida. Es un condominio muy lindo y agradable. 5 estrellas. ⭐️

El departamento es nuevo y cercano al centro donde puedes ir a restaurantes, bares, tiendas y desde el parque pueden tomar un taxi en el sitio a cualquiera de las bahías para pasar tu día en la playa. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The condo is in a great location,everything was very handy.The people staying there are very friendly.The pool was very enjoyable and warm.If you want a great holiday this is the place to be

El lugar concuerda con las fotografías y la ubicación es magnífica pudiendo disfrutar d ellas instalaciones del hotel, playa, etc. Lo único es que no hay un plan de todo incluido para el hotel y por la temporada Decembrina los precios de comidas y bebidas son excesivos, pero todo lo que respecta al condominio excelente!

Great location, apt is at the back of the complex, so very quiet. It backs onto the forest, which is a playground for lots of animals and birds. Love the coatimundi! Very close to restaurants (Romero’s a gem for breakfast) and a 5 min walk to the centre, to get groceries or anything at the markets. Also easy to catch a taxi to get to the beaches. I’d recommend this place! Thanks Adolfo!

La estancia en el alojamiento de Miguel, fue muy agradable es un lugar tranquilo donde prácticamente se sentía como en casa, las inquietudes que tuvimos fueron resueltas de manera pronta y respetuosa. En resumen tiene una muy linda ubicación, buen espacio dentro del alojamiento, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable! Volvería a ir sin pensarlo!

Very nice condo at great location. Peaceful and quiet condominium complex but bursting life when you go outside of the complex. Felt very safe and everyone was super nice. Beaches are very close. We rented a little scooter to go around but you always find a taxi too.

Gustavo’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to everything we needed, from grocery stores to the vibrant downtown area, and a peaceful, beautiful stroll to the beach. Everything we wanted was easily accessible, and we didn’t need to rely on taxis at all. Upon our arrival, Gustavo greeted us with warmth and kindness, personally showing us around and making sure we were comfortable. He explained how everything in the condo worked, which made us feel completely at ease. His communication was always prompt, helpful, and friendly throughout. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Elena, an incredibly talented artist, who was just as welcoming and accommodating as Gustavo. Their hospitality truly made our time in Huatulco special. We would return to Gustavo’s place without hesitation and are already planning our next trip! Thank you, Gustavo, for making our visit unforgettable!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were two couples and stayed for two nights while we explored huatulco. Each room has its own bathroom and we enjoyed that privacy. It was extremely well decorated. We particularly enjoyed hanging out on the patio. There was some construction ongoing which we were told about ahead of time but we barely noticed. Would return!

Perfect clean little apartment. Well equipped kitchen which we cooked a lot with during our one month stay. Zero problems the entire time, comfy beds that we pushed together. Smart TV connected to fast WiFi. Air conditioner was good. Quiet sleeping at night even though it's a busy neighborhood. Edward professionally manages this place, he's super intelligent, dependable and always making the place better. He sent us perfect and detailed instructions on how to self check-in which made it very easy. The maps location was perfect and he sent us photos of the outside and inside of the building so we knew exactly how to enter the day before arriving. Every 30 minutes the H3 transit bus circles the route and drops you off in front of the house all the way from the big Chedraui grocery store or anywhere along the way in the center passes by the zocalo and gets you home for ten pesos, or take it in town as well. We walked into the center in 20 mins and often took the back way through nature.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 adult teen children) spent an amazing week at the condo! Having the flexibility of a full apartment with kitchen, private balconies, our own plunge pool and 2 bathrooms, together with all the amenities of the hotel, was perfect. The hotel didn’t have many other guests while we were there and we relished the quietness, with lots of loungers available at both the pool and beach. The hotel has a Starbucks, which was a nice treat, but we didn’t use any of the onsite restaurants as they were pricey (we did get a poolside snack of guacamole and chips one day). Instead we ventured out to local restaurants just outside the hotel (Primos was a favourite) or went into town. Cabs are readily available from the hotel or the taxi rank outside Dreams next door. We went to the large grocery store in town to get food and found the condo kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. Overall, a relaxing week in a wonderful location and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay at La Palacio. The Airbnb was exactly as described and very well-equipped. The unit was spacious, clean and well laid out. Our contact Patti was lovely and responded very quickly. The building has a beautiful pool and nice outdoor seating. It’s easy access to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz as well as the popular beaches. A highlight was the giant shower in the master bath. Great after a long day in the sun and fit our whole family with room to spare. The general demographic in the building is on the older side so I would recommend staying here if you want to relax and unwind. Only noise was the party bus that came around a few times at night but we couldn’t hear it from the bedrooms. Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful view. Roxana was prompt to initially repair the air conditioning. Our family had a wonderful time at the pool and beach. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. A car is a must to explore the area when you have 5 people. Thank you, Roxana

Very nice condo and location is perfect as it is very close to tourist shops and a couple of convenience stores. It is about a two block walk with easy access to get to the beach and park area. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

El Hospedaje es tal cual en las fotografías, totalmente limpio y con una gran vista! Vale la pena bajar unos cuantos escalones para bajar a la alberca y todas sus amenidades. Sin duda regresaría

The views from the condo were really amazing! We were able to see whales and dolphins off the rocks while having morning coffee. The two bedrooms were very large and shared a balcony off them. The Condo was a perfect size for two couples. The pool at the resort was really nice and the beach was so pretty and private. There is also a really nice workout facility that was brand new. One thing I would mention is that the kitchen is extremely small and not conducive to doing much food prep or cooking. We ate most of our meals out at local restaurants. The food at the resort was not that great and very expensive.  Also getting down to the beach was a little strenuous particularly If you have any mobility issues, you need to walk down a steep road to get to cut through the lobby but coming back up you were able to get a small golf cart transfer from the hotel. We also found stairs that provided a shortcut.  we really enjoyed our stay there, and would definitely return!

Great place. Well laid out, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Modern furnishings and comfy beds. Centrally located in Santa Cruz. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Roof top pool area was an amazing place relax during the day and to enjoy a quiet drink and star gaze in the evening. Accommodating and helpful building staff. La Crucecita was about a 25min walk or a short inexpensive cab ride. Cabs are plentiful. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is a beautiful property with everything you need to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Pool area is lush with palms and plants, condo was very clean and roomy!
