Wonderful and lovely stay! Danish was an excellent host. Friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

This is my second time booking at Ken's house. He is always so welcoming. He is around to welcome and explain to me about the house during check-in time. He was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. The house was at its top conditions, equipped with all necessary amenities. Most of the rooms are with bathroom attached. It's a cozy place. If you have a big family visiting Penang, this house is highly recommended. It is situated at a strategic location, near to town area and Penang Bridge. Lots of restaurants and hawker centres nearby. If you are not planning to tour anywhere in Penang, there's a KTV in the house. You can use it with a minimal fee. Once again, Ken's place is highly recommended.

This place was a perfect find for our holiday with kids. The place had a spacious porch which was suitable for activities for the children. In addition to that, we did a lot of cooking since we stayed over the Chinese New Year period. The place could accommodate everyone and everything that we needed to do. Cutleries and dishes were enough for the pax required. Ming Brothers was also responsive to requests for cleaning tools despite it being the eve of a major holiday. Thanks for the great location to stay. Keep it up & we highly recommend Ming’s home.

I had a great stay here! The place was super clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. The host was really thoughtful and made everything so easy, from check-in to little details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect—nice and quiet but still close to everything I needed. Communication was quick and friendly the whole time. The view is absolutely amazing and the appartement has all the necesary equipment to offer great comfort to its guests. The host is very helpful and reactive and the area offers very nice restaurants not too far away from city centre.

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

A great stay in the heart of Penang. The accommodation has everything you would need from a washing machine, iron, ironing board as well as plenty of kitchen utensils. The owners were very proactive with their communication and made checking in easy. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance and a larger supermarket is roughly a 15 minute walk away, for basic stuff there is a 24 hour shop near the entrance. Would definitely recommend and would love to return again some day.

The host is very responsive, quick to solve my requests. The condo unit and the building are all very clean, the facilities are great. The only con is it's not very walkable to downtown area, and there is no decent restaurant within walking distance, the taxi ride is very cheap though. Overall is a great stay.

Second time here and we love it. The apartment is perfect, clean and has everything you need. The view is spectacular. The rooftop with pool, sun loungers, playground, sauna and gym is amazing. We will be back again 🤩

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

If you have a car or a budget for taxis then this is as good as it gets at this price. We budgeted for taxis everywhere and back and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If walking for 30 or 40 minutes is your style this place works well for you as you can get most places in town centre. The lifts can be a bit busy at times but we never waited more than 5 mins as we were there mid Feb. Everything was as advertised. Couldn't ask for better in our opinion. Delightful view of high rise skyline out to the bridge.
