We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely bach. It was clean, comfortable and catered to our needs. We enjoyed the private location, with great sea views from the top of the driveway and short walks to the beach and river. We were also grateful to Glen for accepting our last minute changes. What an epic place to Stay! Literally 2-3 minutes from the beach! Great indoor and outdoor entertainment areas and George provides everything you would ever need!!

cute old lil Bach with some interesting history & photos on the wall. we enjoyed the location, close to.the Beach & the Citadel cafe. being pet friendly was extremely important to us too. this was my 2nd stay at Monday cottage & would stay again. recommend to others looking for a lil escape at the beach

Excellent property, beautifully presented inside and out and has everything you need for a great stay. I met the owner who was warm and welcoming. The location is perfect, close to beach with shops nearby and not far from the main city area. This is hands down the best property I’ve stayed at to date. Sensational value for money. Thank you so much, if I return, I’ll be rebooking for sure!

Schönes Haus mit grosszügigen Terrassen und schönem Meerblick. Steht leicht versetzt hinter einem weiteren Haus. Es gibt alles was du brauchst, für einen entspannten Aufenthalt am Surf-Strand. Etwas wenig Platz für eigene Kleider und Gegenstände.

Great place to stay. Comfy room and bed, clean bathroom with lovely shower right next door for our personal use. Lovely deck to sit on in the sun, easy to get in and out of the place and find way around the kitchen etc. Sharon is really lovely and welcoming. Thanks for making our stay so relaxing, and sharing your home!

A great few days at a beautiful home. Shelley was friendly, proactive and responsive including personal touches knowing we had grandchildren coming with us. That was much appreciated. Her place was spotless, homely and comfortable and close to everything. Definitely recommend and would stay there again next time we’re in Taranaki.

Gorgeous accommodation with a stunning outlook! Nuala was quick to respond and even came out to say Hi when she saw us. Loved the extra little touch on the chalk board outside :D The Villa itself was very clean, tidy and felt private, bonus is that it's close to the beach where we got to watch an amazing sunset on our first night, and there's a lovely coastal walk just down the drive all the way into town. 100% recommend and we'd definitely love to stay again!

After our intimate wedding ceremony in New Plymouth, with our adult children and their partners, we shared the weekend at the Oakura accommodation. It was a wonderful wedding venue and offered us everything we needed. Rosanna kindly allowed us an earlier check-in on our wedding day, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you Rosanna and Richard.

We had the most incredible stay at Mini’s beautiful beachside house. The location was absolutely stunning, with a walk way leading directly to the most secluded and private beach, we had it all to ourselves! The view from the lounge was breathtaking, and we truly didn’t want to leave. Mini was an exceptional host, responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. She even rearranged planned maintenance to allow us to stay when we were struggling to find accommodation for our group. Her kindness and hospitality made our experience even more special. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with all the comforts of home, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Selfish side of me wants to tell you all this place is terrible in the hopes it will be available next time the whānau and I want to go back.. but this place smelt, looked and felt incredibly clean, very homely, and had no issue hosting 9 adults and two babies with lot's of beds left over. Dinner out on the grass, mornings at the beach, short walk to town for coffee.. easiest 5/5 stars I've given. Whole whānau loved this place. We all really hope to be back. E mihi ana

We had a great stay at Jane's beach house! Walking distance to the beach which was great. Had some toys and pretty much everything we needed for a family holiday stay. Jane was contactable via the app and answered questions promptly. Thanks!

Nice view and great sized bedrooms and also lots of lounge space. The kitchen was a bit small for a 4 bedroom place but the location was perfect for its proximity to the Bowl of Brooklands. Would recommend this place to stay for sure.

Beautiful house in a stunning place. Fabulous sunsets on one side and Mount Taranaki on the other. Donna is a great and respectful host. Location is nice, can drive to the city/beach/forest easily!
