The place was quiet and beautiful. It was a great place to escape to after such busy days. We were offered early check in which was very nice. The outdoor space was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. If I am in the Ft Worth area I would want to stay again. The host was very helpful and communicates great. Thank you again

We had a wonderful experience staying here. This home is spacious and well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood with a peaceful view out the back of the house. I highly recommend Katherine's home.

The Lake level was the only negative thing on the trip and that is out of anyone's control.

We felt right at home here! We enjoyed our time relaxing here as much as we enjoyed exploring the area! One day we even spent half the day just relaxing and naping. It felt so nice coming "home" to this property every night and we were able to sleep in every day due to the quiet location. Thanks for a Wonderful Stay! We also appreciated that the TV rotated so we could watch it from the couch and the bed!

We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house but enough to feel as our own place. The house was very clean and had all the amenities, towels, soap, shampoo, etc almost as if you were at your own home. The beds were comfortable to sleep in with SOFT sheets!! Especially after being out with our families we were visiting. Coffee was also there, not sure if it was left over or provided but a huge plus(keurig machine). The host was very receptive and responded quickly.

This is one of the best places we have stayed at in a long time. There is a lot of perks from a fire pit, hammocks, grills, volleyball net, dog kennel and a cozy safe feeling out of town. Close enough to the city for necessities with a country feel. Bed was really comfortable and price was really good.

Jen’s place is an absolute gem! The home itself is beautiful, and the large screened-in porch overlooking the pool and lake was a dream—especially in the early mornings. Sitting there with a cup of coffee, listening to the peaceful sounds of the water, was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was immaculately clean—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The layout is fantastic. We had two couples and kiddos, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably with plenty of privacy. The multiple bathrooms were a huge plus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great! We did run into a small issue during our stay, but Jen was incredibly kind and proactive in her communication. She went out of her way to help us find a solution quickly, and we really appreciated how attentive she was. All around, a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

We just spent a week here and we really enjoyed ourselves. We were told the water level was 9 ft at the boat dock so we could tie our boat up but after arriving it was only about 3.5 to 4 ft deep so we had to rent a slip at the west bay marina to keep our boat at the whole week which was an added expense we weren’t expecting. The house was really cozy and we loved the extra master suite separated from the main house. I wish they had left out more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels for us though knowing we had a large group so I had to provide extras and the dishwasher tablets as well. Overall, the house was great and we made it work and we all had a great time and made lots of new memories and that’s what matters most 😁

The home and location of as very beautiful, it was rainy the day we came so could not go onto the lake but still made it worth while. The inside was very clean and came with a good variety of kitchen utensils, would highly recommend coming here!
